Always great and professional service. New owners, new fresh look, lots of workers so more reliable than the old salon. Lily always does a great job too.

Their staff is extremely disrespectful. Had an incident with my boyfriend being in the bathroom for 5 minutes and 3 nail tech nails knocking on the door in those 5 minutes claiming another women had to use the bathroom. He was in the bathroom to use it not waste time? After I told a nail tech how rude they were instead of apologizing she tries arguing with me and raising her voice. After I told the manager she ignored the entire conversation and went back to her station. This is the respect and care they have for their clients? This is how we’re treated? Never going back.

Just got my pedicure done.
As soon as I reached home, the nail paint got ruined.
I made sure the nail paint was completely dry at the salon but the top layer was soo thick that it got ruined even after drying.
Very bad experience although I go there regularly
I called them up right away, she said it’s my mistake, it takes 2 hours to get nail paint dry and it’s my mistake if I didn’t choose what they wanted to do on my nails.
Very rude answer and no customer service.
They don’t even tell you about all this crab.

Had my first appointment with Lyly, she was super easy to work with. She made me feel comfortable as it was my first time. The online booking was easy and the others at the salon were super friendly and accommodating. The salon was beautiful and clean. So many selections for my bio gel and shellac service! Always professional and their nails are beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.

Too aggressive, made my finger bleed. Need to learn how to be more gentle. No understanding of the designs or reference images being presented. If a person is unsure, they should ask. I used to come here often but will not be returning anymore.

Clean and bright atmosphere. Had a pedicure with friends and the nail techs were diligent and gentle. Highly recommend. My nail tech was Bee.

Phenomenal! This was my first visit, and I was highly impressed. The place is clean, spacious, organized, and well lit. The ladies are professional and friendly and make you feel like family. I had Mimi as my nail tech, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she got it spot on! This will be my go-to salon going forward.

Salons in Brampton! If you haven’t visited I suggest you give Alice Nail salon a try! You won’t regret! Tina is beyond amazing! So attentive and never fails to provide excellent customer service as well overall service. All staff is friendly, they work together to ensure you are in and out within a reasonable time frame.

Alice is the best nail tech in Brampton. She’s been doing my nails for years and she has never disappointed me!

You will be waiting for 45 minutes even if you book an appointment before hand. I won’t be going here anymore. Tired of the wait.

I can be sometimes hard to please, but this place really comes through for me. They are affordable, courteous, friendly, and professional. My daughter and I continue to go there because we love their work and creative designs. I would strongly recommend this place. And, I must say it is extremely clean.

I started going there about 2 months ago, acrylic refill was $25, then it went up to $30, and today it went up again to 40. $40 to do acrylic refill? Its a joke. But Tina is very nice lady and does a very nice job, but $40 is wayyyyyy too much. I found another place close by for $25 and they are amazing too.

I will 100% recommend to everyone The services are there amazing had full on Conversations and don’t rush the savers mead suer that you were comfortable and relax when they did your services. New renovated nail spa, friendly staff.

I did acrylic full set and it is amazing! Plus their products are up to date and the service was exceptional.

For one, it's my first time coming here and I absoutly hate my nails. My middle finger is crooked, they were cut way too short and the design looks so messy. Along with the shape of the nail. This definately was not worth 60 dollars. Unhappy customer.

I came in a month ago for a gel overlay with a gel nail colour. The technician who did my nails wasn’t the store manager and I don’t recall her name. I’m writing this review today because I went back to my other regular nail salon because I knew what she did wasn’t what I asked for: gel. It was actually acrylic. And the colour I requested was OPI Lincoln Park After Dark but because of store lighting I couldn’t confirm the colour in store. As soon as I stepped out of the store I realized the colour was completely different from what I asked. Besides that, the job was horrible. I will not be returning. I was very upset because I felt like I was treated like a fool; this is very bad customer service.

Love this place, ladies are funny and great always give personal service. Always walking out satisfied and affordable

UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.they were screaming and yelling with clients, was watching the oriental movie and more focused on the movie than my nails. Very upsetting!

I got a shellac manicure from this place 4 days ago and it's already peeling off. Not to mention the fact that I waited almost an hour for my turn and paid $70 (including 15% tip) for a mani & pedi (shellac only for the mani). The all-in price I pay at any other Nice One Nails location is $20 cheaper and my nails last at least two weeks, sometimes three. I will not be going back and I'm not sure why this location continues to get business.

