Niagara Falls Public Library

It ok change a lot in 5 years could be way better what it not good about this ti many street people's around the library in the day time should not have street people's around the library and a person not on the street like to see it all days give almost no interest in going in to Niagara Falls Ontario Library look at them every day all day at night it like a motel at the Niagara Falls public library

Afraid to go into the front entrance of the library homeless people camped out, drinking beer, using drugs. I’m just afraid to enter the facility….

I don't understand most of the people who come here. There are even people who watch movies and eat about food in the noiseless area. I've even seen people playing PUBG mobile on their phones at high volume. I've spent more time in more libraries than I can count and I've never seen a library so noisy and disrespectful. I'm really surprised every time I come here

I've come here over the last decade for different reasons. It's a great community facility, children's area and building. It is in hard downtown area however the parking lot is nicely tucked away off main roads.

Amazing staff, Amazing place to sit and read or even do your work stuff. Great collection of books. Love to spend quality time here!

I loved everything about the library except that the poor old lady on checkout desk has some hearing issues. I felt bad for her.

Nice library. Pleasant staff. Very limited outlets for charging laptops etc. The location is not a particularly safe neighbourhood. Head out before dark!

Do NOT go to this library if you're going there to study or get any kind of work done. The entire building was *bombarded* with people off the streets and some were aggressive in nature.felt extremely uncomfortable there. I don't know why this is, or if it's just because it's winter season and these people have no where else to go, but until that situation is managed do not go! I would only recommend quick visits to this place for the books/movies you need and get out.

Its nice to be able to get some good books to read again. Staff are helpful in using scanners or computer

I love going to the library with my son who's done the Shimmy and shake. Though watching children run on furniture that the library just bought is wrong. When they ruin the furniture they ruin the opportunities for others to enjoy. Sitting on furniture is what it's ment for. On top of that watching the staff allow this to go on during the sensory play is kinda disturbing. Above all else when kids are running on the furniture in the children's books area if they fall the library can be held responsible. Which in a way effects the general public. To those parents I'm sure you don't allow this at home.

Great staff. Great selection of books, movies, etc. Public computers. Excellent community hub including meeting rooms.
