Aria my Doberman just started going to daycare here and she loved it, the staff is very nice and professional. On her trial day, the manager called me to give aun update on how her day was going, they are very clear with the information and always open to answer any questions. I completely recommend them.

This place is wonderful! We were away for 2+ weeks and missed our Husky Blitz, and we worried as he has a medical condition. NIAGARA PET RESORT replied to all inquiries when we check in and they sent us photos of him having a ball! They are kind, compassionate and love all the fur babies that come for a week or just a day. We felt so much more at ease knowing he was loved and well cared for ️

We bring our 15 month old goldendoodle here, similar to other reviews, as soon as she sees us pull up she starts to get extremely excited. They organize the pups by size and she always comes home tuckered out, so I know she had lots of exercise.
They also ensure vaccines are up to date, so I also feel that she is safe amongst other dogs who would have had to show proof of their vaccines.
The website is easy to book, navigate and you can even have your pup groomed before you pick them up. Great facility, kind staff and very friendly.
I should also mention that we left her there for 2 weeks of boarding when we went to Europe, they sent us some photos while we were away to make sure we felt comfortable, I was so grateful. Highly recommend this facility!

NPR has been amazing to us! They’ve accommodated getting our puppy Zane into daycare and boarding quickly, as we’re expecting a baby any day.

We absolutely love V and her team at NPR! Our little dog recently stayed there for almost a month as we were out of the country. They took brilliant care of him, were always available when I asked for status updates and even celebrated his birthday and sent us pictures! They're just amazing and we felt better knowing that our baby was safe and cared for while we were away. Thank you, NPR staff! ️

The absolute best day care for dogs! Wonderful staff; wonderful facilities! Our dog has been there for a year now and we can’t imagine taking him anywhere else! He gets so excited when we pull into the driveway as he knows he’s in for a day of fun-filled energetic playtime. We honestly can’t imagine him anywhere else now! And it’s only 7 minutes from our house. With 2 new brother kittens, our dog, Lucky looks forward to his daily activities at Niagara Pet Resort. The fact the dogs are allowed free run is amazing! Highly recommend! Our little pug is our whole world and my son literally tells people he is his brother. Niagara pet resort takes such good care of him every visit! This past week we went away to Florida leaving Bugslee at the resort for 8 days. It was amazing being able to enjoy our vacation knowing our little fur baby was in such great hands. A few days into our vacation our son had a break down crying because he missed Bugslee so much, Niagara Pet Resort quickly sent photos and updates which helped our son cheer up! At drop off and pick up he is always so happy and seems very comfortable with the staff, we are so thankful for such an incredible team! We will forever be loyal members of the resort and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our Bugslee!

Went for a tour they have really done alot of stuff. The owner Marissa and her team member Valeri seem to have all their ts crossed and their i s dotted from what I've seen and heard yous are doing a fantastic job keep up the good work.

We have had such great experiences with Niagara Pet Resort. They make going on holiday so easy since our dogs love going there so much. Communication with staff is fast and responsive and the app is easy to use for booking and checking in on our dogs.

We are so lucky to have Niagara Pet Resort so close to us. Our rescued Irish greyhound Stella just loves it here. We go to daycare frequently and also have bordered her a few times anywhere from 1-7days. Everyone is professional and friendly. It’s nice to have a place we can leave her and not worry at all. They really care about the dogs.

We boarded our 7 month old puppy Atlas here for four days. He came home exhausted but I was told he was well behaved and had fun. He slept for the next 24 hours! They have a great spot close to the highway with lots of room to run around, relax, swim, and even a puppy area. Very professional group that cares about the canine buddies they look after. 10/10

My dog comes home so happy and tired! I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else for daycare it's amazing. She comes home clean all the time and they trim her nails! Thank you niagara pet resort, from scout!

My Aussiedoodle currently attends doggie daycare one day per week. They also do boarding and I find them excellent. I don't want to take my dog to a kennel where they're sitting in a crate all day or in a concrete dog run. Here they get to run and play with all the other dogs and I believe its crate free. Dogs are supervised at all times.

