Niagara Moving Company St Catharines

This is my third time moving with niagara moving company st catharines and i was always very happy with this moving company thank you guys

John and his team are so efficient I couldn’t believe how fast they moved me! They are real professional movers and they always have a smile on there face, this is my second move with John and his team and I would happily vouch for there moving services in St. Catharines is second to none!

Quoted $600 for 4 hrs.paid $150 deposit. Upon arrival required $706 despite deposit. Pointed this out at which point was told won’t be able to get everything in one trip so moving the larger heavy items first and “then see where we are at”. Upon their needing to make a second trip and bc a second trip required another $528 (distance to new residence 1.6km). Had no other option at that point - they know that and take advantage and exploit. Load and unload of both trips to the new residence with one minor bed assembly (extra $25 cost where they couldn’t locate one of the support posts after their disassembly so full re-assembly did not occur) was well under 3 hrs total.
Total cost $1384. Completely ripped off.
Further, owner/operator appeared annoyed with request to move the dresser drawers despite his telling me they didn’t need to be emptied at time of booking. Wanted to leave them behind for us to move on our own later along with number of other items they chose to leave behind at their discretion. Also seems more concerned about recent email confirmation of the etransfer sent him than customer service.

Niagara Moving Company did my junk removal today, they emptied my mothers house and made all our junk disappear, they are so fast! I was happy with their service and felt the pricing was very fair with our budget. Thank you

I hired these guys to help my parents move. They were so unprofessional and swore at my parents. They took advantage of my parents & over charged & threatened my parents to pay them extra or else they would have to unload the truck themselves. No care taken for the furniture. Items & boxes broken. DO NOT HIRE THEM! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Helped me on short notice to move some kitchen equipment. Great guys and service, good communication and everything went perfect. Highly recommend!
