Thankfully the bartender knew what the Niagara Falls hot chocolate trail is! I stopped by the 1st marriot and got told to try the 1 across the street… the door man told me the “great room” bar doesn’t exit and too try the 2nd floor mezzanine… atleast my I phone had some pictures of the bar! The bartender was super friendly and polite, had no problem making me my drink but also explained that the 1st marriot I was in also has a drink along the trail! Fantastic effort and lack of trained from multiple staff and especially the door men that didn’t even know where the bar is! Atleast the bartender had the ability to understand my frustration and make me a drink!

The viewing location is very good. There are so many people. Parking spaces are charged and difficult to find. The refrigerator is not cold at all. The water in the sink is hot and cold but not the right temperature. The sound insulation is not good. The air conditioner is very loud and affects your sleep.

Amazing stay here. Views were unbelievable. Only a couple things to say. Stayed in a room with a double person jetted tub. The Jett’s did not work. Also one of the lights in the tub away was flickering constantly. The beds could be updated for a better night sleep.

Overall, my family and I had an good experience here. The parking lot is across the street at the other Marriott. However, they do allow you to unload and load at the lobby entrance. The parking lot is a short walk across if you opt for self park. I like that you can get the bus passed from the lobby, therefore, once we parked we didn't have to worry about finding another spot. The we go bus is easy to use and pretty much take you anywhere you want to go. We stayed in a Falls view room, amazing view. The hotel has a viewing seating area in the room already set up. Morton's was good but didn't expect all the additional taxes, resorts fees they charge on top of your bill. They're not transparent about that, I had to ask. My check was very confusing, I'm not completely sure that I wasn't overcharged which is weird for a restaurant visit. We also ordered room service for breakfast. It was ok probably would have been better if I was hot. Food arrived cold not warm. The syrup they sent was so cold must have came right out the refrigerator not warmed making the cold pancakes worst.

The rooms are nice. The view of Niagara Falls is beautiful while waiting at the elevators. I was surprised that for the price, $$$, it didn't come with a continental breakfast. For $300 a night, even a banana or a muffin would have been nice.

A wonderful, spacious split-level loft with superb views of Horseshoe Falls. Wego access was included and the Wego bus stops directly across the road. The only downside is the cost.

Enjoyed our stay but didn't pay extra for a view of the falls which are stunning. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Milestones was very enjoyable. My only complaint is the cost of parking and the local fee in the form of a tax imposed by the city at 7% to which another HST imposed on that. I am bringing my hard earned money to your city and helping your economy and local business and you hammer us with this tax - very unacceptable. I don't plan on returning. The cost of the hotel was expensive enough!

Loved the hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful. Shout out to Norma who welcomed us in and was very kind to my husband who just had a birthday. We were on 7th floor with still an amazing view of the falls and fireworks. Room with a view. It was well laid out and clean which matters most. Only negative was being older it gad an adjoining door to next room and we had very noisy neighbours who partied to 2am with friends. Very noisy no soundproofing on door so it was like they were in our room. This was no fault of hotel but they need put baffling on doors to soundproof!

Rooms were spacious. Cleanliness was maintained well. Service was good. Location is amazing. We had a great view of the Niagara Falls at night. The lighting on the falls and fireworks was clearly visible. It is recommended that problem use this view to soak in the great falls.

Wow what an excellent stay at the Marriott on the Falls. The Fallsview hotel sits in front of Marriott on the Falls - so it can be a bit confusing - but once you understand which location you are supposed to be at- you are in for a great stay Upon arrival I was upgraded and the elevators were efficient. In the daytime however they can be very busy - and apparently one stopped on others in my group, but eventually turned back on and continued:/

I will say the bathroom door was not our favorite - as it shuts sorts of awkwardly with a gaping hole and does not lock if that is needed. The bathroom is pretty seperate from the beds so it still offers privacy - just FYI to those traveling with friends or family.

Parking is on the side of the hotel or across the street on quite busy days. I never tried to walk from this hotel so I'm unsure if there is a good way to reach the falls from here. Overall an excellent option and highly recommended.