We boarded our 2 dogs for 2 weeks while we were on vacation in October 2021. The facility is very structured and organized with pet care routines and the staff are very pet focused. They also adhere to strict Covid protocols. I appreciate that all dogs are vaccinated and healthy before entering the facility. There are a large number of dogs who attend daily and for boarding, however the dogs are divided into their own packs. Shiro and Matisse came home healthy and happy.

They took great care of my lil shichi for two days. She came back of course excited to see us but playful and acting like the graceful happy dog that she is (it was also puppy's first experience outside of home)
They're a tad pricey but totally worth it!

Our dog always comes back happy and sleepy. Which is nice when you want a quiet relaxing evening. Grooming is also excellent and they give great advice.

Really is a home away from home for my Great Dane puppy Ruby! She absolutely loves it here and the staff are second to none!

The BEST pet resort in Niagara. My dogs are always so excited when we pull in the driveway and when I pick them up they’re happy and exhausted.exactly as I’d hope they’d be after a day of playing with friends. The staff are always super pleasant and you can tell they truly love what they do. My dogs rate it 8/8 paws.

This place is a great way to get your dog socialized and burn off some energy at a reasonable cost. I would recommend NPR to anyone with a dog!

When we do have to leave our puppies with strangers, these are 100% the strangers we would choose over and over again.

We love their open concept, cage free approach to doggy heaven. Their also pro raw food, which we fully back.

Occasionally, we take a day trip to Niagara, drop the pups off and explore. The pups have a wonderful time (as do we).

We are so glad we found Niagara Pet Resort! Our girl Lokie absolutely loves daycare day every week. She gets so excited as soon as her special collar goes on and we can't get there soon enough for her. She loves being outside all day and we LOVE that she comes home so happy and tired after her stays. I also really appreciate that your dog goes home the way they came, nice and clean. In addition, it is so nice to not have to worry about booking grooming/nail trim appointments because it is all taken care of for you. The staff are all so friendly and Lokie loves everyone! I tell everyone about Niagara Pet Resort and the best day of the week for all of us is daycare day!

I’ve been taking my dogs Carter and Kona to the Niagara Pet Resort for 3 years now. I drive 2.5 hours each way to drop off/ pick them up, and it’s absoloutely worth it! The staff at NPR are AMAZING! They are always so attentive and are great pack leaders. I also have my dogs groomed at the NPR. They love the open concept boarding and are always tired out for the ride home. I’ve been recommending NPR to people for three years now with confidence and will continue to do so. Thanks NPR for taking good care of my fur babies for me!

Our Boarder Collie Theodore has been a client of the Niagara Pet Resort since he was a wee pup! Theo has had many health issues and the Staff of the Pet Resort have been so supportive with his needs. Theo loves to play with all of if buddies a few times a week while we are at work or when we are on vacation. We have definitely taken advantage of the unlimited membership when we have traveled overseas and we are pretty sure Theo has a better "vacation" then us! Thanks for taking such good care of our dog NPR!

We loved how exhausted our Treeing Walker Coonhound Rosie was the first time we dropped her off for daycare. However, the second time and only other time she was picked up from here, she acted completely different and was very shy and scared and was super excited to see me and get out of there and return home. I didn't think too much of it then and know that she can be nervous with new people but warms up rather quickly with the right introduction and time. She loves other dogs, although she can be a little noisy and loud when playing but gets along with everyone. She frequents the dog parks daily and has never had one issue, no matter how the other dog is behaving. This place is not the right place for her or my other two dogs and I have found another facility that suits their needs and where they enjoy their stay and are cared for the way I want.

Sam, my two year old Shorkie, became a member almost a year ago and he loves it. When we went for our first visit to Niagara Pet Resort we were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff so I thought that I would send Sam for a trial day. In all honesty, I was not certain how it would go.the day was definitely more difficult for me than him. He came home and collapsed in the middle of the floor.totally exhausted and it has been like that every day he has visited since. At first, I wondered how I would know if he was happy there but it didn't take long to figure it out.he is so excited when we pull onto the street that it is all I can do to get him out of his booster seat. He goes running through the door, tail wagging and doesn't even look back at me. If I mention that he "is going to play with his friends" in the morning, he won't even eat.he just sits by the door and waits for me to take him to Niagara Pet Resort.
Sam has a bronze membership, would love to be sending him more often.he loves it, the membership included nail trims and a monthly bath. I have them add a full groom on every month. Sarah does a great job.

