I had a really good experience with Nazreen. She was nice, polite, and very well experienced. She took good care of me with excellent professional skills.

Short wait time! Called yesterday and was able to get in the next day, where as hamilton (wentworth-halton) was a 6-8 month wait for ultrasound! Front receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating with my appointment. Special thank you to Nazneen, she was very caring and knowledgeable! I will be booking future appointments here with Nazneen from now on:) worth the 40 minute drive for me!

Well went to this medical imaging today and was not very impressed, they are very rude and not very accommodating to there patients.

Had my 12 weeks ultrasound done yesterday with Anny, she was amazing! She was so patient and friendly. She explained everything to me and made sure i see baby's legs and arms. Will definitely go back for anny! Front desk staff were very friendly too!

I wouldn’t have given this star, came for 20 weeks ultrasound twice, first lady who did it was friendly but not much she gave me just one picture of my baby only after i insist. She didn’t showed me baby at all and my husband was with me she didn’t allow him in the room and nor showed him the baby. Again i went for ultrasound because they weren’t able to see everything of my baby. Second lady i had for ultrasound didn’t even showed me the baby, like nothing when i asked for picture she said you should have pictures from last ultrasound. I said she barely gave me a picture. Then she made a horrible face and gave me a picture. However, front desk staff was good, very cooperative and friendly. Change your ultrasound techs please. Then won’t even tell their name before doing the procedure. Bad experience, would never go back

The staff were patient and friendly and the lady who did my ultrasound was called Nazneen she was wonderful, very kind, very friendly, she explained every step ahead patiently to me so there would be no surprises and kept checking with me if everything went well or if i was feeling discomfort. I recommend Nazneen to anyone who likes to feel more at ease when doing ultrasound.

Everything was quite good until a technician forced my left leg past a 90 degree bend. The pain was excruciating - 4 hours later the leg and knee are still throbbing and swollen. I am not tall and the place where he wanted to bend my leg was well beyond a 90 degree bend - on a knee that is already very painful and swollen. I have filed a complaint with the clinic.

The ladies in there today were very friendly and helpful, even answering my questions thoroughly because honestly I can be a bit oblivious at times lol

Very pleasant staff. Obtained an appointment within a week unlike GNMI who told me no appointments until 2024. With several GNMIs in the Niagara region plus the hospital ultrasounds I found this totally unacceptable. No one should be told to wait 7 months. The care in the Niagara region is a disgrace. I will definitely return to Niagara Falls X-ray and ultrasound if the need arises.

I have been bringing my uncle for his X-ray and BMD tests almost for 6 years. I get excellent service at this clinic. Tech his name is Madan is very good and very efficient. We are just in and out most of the time. Thanks everyone for great service.

First off I want to start by saying the reception and the ultrasound ladies were very polite and helpful, BUT my experience here due to the Xray Tech named Madan was uncomfortable. Madan came out into the waiting room and called for my name, which he pronounced wrong (which is okay it happens all the time). But when I corrected him politely he said QUOTE "it really doesn't matter". I was shocked by this rude response and told him that it does matter, it's my name. He was continuously argumentative to the point where he was mocking things I said to him back to me. Due to the aggressive I didn't even end up getting my Xray because of how uncomfortable he made me. Terrible experience.

I had a very bad experience with an ultrasound. The person who greeted me and directed me was very unpleasant.
I would not recommend this clinic for that type of examination.

What a great place! Everyone was so friendly and efficient! Extremely clean and all the safety precautions for us were amazing! Even the gowns were rolled up in change rooms! It was like going to a spa! I loved the grab bar beside the ultra sound bed and the metal stairway with hand rails to the xray table. Everyone went above and beyond. Very fast! I was in and out in less than a half hr:)

This was my first time at this clinic for an ultrasound. I was very pleasantly surprised. The clinic was very clean. The receptionist was very helpful, I could make an appointment in a few days. All the specialists were helpful and took care of me. This will definitely be my go to clinic. I suggest people to go there.

Very professional and polite staff. The processes are well managed by all the staff members. Never faced a challenge with any of my scheduled appointment. Annie did my ultrasound and she was awesome, made me feel very comfortable. They also call you a day before to remind you of your scheduled appointment. Overall nice experience.
