Nice One Nails

I broke 2 of my nails and went to the closest convenient nail place and came across this salon. Very nice staff they took me right away and fixed my nails brand new. Thank you so much!

I have used this nail salon a few times, honestly because it’s close to home. I usually book an appointment and even then they make me wait at least half hour. They are rude, rushed service and overpriced for their services! Had a full set done and the nails were thick which I can’t stand and the French manicure wasn’t even straight.

I love coming here! They are all so sweet and always know what i’m looking for and how I want it

Tia is so good at perfecting an acrylic full set. This was my first time going to this Nice One Nails and having the pleasure of Tia doing my French tip set. The shape is perfect and she was very attentive to every detail. I will be returning!

I am not one to ever leave reviews but i have to this time. This place is very unhygienic. I went for a manicure and pedicure. They made ne bleed when they cut my cuticles with a cutter that doesn't seem sterilized. My finger was swollen and tender for weeks after. Must of had and infection. Not a fan of this nice one nail franchise anymore. Better independent nails salon around. Especially in vaughan, there are plenty. Would have gave 0 stars if i could.

I did a new set of Acrylic nails and I have to say this is the first time in a VERY long time that I have been happy with a new set. They are long, thin and elegant, I will definitely be returning, Jack did a great job! Thank you!

Mike is an amazing nail tech, he killed it & it was my first time here. Susie was so sweet & did a great job as well

Pedi was done is 15 minutes. I can still see the ridges on my toe nails, the girl didn’t even look at my feet while she did them, instead the tops of my toes are sore. Missed my nails altogether and killed my toes. I can see my nail through the nail polish, nails are not even straight. I was going to get a wax but ended up not. Nope. Off to buy a nail file to fix the crooked ones

Made an appointment here from and travelled Toronto on the first day it opened after the provincial Covid-19 lockdown and I’m happy I did. It was extremely clean, every employee had a mask and gloves on and there was plexiglass separating at all the pedicure and manicure stations. There was a lot of customers so it was a bit of a wait but for the number of people in there the wait time was reasonable and the staff did not rush services. I got exactly what I asked for definitely recommend.

This nail salon is the BEST of the best. I will not go anywhere else but here to get my nails done. They keep up with the newest trends, nail colours etc. Always a job well done my nails always come out exactly how I want them. No other place around compares to how good of a job they do. Everytime I get them done people always ask where I got my nails done. Been going here for over 4yrs now. I'm no longer in the area but will continue to get my nails done here. Good location to come. I’ve been here 2 times, I was very happy with the result I got. Although I was waiting 30 mins cuz store was busy but They was doing quite and came out nice.high recommend to come here to get pedicure and set. Kim did amazing job for my new set.

First time at the nail salon and had a bad experience, it was hard to tell the person what I wanted to do I think it may have gotten loss in translation. I ended up just doing gel nails with shellac and my nails broke within a week and the polish was chipping, gel nails should normally last min 2 weeks. The do have a rewards program which I thought was pretty cool.

Recommend come here to get a pedicure done. Good price and the best service. I alway come here to get my pedicure done 1 a month. ️️️

Nice location. I came when store really busy without appointment, but my tips and feet came out nice. Nice boss and staffs very friendtly. I will come back. Recommend come here to get a pedicure, very clean place.

I had a good experience during my first visit and that’s why I returned. But the second time was very disappointing. Lucy did my nails when I went back, she kept on upselling me when I only wanted a manicure. She was chatting with her colleagues and wasn’t paying attention while cutting my cuticles and made my finger bleed. One of my nails also turned out too short, so it looked really small compared with the rest of my nails. I would go to another nail salon instead.

I’ve been here a week ago. Store was busy but I like the way they do, quick and came out nice. I came late but they till take me. Love the point system from them too. Nancy did my nails this time. Thanks to all friendly lady there. Will come back after 3 weeks. Nancy was amazing lady.

A lady was extremely rough with my hands. Anyways, my friend and I proceeded to go to pay. The lady said $25 my friend and I were confused as her pamphlet says $20 for “shellac change” then she proceeded to say that to take off the shellac was an extra $5 which made no sense.
My friend and I were the only coloured women in this establishment, wont go here again.

Reply: let me make myself clear. I am educated and understand the women working there are women of color so excuse me for that. I was referring to CUSTOMERS. I am grown and mature. I have gone to many salons and haven’t been treated this way and given them 5 stars. The lady was rude to my friend when she was finding her color, she also rushed me to find a color. Everyone else was very attentive to the white customers and not to us. DO NOT badger me for the way I felt in the salon. I do not appreciate it. You are entitled to your opinion. The person that my friend got I will say treated her very well. I am also an Asian woman myself so what are you saying?
Fix your price list and learn the definition of change.

Very rude and unprofessional. After I was done my nails she just sat there in her phone and than asked me if it was done and I said “sorry” like I’m not sure than she replied that’s what I’m asking you. Also got alittle rough as I changed my nail colour last minute.
