I’ve rented from them in the past and they have done an amazing job every time the kids love it they have fun overall great service I 100% recommend Niagara inflatables they won’t let you down especially when it comes to a party If you need it, they got it.

Amazing customer service (Nicole was a pleasure to work with), reasonable pricing, and great product! We ordered the dazzle 4-in-1 bouncy castle and the product was exactly as expected (and so much fun!). Nigara Inflatables delivered and picked it up at the requested time and were very accommodating on where to setup it up in our yard. The setup and take-down was quick and seamless. Will definitely order again!

We rented a classic bouncy castle for a small family gathering with young children. The castle arrived ahead of time and was set up quickly. Pick up was smooth also. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The kids loved it!

Highly recommend. Used them for a birthday party - great to deal with from initial phone call. Set up & pack down was done quickly & smoothly. Kids had a fantastic time - bouncy castle was great with slide & basketball net inside. Would definitely use again!

GREEDY! Horrible customer service. Dirty/broken inflatables. Also went to rib fest with my kids where they wanted $40 dollars for 2 kids.the price for a party rental is enough to buy your own. Greedy people that’s all I got to say.

Rented a bounce house for a children’s birthday party and the workers were very helpful over the phone to find something that works best for my price and type of party. The people who came to set up and take down the equipment were very kind as well. 10/10 would rent again!

It was a HUGE hit!
The kids had a blast and loved the slide! There was a basketball net inside too- we used balloons!
Niagara Inflatables came to set up right on time and take down right on time.