My first time going to Nice One Nails and really enjoyed it.
I always go for simple, clean, minimal nail art on natural nails. I was a little skeptical about the black wire tape because I am use to hand drawn lines but it turned out great.thank you Nice One Nails!

I have been coming here for years. Nice One Nails is great and their lady is on point! They are usually busy so expect a slight wait but it is worth it!

I came here last Monday for a pedicure. The price is reasonable. I had never have any better pedicure. Overall, Professional is amazing, I was happy with the cleanliness, service. They are all great! Actually, all the staffs had done my nails before and I never disappointed!

Last evening my boyfriend and I went for pedicures. I had called ahead to make us appointments (which was a suggestion from another review) and we were able to get right in. The salon was very clean and welcoming. The customer service was the best I have experienced in town. They actually took their time and wanted to make sure that we were getting an excellent experience. They never once tried to up sell us on any service (which several other places in town do). I ended up getting a shellac manicure and eyebrow wax while I was there also. Their prices are extremely reasonable and you get a discount when you pay in cash. This will be our go to nail place from now on.

The people were very unprofessional and rude. There are only 2 people working, which makes it extremely difficult to book timings. My friends and I booked an appointment, only to be told that we would have to wait for 2 hours more. Though we booked a time, they decided to allow people before us, causing us to wait an additional hour. It was beyond ridiculous. They also continued to chat with the customers for way to long even after their nails were done. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s great when they talk to the clients, but it just kept pushing our appointment further. The place is also very dirty and messy. It is as if they do not care. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!

The service at Nice One Nails is always consistently great. I have been going now for over a year and look forward to my visit knowing my pedicure will be relaxing and both my feet and nails will look professional when they finish. If you are looking for a place that keep the same staff and service, this is it. They will remember you by name.

This is the best place I have ever gotten my nails done! I got exactly what I wanted. Things are different there but I was helped at Nice One Nails to get what I was looking for. They are wonderful people and you will love their work. Don’t go anyplace else if you want beautiful nails️

First time going there and I was so disappointed at the quality of their work. The lady did my nails in under 30 minutes and a good full set should take a bit longer than that. It’s like she breezed through my full set and and didn’t shape the nails the way I wanted them and I told the woman I wanted coffin shape and my nails look like freaking cardboard boxes. As soon as the event i needed them for is over I’m taking these ugly things off! Go there at your own risk.

Love love love! Great customer service besides the wait time. Today there were only two ladies working and about 6 customers (4 being done at the same time interchangeably) but it was well worth the wait! Went for a gel fill in. Came out with gorgeous gorgeous nails. They even took care of my cuticles by finishing with an oil. 10/10 would come again.

Love this place. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. The spa pedicure is definitely worth the extra time and money. The place is open and clean with plenty of chairs and plenty of help. I have tried several nail salon and this is by far my favorite so far. They will continue to have my buisness!

AWFUL SERVICE!
I'm not one to write a review but i feel i need too. One lady is so obnoxious and unprofessional, water smelled bad, and sososo much more! I will Never go there again!

My nails always get done nicely by Lily. She's very nice and funny. If one or 2 of my nails get chipped I can easily come back and she'll fix it free of charge.

Too long of a wait even when there are only 2 other people there. It is also not well kept like many other nail salons in the area.

Mimi is amazing and very friendly and professional. Nails are always beautiful. Highly recommend. I come back next time.

I absolutely LOVE coming here! I discovered this little gem when I wasn't happy with my previous nail salon and needed something to be fixed. Needless to say, I have been a loyal customer for the last years and will never go anywhere else. I've never had any issues, the staff is very friendly, salon is always clean and comfortable and prices are very reasonable. They also offer various services. The owner always makes you feel right at home:) if you want your nails done right, I recommend going to Nice One Nails!

Great service, clean space and the lady who did my nails gave me excellent advice on how to take care of them. They are very nice and very focused on their work! Call ahead because they are always busy! I tried walking in twice and couldn't get a spot. They have a ton of colors as well and prices are reasonable and transparent.

Best salon and best service. Even with the wait it is worth the wait. The ladies are funny and witty. Great attention to detail.
