My husband and I just bought a trailer from here. We went to about 4 different trailer dealers and we had the best overall experience at Niagara trailers. Darcy and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning customers!

We bought our trailer from Niagara Trailers in late 2019. The sales experience was very good and the sales person helped us pick exactly what we wanted, but for me it has always been about after the sale that counts the most. That said, in every respect the service and care we have received after the fact by the service, parts and storage departments, has been above and beyond anything I have every experienced in my life, and for me as I said that is the key. They have fixed every problem quickly and effectively. Thank you John and your whole staff for an amazing experience so far.

Fast service and 1 day turn around when we brought in our trailer for about 10 small issues we were having.

The staff, service and commitment to their customers is the #1 reason people travel a long way to Niagara Trailers. We travel over 2 hours for service and have had various things fixed, including storing the trailer for the winter. They were great and accommodating with our delivery inspection making sure that they gave us the proper tour as well as allowing us to do the inspection to the level that we wanted. I would buy our next trailer from them, hands down.

Update we bought and sold 2 RVs as we upgraded last 4 years. Nice part with John he cares and we had an opportunity to buy a RV to get spot of our dreams. Now we had a new RV from last year and John and his team
took it in and took care of everything and sold it for us for commission of course. We even got prorated warranty back. I am not one to buy warranty but on any RV its good idea. When you deal with trade in or consignment sell John is very fair. With COVID have his team detail and sell it makes sense. Recommend their business and you get a life time 15% off when you buy your RV from him and his team.

Everyone from John to Luke to PDI and orientation the whole team was amazing and when left although nervous first time hauling something that long, all their tips and help and upgrades made trip memorable. Received our trailer with full demos on how everything works. Thank you Mike for sharing your knowledge and having the cameras installed and changing out the self leveling panel so it would work without any issues. Thank you Shannon for straightening our my extended warranty situation. Your service team is absolutely amazing. You installed a fifth wheel hitch on our 2012 F150. We decided to trade in this truck for a new 2022 GMC Sierra 2 weeks later. This was not planned but happened The service team helped us make the transition and set us up. We're set to come in to get a new hitch installed and will be travel with our new Durango trailer next week. Highly recommend Niagara Trailers to everyone!

It's been several weeks since we have reached out for help about our tank sensors and few other issues with our brand new 2021 travel trailer we bought from Niagara Trailers.

The team was helpful until we drove off the lot. Prior to buying our trailer they were responsive. Once we bought our trailer and began having a few issues their service went down hill and dissapeared.

They have not responded to 3 different emails sent to 2 different departments. It would be great if our new 2021 model came in working condition or had a service team that actually backed the product and helped to get things sorted out.

It is negatively effecting our road trip. Very poor service from Niagara Trailers. Maybe get you rv/trailer from a different dealership.

Bought our trailer from Darcy Shaw, he was great! Niagara Trailers has terrific staff! Inventory changes all the time!

Well we had jake b for sale guy he was good service department seem great so far bought are first hybrid trailer took it home in April nice clean trailer took it out in june to camp noticed a few issues now its going in this week so we will see how it all goes with the fixing the issues

Best store in the Niagara region. I'm restoring a 2001 Jayco popup and they had parts I could not find at two other stores. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice discovery. They had plenty of RV trailer for sale and their boutique for accessories was complete with almost anything you could need to maintain your RV.

Waiting for 3 months for new fridge door original is bent and didn’t close properly. They show up today with wrong door and tell me it has damage on it. Thrown out more the $150.00 in food from mild being on it and food freezing in fridge. Like another review quick to take your money but not so quick to resolve your problems. Service staff are great. Issue with broken promise of loaner fridge for my 2 week vacation. Park service department promise to get back to you and they don’t. Very frustrating.

We just called! We are currently camping and our slide-out won't slide-out!? Will be home Wednesday but are leaving again Friday for three weeks! Their response: "Bring it in, no problem. " Third trailer we have purchased from Niagara Trailers, and highly recommend them. Fair pricing, fabulous service.

Staff is great, lots of inventory. Only downside is a long wait time due to Clovid to pick up trailer. Almost 6 weeks for a used trailer.

Fantastic dealership! They go the extra mile to get you what you need. This was our first camper purchase so they gave us a 3 hour tutorial explaining all the the trailers functions and even handling on the road. Will be our first stop if we upgrade in the future.

These guys really take care of you. I bought a new trailer and after a year, with Covid delays, finally got my trailer back in for service. The team fixed everything up better than expected. I look forward to continuing to use their service dept.and highly recommend NT!

