Rachel is an excellent physiotherapist. She is really well informed, respectful and as I mentioned to her an excellent communicator. Her active listening skills are above reproach. It is my privilege to work with her on reaching my healing goals!

Kelly has always been one of the best massage therapists I’ve encountered. Her knowledge of issues and ability to resolve them and help ease muscle tension or knots is always a bit painful lol but always ends with my range of motion so much better then when I entered her massage room. Highly recommend her if you can get in. She’s a busy lady.

The staff and Danielle my Physiotherapist are great. Been able to be back on track gradually but surely after experiencing sciatica. Awesome experience with them.

Had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to emergency but they were so polite and Co-operative.

Amazing session with Danielle as well, can see results in just 2 sittings.

I have brought both myself and my son to NHR. I have used/using may different professional services. My Chiropractor Shawn was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sang is a fantasitc massage therapist. Also have seen Dhari for physiotherapy following a fractured ankle. She is patient and kind and has helped me tremendously. I also highly recommend Geoff Gamble, he treated my son. He was through and helpful. Also don't get me started in the receptionist and front end staff, they are amazing! All told I will definatley return for any of these needs.

Walk in with pain in places I never knew existed, then after the treatment, walked out feeling like a million bucks.

I have been coming for about 2 months now and have noticed a marked improvement with my back. The exercises Geoff gave me have made my back and core muscles stronger. I have less discomfort and an sure it will only continue to get better over time.

Sang Nguyen is a great fascial stretch therapist. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend a treatment, for better flexibility and to help relieve stiffness!

I have been having extreme pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck, I called the office after it was recommended to me by a friend for physio and they got me in the same week, I had my assessment done with Dharti Patel, who did a super comprehensive assessment, she was kind and listened to my concerns, and explained what exactly was happening. After my appointment, I had relief for several hours, the receptionist was lovely as well, and I’m looking forward to working through my pain with Dharti’s help. I couldn’t recommend this place more

Called at 8: 20am as I had a pinched nerve in my lower back. I was lucky as they had a new chiropractor named Troy. Got in for a 9am appointment the same morning. And let me tell you Troy was amazing. Troy turned my back around and I have been able to walk around and has saved my camping vacation! (Only had to cancel 2 days) I have followed his stretching and instructions and I feel great!

Candice helped me immensely with a knee issue I have had and struggled with for many years! She showed me certain stretches and exercises to maintain a strong knee reducing inflammation and pain! Thank you Candice

I went to see Shawn for the first time In April, he fixed my back, I went back in July because it went out again and he made it feel amazing. I highly recommended his services who need Chiropractor work.

I have recently started care with chiropractor Shawn Noaman. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to figure out what your goals are and gives you suggestions to get there. I've seen a few different chiropractors in my life and Shawn is the first one to go that extra mile. I leave the office with new information I didn't have before, and most importantly my wellbeing improved.

Candice is awesome! She’s worked with me both before and after a total hip replacement. I’ve very happy with her personalized treatment plans.

I feel human again! Dharti helped me so much with my pelvic floor, she is so knowledgeable and respectful. After having my kids I had issues with pelvic floor being very weak and I couldnt even do activities like jumping, running or even coughing or sneezing without leaking, it was so embarrassing! The therapy has helped me so much and I'm enjoying My life again, I wish any woman that has that problem could invest a little in themselves After having kids It will change your life big time.

I highly recommend NHRC, I called and booked an appointment with Candice - physiotherapist when I was in a great deal of pain. She was able to see me the day I called and after a few visits I was pain free. She is knowledgeable, professional and very strong. Best physiotherapist Ever!

Outstanding experience. Candice is an exceedingly effective physio. My pain is all gone and I am back to running. Candice is at the top of her profession in my opinion.
