Nice One Nails

Shellac chipped same day. Wanted to give benefit of the doubt and returned 2.5 weeks later for removal. The tech started filing my nails down. I told her my nails were thin. She said she’d do “a little bit” and proceeded to file it all off including my own nail. I don’t know why I paid $14 for this. The end result is posted in the photo. I will have to completely grow my nails out due to the damage. They don’t know what they’re doing here, do not recommend!

I’ve been going here for seven years. I promise you that there is no better place to go for manicure and pedicure services than here. I have tried every spot in Orleans and this location is top-tier. The owners are incredible. The staff are lovely. And I have never been disappointed with my nails. Customers who leave low star reviews on locally owned shops like these based on expectations that are unrealistic should reconsider their intentions. They have been short staffed for a while and we all need to be more patient and human.

Was recommended this salon by a few people. Sonny was wonderful, he did a great job however, my low rating is due to owners treating customers differently. Apparently "their " customers dont have to pay tax if paying cash. That's what i was expecting, but to my surprise, when i asked why i was being charged tax for paying cash, i was told there was no difference. Disappointing.
I will go back to previous salon.

Wouldn't waste my money back there again. Don't ever go to the sole guy in the salon. I left with oval nails on one foot and square nails on the other because he refused to shape them for me, hurried me to make a choice of colors and told me I had to hurry because he had other clients. Rough when handling my fingers and a non existent massage when he needed to exert pressure. Even if I am paid, will never go back there!

The service provided was wonderful. I was there at the opening of the salon, so employees were coming in. The things that bothered me was that everyone was walking in, talking loud, sitting on the pedicure chairs and one of them was eating corn out of her purse. I did shellac pedi and dip nails (which the girl recommended since my nails were long naturally so grateful for that) and had some golden french tips on them. They chipped the next morning.money down the drain… and some of my cuticles were nicked.

Great spot for walk-ins! My esthetician was talented and had great conversations. Very clean and the massage chairs were wonderful

They did awesome job on my nails. If I could give more than 5 star, I would. I definitely recommend and will come back.

I booked mani pedis for myself and two friends who were visiting me from the US. Our appointments were at 3.30 pm. We waited at the reception for about 10 minutes where no staff was available. When someone did come to the reception, they spoke to two other girls who came in after us whose appointments were at 4 pm. After the staff spoke to us, they made us wait in the pedicure chairs till 4 pm. The two girls that had come in after us were booked for manicures but they wanted to switch their appointment to pedicures. The staff agreed and attended them before us. They told us they were understaffed and asked us to wait another 20 minutes in the pedicure chairs. We were really upset and told them we were leaving. While we were leaving, one of the staff said “sorry” with her back turned to us whilst working on her customer’s nails. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never be going back. Not even if they offer a free service.

Run down location, some of the pedicure chairs have worn holes and are duct taped. It's definitely not a high-end salon, and certainly not a relaxing environment. Loud TVs playing, people talking loudly. That said, I was happy with the quality of my mani pedi (but there are several other salons that offer quality service in much nicer atmosphere).

They do an ok pedicure but they aren’t very good at treating you with respect. They rarely smile. They are very cold and uninviting at this particular salon. Orleans doesn’t have a decent place to get your nails done properly. They are lazy and lack training and skill…

Had a great experience here. We booked an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and professional. Such a great pedicure, even got a foot and calve massage!

I had an amazing experience with Sonny! He was very personable, funny, and most of all an amazing artist. I came in 30mins to closing (oops) and Sonny stayed open for me an extra hour - I didn’t even realize until I noticed we were the only people there (I got a pedicure and chrome bio gels!). He really pays attention to details and gives you what you want. Thank you Sonny

Got my acrylics done here, NO lifting, NO chipping, SO good quality.staff is friendly and hardworking.would definitely come again!

I am not sure what people are complaining about. I have been going here for over 12 years. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. They last up to 4 weeks and then, are simply too long but I am pretty sure they would last much longer. They, like everywhere else, are understaffed but if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, they definitely do a great job!

Just wanted to share that I have gone to this salon for the last five years and will not go any longer. I went about 10 days ago for a mani/ pedi and not only did the shellac on my hands come off a day later but I now have a wicked toe infection. I was jabbed on the side of my big toe and a week later it is now infected. Will not go back. Sad
