Best wine tour! If you can request John as he truly takes his time to show you around and teach you about the history of Niagara! If I were to do this tour again (which I probably will with different winery’s) it would HAVE to be with John!

I never leave a negative review but my short interaction with this company left me no choice. While looking to book for a large group for a bachelorette party I had emailed several companies, I decided to go with another company as this one took 2 weeks to reply. Since I had multiple winery inquiries in my email I accidentally reached out to Niagara Wine Tours International instead of the company I had booked and when Carrie (Karen?) returned my call she was rude, short, and cut me off while I was trying to explain. From the beginning of our conversation she had a matter of fact tone. And while I was indeed mistaken and I acknowledged that, instead of being polite and professional she suddenly hung up on me. I was flabbergasted and called back to speak with her. Of course she didn’t pick up seconds after we had spoken. Rude and unprofessional.

John was a great tour guide! Offered to pick us up early and took us on a historical tour of Niagara lakes area. Was fascinating. Was great at taking pictures and making the day enjoyable
