This place is perfect for students, close to to towpath that can get you most places, a grocery store within few min walk and is incredibly affordable. Bonus the landlord is supper friendly, professional and helped me a ton before my lease ended.

I have lived at Niagara Student Living for a year. I absolutely love it here! I would highly recommend this place for several reasons!
- The landlord is amazing and responds to me right away if I have a concern. He has helped me so much throughout the past year. He recently just helped me put in an air conditiong unit for no charge.
- The location is very close to the bus stop, mall, grocery stores and restaurants.
- It is a quiet location and I have never had concerns with noise. This is an important factor for me because I study here and cannot work with loud noise.
- The other tenants here are very friendly.
I find this place an excellent place to live and it is reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend it to future students.
