I recently visited Niagara Falls Dental clinic and was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. The staff were nice and professional and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and positive experience. The clinic was also very clean and organized, which made for a stress-free visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a quality dental experience.

New patient at this office and the staff have exceeded all expectations. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone works well together and contributes to ensuring you feel informed and comfortable with your treatment plans. I would definitely recommend and am happy with my cleanings, implants and crowns.

A couple things!
My experience here has always been great! They get you in on time, and the process has always been quick and easy!
This past appointment I had, I was given a package for 'patient of the day' I believe they called it, which was amazing! It came with a great travel mug! However, there was also a Tim Hortons card included, that had no money on it? I'm not sure why it was included, but other than that I've always had a great experience here!

Always have an amazing experience at NFDC with all the staff. I'm not one for the dentist, but every visit I have it's always enjoyable, and I feel like the staff all take care of our family like it's their own family.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction with 2 impacted teeth done at NF Dental clinic. Thanks to Dr. Fortino and the staff for a quick and painless surgery. I have been going to this clinic for a year now for cleaning and had dental filling done. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. I made the right choice getting my procedures done here. Professional Staff, Friendly atmosphere and well maintained clinic- Very clean! Highly recommend!

Staff are all nice, friendly and professional. Precautions for covid19 were taken. I have come for 2 different tooth extractions and both Dentists were extremely gentle with the freezing process. One of my biggest fears of the dentist is the freezing needles. Not only did they not hurt me doing it but after the freezing was gone I wasn't in pain. Any place I have been prior I can't even open my mouth after just from the freezing needles. During the whole process they checked on me to make sure I'm okay multiple times. Tell me what they are doing. Just overall best dentist I've had. I would definitely recommend them here, especially if they do kids because they are so gentle, I forgot to ask but I'll be bringing my kids there soon for their check ups if so.

These people are all pro’s. The appointment was painless. I didn’t even have to take an advil after and they extracted the biggest tooth in my mouth!

My first time to experience a dental treatment here in Canada, as an immigrant i need to research the best that i could find. Then tried NFDC, & i can say. "it is the Best among the rest" Dr. Greg Olivieri himself gave me all necessary informations & advice on how the treatment will go & everything went smoothly, now i am waiting for my next treatment for a Dental implant. This clinic is very organize & welcoming, i had my daughter w/ me & thankfully they have an area for kids to stay, the employees there tried to make sure she's okay while waiting for me & gave her something to play with. Staffs are so great, very friendly & makes the visit more comfortable. Karen was the first one who approached me there & as a treatment coordinator she's very knowledgable & caring person, it's like a family. I have to mention the workmanship & quality is phenomenal, Dr, Greg always makes sure that the procedure is almost perfect. Speaking about the clinic, it is very clean & advance equipment, they really adopt to the changes and update their services as we move towards the future. Keep up the good work NFDC, i am glad i did my research & found you. Thank You!

By far the best care in customer service from the time you call to book an appointment to the time that you are in the chair, they all care about your well being. I can't say enough about Dr. Olivieri and his team who made me feel at ease coming in to a dentist not having been to in many years due to past experiences. I recommend them to anyone that has a fear of the dentist, they will help you to over come it.

My day started off with a great deal of fear and anxiety. Everyone at the clinic helped me to relax and took excellent care of my dental needs. Thanks, now time to rest and heal.

Dr Greg and staff were fantastic. Coming from a previous practice that I had a negative experience with, this was refreshing. Very welcoming and informative and has all the tools and techniques that really make you understand dental health. I'm a very happy new patient.

I had a wonderful experience, Dr. Bashi and his assistant made me feel very comfortable, so much so I almost fell asleep, a surprise considering I had 3 cavities filled. Both Me and my daughter make frequent visits to the office. The team is superb! The staff is experienced and friendly. A great place if you are anxious about going to the dentist. There are options if you are really anxious getting work done but, with Dr. O you may find you don't need anything. My friend recommended me to them and I'd do the same for anyone looking for good dental health care.

Quand je suis arrivé à la clinique dentaire, j'étais très nerveuse comme à l'habitude et en plus à cause de ce nouveau risque Covid 19. Le personnel de l'établissement m'a tout de suite rassuré. On m'a montré que la clinique était bien sanitisée, qu'il y avait des purificateur d'air dans toutes les pièces (air purifier aux 5 minutes) et tous sans exception portaient leur masque. Les chambres sont désinfecter entre chaque clients et les rendez-vous sont bien espaçés. De plus, le personnel de la clinique est très professionnel. Merci au docteur Greg Oliveria pour ses bons soins et ses conseils. Je vous recommande cette clinique dentaire. Ce sont des gens compétants. J'y retournerai assurément.

Hygienists are so kind and knowledgeable and it’s always a pleasure getting a cleaning from them.recently had to cancel an appointment after reading the contract about the higher risk of contracting COVID-19 at this time, and receptionist called me back interrogating me to explain my reason and would not move my appointment until i gave her a satisfactory answer, talked down at me as if i were a child.most unprofessional service i’ve experienced in awhile.

Dr. Olivieri and the staff at Niagara Falls Dental Clinic are very professional as well as genuinely interested in their patients. I have been a patient with the Clinic for years and they have always treated me with kindness, making sure my experience with them is always a great one.

I love this office. I don't even live in the Falls anymore but I will continue to visit because everyone here is kind and professional. I don't love going to the dentist, period, but the staff here help ease my anxiety a lot.

Dr. Olivieri went above and beyond to assist with an after hours dental emergency using video conference. He responded immediately and completely eased my anxiety about the issue, while providing excellent care and advice. Best service I've ever experienced from a dentist. Thank you!:)