Just bought my second trailer from Niagara Trailers. Even though they are busy they took the time to make me feel like I was the only one there.

This company it Top Notch in customer service. The first email inquiry and the quick response from Jake. He made the whole process in purchasing our first Trailer simple with no complications. None of the typical sales tactics have to speak with my manager before provide a price. Etc etc.
Pick up day a 3 hour process as they offer a full orientation on your trailer. The orientation is in depth, write it all down as you will forget. They even make you hook up the trailer so one is fully aware of the process. The service dept and front desk also were excellent. We had a couple minor issues after we got our trailer home. One phone call detailing the problem, when can you bring it in. A week later a call stating trailer is ready for pickup.
If you are in the market for and RV, this the place to go.

Today I didn't have any dealings with their sales parts or service dept. I was doing somethings to my RV in the storage lot.

Last week we went to pick up our trailer after some repairs. The service team did a great job and provided excellent service. As we were leaving the shop, we realize the signals were not working. The service team checked the trailer and even our car to find the cause of the issue. They realized it was a problem with our truck and not the trailer and without hesitation, they changed a fuse and made sure our signals were working before we were set to hit the road. Niagara Trailers provides above and beyond service! Knowing what we wanted our sales guy was courteous and up front about pricing and the effect covid has had on inventory, and the added bonus - he was soooo funny and nice to meet. I feel confident that Niagara Trailers can and will provide a great trailer for us sometime soon. ;) oh forgot to add - they really do care too - not sure if you can tow that trailer with that vehicle well ask Darcy or any of the other sales people they keep your safety in mind.

Excellent sales experience with Luke Arbo. Unfortunately for personal reasons related to Covid we had to cancel our trailer order prior to taking delivery but Luke was understanding and processed the cancellation expediently and to our complete satisfaction. A true test of a good dealership and sales person is how they handled customers when things don't go according to plan so I felt compelled to write this review and Niagara Trailers and Luke have earned our trust and future business when we get to the other side of this pandemic!

Overall experience with our purchase, from Anna & John to Andre, Mike and the rest of the staff, was excellent, SIMPLY THE BEST!

We were incredibly impressed with the service from Niagara Trailers. They were the only place around with the type of trailer we wanted. They surprised us buy throwing in several accessories for free without us asking. They accommodated our schedule to get my vehicle set up to tow the trailer. Everyone we dealt with (reception, sales, finance, service, owner) was very pleasant to interact with.

Jake, the salesperson, took time to show us the options and answer my many questions on the very cold day we came to look. He really knowns his stuff. He was attentive without being pushy and gave us as much time as we wanted to snoop through the trailers on our own.

The most impressive was the service after we purchased. We got the trailer home and found there was a small leak in the front bump-out. I expected a hassle and at best, I expected to have to haul the trailer the 1.5 hours back to the dealer myself. Nope! They came and picked it up next day and are bringing it home tomorrow fully repaired. They even made sure to not affect any trailer usage plans we had made.

Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are very professional and friendly. They have perfected customer-oriented service.

I bought a used hybrid trailer from Niagara Trailers and have been really pleased with their service and support. I bought it in 2020 right when the pandemic hit but they had it ready when they were supposed to when they reopened. I had a couple of issues and they quickly addressed them. Then I towed the trailer 10,000 km on a cross country trip, noticing different issues that I wanted resolved with the warranty and Niagara Trailers stepped up and addressed them all. I have great confidence in Niagara Trailers and would buy my next trailer from them and recommend them. In challenging times their service team was always helpful and willing to address concerns.

Bill has helped me a few times at the parts desk over the last few weeks. He has been really helpful. Niagara Trailers is now my go to for parts and advise when doing any repairs on my Star Craft.

Bought all our trailers here. People are awesome to work with answers all our concerns. Would never buy a trailer any where else.

I haven't bought a trailer here but I have dealt with some sales people and parts. I have always gotten good service. I hear good things from people that have bought a unit there.

This our 4th year with our Escape Trailer and another problem.leaking kitchen tap and a soft spot on our floor. Last year we had a problem with our water heater control last year which was repaired but still caused out of pocket expenses. We have the extended warranty and hopefully we're reimbursed

Horrible customer service and sales help. Drove 1 hour to view a trailer which I was very interested in and prepared to purchase. Jake Burley the salesperson was very disinterested in showing the trailer. He was rude and made me feel like It was an inconvenience asking him questions. He seemed to not have much knowledge about the e pro trailer I was asking about. Although I did like the trailer I was so disappointed I left without buying it because my inquiries were not answered appropriately or respectfully. I was so upset by the experience I called and left a message for the manager or owner to call me. No call returned
