Very unprofessional, I called before coming in, asked are you accepting patients, answer was yes. I literally asked all I need to do is come in with my health card? When I went in the receptionist very rude, arrogant, said you need to bring a paper from home write your information and drop it off. When asked Can you give me a paper, I was told to go home and grab a paper. Come on you are running a clinic how can you be so stupid.
There is a stupid policy that you have to come in and book and they will tell you the time you have to visit. So it’s walk-in book and go back because the time they tell you is 3-4 hours after you “walk-in”and come when they tell you and this cannot be done on phone.
I think this is a good Walk in clinic, especially Dr. Sidhu and nurse assistant Shali. They have provided very detailed service. Their way of having a nurse to do the inquiry part first was good and had saved the Dr's time; however, we found there was a long wait. We were told we first needed to come in person in order to be put into a queue, in order to be seen 2.5 hours later. This was very time consuming.given Niagara Falls' already time consuming transportation system. We have been to other walk in clinics in other cities, and they have an online booking system, which was very efficient, and more patients could be seen.
My experience at this clinic was very good. The indian girl at the front was very helpful as she explained me everything in detail. The doctors in this clinic are well educated, listen to the concern very carefully. Highly recommend this walk in clinic.
Horrible, horrible experience with these guys. First time I went and they said I had a pull muscle and the medication they gave me made me more worse because it was actually an kidney infection. My second time which was today, I have an nose infection that I've had for weeks and Tylenol and nasal spray and blowing my nose doesn't work. And the doctor says it's just an seasonal cold and sends me on my Mary-Way. Never going here again! If I could give them a 0 I would but I can only put a 1.
Only after lugging my ill 1.5 year old there and inside do they tell me they can’t see any patients under 16 because of the dr on staff. Maybe something they could put on their website to save a tired mama a trip there for nothing. If you plan on bringing your kid there maybe call first to make sure they can actually see them.
Turned away an hour before the clinic closed after dealing with an ear infection all day at work. However, they did give me a number to call which directed me to a nurse telling me to go visit my nearest walk-in. What is the purpose of being open passed your typical 9-5 job if you won't even take a patient in need of help.
Wow! Went in on a Saturday morning thinking I would be there for hours. Everything was quick. Check in, triage and doctor efficient. Was diagnosed and had antibiotics in hand within 25 minutes. Saved my weekend!
Great experience. Dr Sidhu and Dr Abrahim are awesome. Regular visiting from last 2 months. Having great experience from front desk staff and doctors. Thank you all who is working there.
I visited this clinic for the second time today for a follow up, waited only for 30 minutes. My initial visit was even shorter, only waited for 15 minutes. The staff, from the reception to their doctors were very caring and professional. Thank you for an amazing medical service.
IfI could give 0 stars I would Went there for chest congestion was told I'm 5th in line that's fine. Waited 45 minutes then they started to take others in that came after me so I let that slide Twice then I asked when I'm going to be seen and she said I have 7 people ahead of me. Lied to from the start.wasted time for nothing and left. NEVER USE THIS AGAIN on the upside the chairs were comfy
I took my child two times to this clinic. Overall very pleasant experience. Front desk was welcoming and Dr. Mondeesh is kind and helpful. Previously we had some bad experience from other clinics in Niagara falls region where Front Desk very rude and doctors are not very pleasant. So far our experience was OK.
Sometimes there front doors are automatically closed and even they don’t know so just give them a call they will open for you especially on Saturdays. Apart from this Dr. Multani is very kind and polite doctor. He listened you very calmly then give his suggestions
This clinic is better than most of the clinics I've been to in the Niagara area. I came by on a Saturday at about 10am. It was rather busy which is to be expected. Dr. Mondeesh Sidhu was great. I didn't feel rushed and she took her time explaining the medication she was prescribing me. I'll definitely come back!