We were so excited to come and stay after almost 2 years of no travel. We decided to stay in a more upscale hotel, rather than our usual Ramada. Upon booking, I was quoted $450 for the stay. Upon check in, I was told that due to being there for 3 nights we wouldn't be charged $35/day for parking but would be given a rate of $25/day. When I check my credit card the next morning, there was a $756 charge on my card. When I went to the front desk, it was the same lady who had checked me in. I asked her to explain what all the extra charges were. When she stated that parking was $35 a day, I corrected her stating that when she checked me in the night before she said parking would be $25 a day. Her response was - oh ya sorry. How dishonest. In the 3 nights we were there, housekeeping never came to our room. Ridiculous. There was a loud banging sound coming from the heating unit as well. And to be charged for coupons that we didn't even ask for is ridiculous. Why is the invoice broken down in codes and characters, each with HST, instead of being transparent about what you are charging people? We will most definitely not be returning and have told our friends and family as well.

Firstly, the hotel is very nice & employees are friendly. My main complaints are cleanliness and pricing.

I had the standard queen room, the bathroom door was filthy with fingerprints and dust - it looks like its never been cleaned. The walls had smears on them, the wallpaper was peeling, and the mini-fridge (a) smelled absolutely disgusting and (b) didn't even work.

Also, I booked through Sleep Cheap (a fundraiser for Niagara residents). Internet is included for every other guest, but for some reason you have to pay $26 extra for internet if you book it through the fundraiser! I thought this was such a scam, especially because they don't tell you this at check-in.

The superior rooms have great views and illuminated falls in the night are amazing to watch. But everything is ridiculously expensive, parking is not even covered and they charge $35/night. Some parts of the room was very dirty, ripped carpet. Food was okay, it’s better to go out and eat.

We were unable to keep our reservations due to covid restrictions. I canceled the reservation ahead of time but they still insisted on charging me a $160 for 1 night.

Nice hotel, nice view, comfy bed. However we had no face cloths, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dirt and when we moved the couch from the side of the room to by the window so we could sit and watch the falls we found a used paper towel under it in room 2403! Another point is it is not very handicap accessible, I am on crutches and my husband left me at the door from the parking structure and as we entered it had stairs and even when left at the door before the parking structure they were locked and you had to keep going around to get in or deal with stairs.

Great views from the Bi-level Suite. Bedroom is a loft. The room can use a bit of TLC and updating. For the view for a night or two it is not bad, would consider staying here again. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the views of falls and how it lit up at night.

Awesome! Very clean and the staff is also nice. Perfect view on high floors.
I would suggest you to get the breakfast buffet. Its around 20ish per person, with the falls view. The food is also tasty.
I will visit again.

Surprised with the (poor) quality of services. We had to wait for more than an hour to check-in as the room wasn't ready at the time (3pm). Throughout the wait time, we were provided the same Excuse ("cleaning guys are in your room and it should be ready in 10mins"). We lost precious time exploring Niagara Falls.

Extremely disappointed with Marriott. Wasn't expecting this kind of reception.

The hotel is located right at the brink of Horseshoe Falls, so if you get a room at a high enough level you get a great view of the falls as well as the US side of the park.

The room itself was comfortable but a bit dated (no Netflix or other streaming ability on the TVs) ; if you've stayed at any other Marriott you'll know what to expect. Parking is $35/night. If you have Platinum or higher status you get ~$50 off of breakfast at the restaurant which has a decent buffet and a la carte menu. Be aware that all hotels in the area charge ~$30/night amenity fee, which is a bit steep but gets you passes for the shuttle as well as some wine/beer tastings.

I absolutely love this hotel.

It's location is at the end of the falls so there isn't crazy traffic and you're within strolling distance to all local attractions and fallsview casino.

The rooms are clean, and large and a huge variety of upgrades and room types that are will worth the money to stay in.

Lobby is never packed and most of all the service is fantastic. This is my go to if I'm in the falls and you'd be remiss not to make it yours!

The hotel is clean and the room is very clean and tidy nicely but there are a lot of negatives. No one asks me about vaccination. Bathroom sink is closed and needs repair. The air conditioner is noisy and old. There are noise and screams in the coordinator between the rooms even after 12 midnight. While I was going out for breakfast at 9 am, the lock on the room door stopped working, meaning that I could not close the door. I spoke to the reception and housekeeping 3 times and the door was not fixed. The tea and coffee heater is bad, old and does not work well
4 elevators for many people even the notes posted by the hotel that only three people use the elevator but no body following the instructions.

