Julia and her team are absolutely fantastic! Julia is so welcoming and accommodating to myself and my daughters. Very clean salon! Pedicures are away in the back giving the client privacy. Her nail technicians are friendly and amazing in their skill. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are like family!

Love going and getting my feet and nails done, always leave very satisfied with the work received. Staff very nice and friendly.

Nancy was soo amazing with my medi pedi. I felt welcomed right away. A few ladies were helping me pick out my colour we’ll engaged with everyone. They gave me a drink while they were working on me. Thank you soo much!

Never go to this place for a pedicure! They used a razor to shave dead skin and now I have a planter wart! Clearly shows how unclean this place is. One of the most painful experiences and I will never be back.

I have been going here for three years now and have recently started having problems the past 6 months.i find it very unfortunate when the ladies in frount of me are screaming in their language making me feel insulted.i have got my nails done here for three years and brought them costumers including my family and friends but the past six months they have seem to be rushed, rude and inconsistent.the workers dont listen to the length you give them because all they do is keep cutting and cutting till nothings left.they are getting old and inconsistent with their work.one day i asked for tappered square and came out with bubbles.i will not be coming back to waist 45$ on something that i could buy from walmart in their stick on nails section.you lost long time costumers and there family.

Terrible customer service I’ve had in a long time. The person doing my nails got extremely angry when I change my mind about a design, clearly she just wanted me to spend more money on a more expensive design. She said I was wasting her time and started speaking Vietnamese to her manager about her frustration which was incredibly rude. Wouldn’t recommended coming here unless you want to be treated poorly.

So disappointed I have been here various times and they lie you repeatedly I have gone in with intention of getting faded French acrylic nails. When I asked the lady if she was able to do faded French with machine I was assured by multiple workers they could do this the first time more customers were coming in so the lady told me that the machine broke and she could not do it even though she had not even gotten up to try the second time the lady pulled out polish to do regular French and said she could not fade them which she told me she could. The second time I had given my nails a brake and gone back exited to get acrylic, I went in with the intent of getting the longest I have done and walked out with the absolute shortest which was not my fault because while the worker was trying to even the nail out she took inches off I walked out with each nail a different hight and the paint job was not clean or crisp.while getting my nails done I was so upset I was holding back tears because once they’re cut they’re cut there is nothing you can do, while this was happening the nail lady said “eyebrow? ” And I was in complete shock as I have been here multiple times and have never done my eyebrows I felt humiliated and embarrassed that she said that to me when I said no she then talked to her fellow workers in her language and I couldn’t help but feel ashamed and embarrassed. Horrible experience would not recommend upon my worst enemy.

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. The owner is just money Hungry. She charged me for a service I didn't even get and was hustling me by raising her voice. The lady didn't do my cuticals during a manicure. Ummm what did u do even? I never bother writing reviews but after what I just experienced I just had to. I wouldnt go there if I was you. Also they have No nail art experience.

This place always accommodates me, even if i forget to make an appointment beforehand they’ll always make room for me. My nails always turn out nice, some girls do it a bit better. Very good service.

Not only extremely confused, but disappointed in the fact my hubby came here to purchase nails and other hardware goods only to find it is a salon? Two words: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

This is my favourite nail place to go in Bolton. They have always done a good job for the price and always take their time with even my young daughter's nails. Clean and friendly. Do sometimes have to wait but given I walk in that's fine.

Called them 20 minutes before closing and someone answered to say yes they will do my nails. Drove all the way there to find out everyone gone home and the one employee there says i dont know who answered the phone and that they are all gone. Waste of my time and gas! Thank you nice one nails for nothing!

Do not buy gift cards here. They have a terrible system of just writing the new amunt on the back of the card and signing it. They then told me that the amount was wrong and came up with some random number of what they believed was on the card. The were also very rude to another customer while i was there. The actual work was ok but not worth the money and they are a little rough

I had a few bad experiences here before (I have to be fair not always, there were also times I liked the work done) but today I walked in and Cindy did a fabulous job on my nails. I have never been so pleased with my nails and not only that, I was in a major hurry and she managed to get me out on record time! Cindy is amazing and I will definitely be returning.

Went to get my nails done today, had the worst one do them. Very rude and ignorant. 3 cuts on sides of nails, very ruff and all she wanted to do was rush to go onto the next person.