I have come to this location every day that I can for the last 2 weeks and they’ve denied me every single time. I work every day until 4pm and get there about 4: 30. On days that they’re open until 6 I go, and without fail, they say their wait is too long and it’s a 2 hour wait. I do not need a diagnosis, I only need a refill on an inhaler and birth control, and they know this. I’m left to use other peoples inhalers, and i’ve been forced off birth control for an extra week. Do not come here if you urgently need something. They WILL deny you.
The front desk staff where great. Female doctor that I spoke with, was very rude. Rushed me out. Iam on a waiting list for a doctor. Thank god that I won't have to deal with these walk-in Dr.quacks anymore. All they want is your money.
I attended this clinic yesterday for the first time. The wait time was less than 10 minutes to be seen by a doctor. The front desk staff was friendly, and Dr. Multani was very professional and caring. The pharmacy staff was quick and efficient. Glad to have found this walk in clinic.
Took a taxi to the clinic. Told to come back in 4 hours. Couldn't even sit inside and wait. I was told to wait outside. This was my first time here but there will never be a second. Terrible staff at the desk. The 2 I spoke to were both very rude.
Having a severe attack of gout while visiting Niagara Falls brought me to see the doctor at this clinic. I could not have been happier with the excellent service that I got from the staff at the Niagara Region walk-in clinic. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving! So pleased with Dr Ken Abrahim for seeing me so quickly and prescribing medication to relieve this intense pain. The convenience of having a pharmacy right with in the clinic was superb. The pharmacy staff were so friendly and understanding. If the rating scale went up to ten they would be getting a full 10 stars! They were fantastic! Thank you so very much for helping me!
I got an appointment easily, the place is very new and clean looking. Very nice, friendly staff with a pharmacy onsite. The Dr that treated my ear issue was great, really knowledgeable, and really nice. I didn't have to wait at all. Will definitely return.
I happened to have the perfect experience.while they have not answered phone all day, I took the risk and made the 40min drive.nobody there, receptionist was friendly, helpful and efficient. I saw the doctor shortly who was also friendly, helpful and reassuring. They have me short term solution and advice on long term follow up. Adjacent pharmacy was just as friendly though a bit slower. Still, overall experience exceeded my expectations though I'm sure the luck of not being in long waiting line helped. If I made the trip only to find they didn't have appointments available, I would've been more upset about them not answering phones.
Wonderful experience! Everyone at reception was really nice including the young man. All the ladies at the Pharmacy were lovely and very helpful. Dr M was very kind and caring. Great sense off humor too. Will definetly make this my new spot.
I met Dr M for the first time. Finally a family doc in the region that's going to stick around, takes his time and sees you same day. Would highly recommend. Time to see him was about 8 minutes.
I have been to this clinic a few times with my family. The doctors are good and actually listen to you. We come here now cuz we get to see doctors and not assistants.
I had a great encounter with this doctor. It was refreshing to be seen by the actual doctor not assistant. Got same day specialist referral to lung specialist. Thank you Dr Multani. Will be back
Less Wait time - Good doctors Dr Multani is amazing - first Doctor to examine me during this pandemic and take my sore throat seriously. I seen in minutes Recommended
I have been to this place with my elderly dad about 5 times now. We saw three different doctors over all the visits and they were pretty great. They took their time with him and didn't rush us. It was refreshing to see actual doctors not just an assistant.
Dr Multani is an awesome doctor with experience. He saw me rightaway and treated me. Niagara region is blessed to have physicians like him. Best doctor ever!
If there was an option to give no stars that's exactly what this would get. I went there in desperate need of some help with an issue that's been ongoing and is starting to scare me. I was doing my best by wearing my face shield but they did not accept that, they wanted me to wear a regular face mask but what I had on was a shield, the lady wanted me to go and sit in the parking lot and talk to her on the phone about my issues. That's the only way she was going to help me. They denied me service and so I was left to continue looking for another clinic. I was able to find a great clinic who shows compassion and respect. That is where I suggest we all go. The clinic is on Ferry Street in Niagara falls Ontario. Don't waste your time going to this one if you aren't able to wear the face mask. Go to the one on ferry Street, you will be glad you did.