Words can never express how grateful I am to have a safe and happy place to take Sam when I need to travel for work.whether for a day or an overnight stay I know he is going to have a great time. My owners take me here whenever they go out of town and can’t take me with them. I miss them while they’re gone, but this place is pretty awesome. The people are really nice and it’s very clean. The other dogs are great too. I’m always seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends. I get plenty of time outside, get to go in the water on hot days, and sleep well after long days of play. If you need a great place to leave your best friend, then go to the Niagara Pet Resort. Tell ‘em Stanley sent you.

We send our little boy to NPR once a week to have fun with all his friends! Jax is so well taken care of at NPR we do not need to worry about him while we are at work! The staff are awesome and so personal, I didn’t even have to tell them who I was there to pick up the 2nd week in! That makes us fur parents feel good about who we are leaving our fur babies with:) another great perk we recently took advantage of is the grooming at NPR - soooo convieient! Thank you for always taking care of our crazy boy Jax!

I have used the NPR for many years. The NPR offers a unique open concept with dog behavioural and medical emergency trained staff. I never worry about the safety and individualized care of my dogs.

After moving away from NOTL I research and tried 2 pet Resorts/kennels closer to my new home. Both Resorts/kennels claimed to offer similar services but nothing matched the quality and attentive care that my dogs received at NPR.

So for my Dogs (x3) care and wellbeing when I am not able to be with them, NIAGARA Pet Resort is worth the drive to NOTL. I can relax knowing my dogs are happy and attended to by staff with a prority of loving care, safety and fun.

We are so happy we took the tour for Niagara Pet Resort when we were deciding where to leave our dog Jack for his overnight stays. We know he enjoys his time there. The staff pairs him up with at least one dog friend that is similar to his enthusiastic puppy nature, which keeps him busy during the supervised playtimes. By the time he comes home, he is so wiped out from all the fun that he needs to rests all day. Overall the facility is clean, has a huge property for the dogs to run/play. The staff are well trained & knowledgeable. We know he’s in good hands when we are away from him. Bonus factor: when he has too much fun outside and gets real dirty, the onsite grooming is a huge plus as they ensure he’s cleaned up before coming home.

Niagara Pet Resort has been such a relief for our family. Rosie was miserable being left at home all day long. She is such a happy pup now. She runs to the door in the morning as soon as we tell her it’s a daycare day! She arrives back to us relaxed and happy, having spent her day playing and running free. Overnight stays in the VIP area have made it easier for us to vacation with ease knowing she’s happy and well cared for. Thank you to the Niagara Pet Resort TEAM. Rosie loves you all!

Our pup Navy was a good girl before she started going and every day she comes home we continuously are reminded how GREAT she is. She truly comes home from NPR a happier dog. She's learning crucial socialization skills necessary to help her become the best version of herself, as well as at home has become much better at responding to commands.
The staff at NPR are always helpful to answer any questions you might have. Allison is amazing at getting back to you via email/phone.
The grounds at NPR are gorgeous & the main facility is clean and well kept.
Every morning as soon as we say "DAYCARE" she runs to our door and sits waiting at her leash, which tells you -they are doing something right!
We will continue to tell people about how wonderful NPR has been for us and how it is truly life changing for us and our pup.

Just started taking Riley to the NPR and he absolutely loves it! He can’t wait to get in the door he is so excited. We have also had the pleasure of using their grooming service and they always have Riley looking his best!

My dog loves it at Niagara Pet Resort! It is so nice having him out of the house a few days a week for him to run around and play with all his dog friends. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - and clearly love what they are doing. They know all of the dogs names, and always have some funny story or comment about my dogs day when I pick him up. It reassures me that they are in fact watching them all day, and care about each and every dog. Additionally - they are very good with short notice cancellation (if your dog is sick, or something comes up) and are easy to reschedule with if necessary. Highly recommend if you want to socialize your dog or just get them out of the house a few days a week to burn off some excess energy!