Visited the hotel for our anniversary and it left a lot to be desired. Paying $450 a night for a room one would have expected a little more. The shower temperatures were inconsistent, one moment it was warm, then scalding. The whirlpool was in desperate need of draining; we took one look at the water and went back to our room. And lastly, there were unsupervised kids running around the terrace. We opened our blinds and had to close them as they presided to stand outside the window and peak in. View was beautiful but not worth it.

Excellent! Clean, beautiful updated room, very quiet on the 20th floor. Took the city side but could see the falls clearly out a huge window by the elevators on our floor. We could just step out of our room and the window was there. Staff very friendly at the desk and very helpful with questions. I didn't realize that I booked through booking.com so didn't get the seniors discount. They were very kind to us at the desk and gave me a discount on the parking. For sure would stay here again with our next visit.

My husband and I booked 2 nights there for our honeymoon, which I told them about on the phone when booking. It wasn’t our ideal honeymoon vacation, but due to covid and not being able to travel far, we just wanted a relaxing weekend away. The lady on the phone told us we would be getting a room anywhere from the 12th to the 21st floor overlooking the falls. We got there early so assumed we would have to wait, which was fine. They told us the room was ready, and we could up and see how we liked it. It was on the 5th floor, barley could see the falls and it was a corner room, so you could literally see into the next room.unless you kept the curtains closed the whole time, which would defeat the purpose of getting a fallsview room.
So we went downstairs told them it’s not what we wanted/paid for, and they told us they had no more rooms available and sent us over to the Marriott across the road. But when we got there they couldn’t give us a room, as this hotel had already charged the whole amount (which over the phone they told us that no fees are being charged till the day we leave.) At this point we were getting frustrated! We went back to the Marriott on the falls to ask to speak with the manager. After explaining our story to him, he gave us a few options to help accommodate us. He upgraded us to a Junior suite loft on the 11th floor with a great view of the falls, for no extra charge! That room was definitely more our liking and the view was amazing!
The manager definitely deserve 5 stars! As we weren’t super happy with the customer service we received at the front desk, and with paying a lot for our stay, we were honestly ready to just turn around and go home after driving 2 1/2 hours. Thank you again to the manger for being so understanding and accommodating.

Very bad staff. Phone doesn't work in my room. Couldn't order a movie, complaint, and the staff says it's not our fault. Am a Gold Elite Bonvoy Member, worst property to be in. Waste of money and place.

Hi my name is Tony G and I was going to stay at this hotel from 9/9 - 9/11 as a surprise 29th Wedding Anniversary celebration for my wife! I was taking her on a trip to Niagara Falls as she has always wanted to see it! Unfortunately we were unable to cross the boarder do to lack of information from Expedia, which I would not recommend going through! My wife and I needed a COVID test and that information wasn’t given to me at my time of booking so we didn’t get tested and were denied entry at the boarder! At that time I called the Marriott and spoke to Anurag explained the situation and he without hesitation remedied this situation! Not only did he remedy the situation, he was helpful in suggesting some names of hotels on the US side so we didn’t have to get back in the car and drive another 7 hours home! He is absolutely amazing and there needs to be more people like Anurag working customer service these days! Please commend him for his competence, kindness’s and going above and beyond without any hesitation! I know we would like to thank him again! Thank you Anurag!

If you want a hotel that is NOT covid proof, there you go, you have found it. WAY to many people, there was no organization at all. It's ridiculous, there is like 4 elevators for way too many floors. People did not care to be squeezed. Also, if you are there to have a good night sleep, forget it. People are screaming in the hallway. We do not recomand and will not return. The staff was nice and the room was clean though, have to mention.

Nice hotel with beautiful views. I wasn't too happy with my initial room especiually because of the ledge under the window which obstructed the view, but I spoke To anurag Singh, the manager who upgraded us to a room with a balcony with a beautiful view. Overall very nice stay. Thank you!

Worst flat bread stake I have ever tasted - the meet was rancid with strong bad smell. Veggies - dated. Returned.

Great View! That’s about the only good thing I can say! Starts with really poorly organized parking, For the first time ever couldn’t understand a word from the girl at the check in.stains on the couch chair has a rip in it. Beer cans underneath the dresser. Windows need to be cleaned.

Good hotel, rooms are renovated and clean, front desk friendly & welcoming, parking fee seems a little too high considering it is not underground but not a big deal. Milestones and Starbucks in the same building and Turtle Jacks 2 mins away walking distance. Stayed in a room with falls view and loved it.

Nice hotel with a great view of the horseshoe falls. Their breakfast buffet is not worth it at 25 dollars per person, and the contents you'd get included at a Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites.

Was not expecting to have a great view once I realized I was only on the 7th floor, but the fallsview was great! The hotel was clean, booked it for four people in 2 queen bed room but it was spacious enough! Booking it in the Marriott hotel and spa would've given a closer view but this was good enough! Great front desk service

Resort fee offers Parking, wifi, resort facilities to use. Its fallsview room has some blocking by the building in front, so couldn't look over the fall completely.

Room was really nice but wasn't ready for over an hour when we checked in. They gave us free breakfast at milestones but didn't tell us it would expire at a certain time. Milestones service was trash. Would not recommend.

Les chambres étaient rénovées récemment, et donc étaient bien nettoyés et moderne. Le service était génial et les aménagements de base sont propres. Le lieu était un peu loin des cascades comparé aux autres hôtels, mais en général j'aimerais retourner à l'avenir.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Marriott. The view from the room we had was beautiful overlooking the falls. At night the falls were illuminated. Our room was excellent and very clean and spacious.

We stayed in a fallsview double Queen room. We stayed with two infants which was good. They provided a crib, however our child keep biting the rail and white paint was coming out. So we stopped using it. We asked for microwave for heating milk, but they didn't have any. I had to use the kettle and place the milk bottle in the hot water. I didn't like the kettle, it was broken and was soo dirty inside. White and black particles were coming out of it. You couldn't even open the kettle to clean it. Aside from the hassle of heating milk, and making formula, everything was good. View was amazing. Can watch the fireworks from the room.

The hotel is clean and contemporary. I had a problem with my booking, I was promised things that did not show on my booking, but Dinesh was quick to make things right. That staff were all pleasant and helpful. We were there for New Years Eve and attended the party in the lounge. They did a fantastic job and we had a great time. Shout out to Madison the bartender, the bar was packed but she always had a smile and you never seemed to have to wait. Overall we had a excellent experience.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, my day had gone to complete hell in a hand basket and by the time I made it to the hotel it took just one thing to go wrong (not the hotels fault!) for me to give up. The staff however refused to give up and the manager (Nate or Nathan sorry I don't recall exactly which) jumped in and took the problem off my shoulders. I was able to get to my very nice, clean, spacious room with a great view of the falls and enjoy my night. I highly recommend this place for the staffs great attitude and accommodations.

Reserved a fall view room via phone when I got to check in they said it's a street view and there was no available room with street view tonight or next day neither. Very upset with that already told my 11 and 8 year old that it's a street view and they were very disappointed. So double check when booking people.

Great and prompt service, good view (saw half of fireworks over the falls from my 9th floor room), clean and classy. Only problem was one of the elevators seemed to be broken but still in service (made beeps and opened every floor, only closed when it timed out when when not full). Other than that, great experience and location, would stay again.

Great extras! Excellent staff, awesome breakfast, clean and comfy bed, amazing view, great bar staff and staff In General. The only thing I can suggest is a better head board.

I recently attended this location for a conference. The rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable. The staff were engaging and responsive. The location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the falls. Great Service at the Milestones restaurant which is attached. Thank you.

Huge rooms, very updated and modern. I would recommend getting a room with the view, if not, not to worry amazing close view of the falls from the hallway. If you dont mind not looking at a view ask for a floor close to the bottom. Elevators takes 5-8 minutes to get down.

Stayed in the Premier King Fallsview room and it was worth it. Great views of the Falls both day and night. A lot of great food options within walking distance and Starbucks & Milestones all inside the hotel. Guest services at check-in in were fantastic as well.

Excellent place and a breathtaking view! Staying there overnight was a part of our honeymoon. The hotel also upgraded us to the president suite for free. Staying there was an unforgettable experience!

Overpriced and below standard service. We booked for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. While checking in request to include some surprise element for the evening. I was ready to pay for it. I checked two times about the plan and they confirmed as well. At around 9 pm when nothing happened I called the desk to find out nothing has been arranged. Perfect way to ruin the day. Room view was not as booked because they were not ready at the time of check in. I am s Gold Elite member and I regret staying there.
