Nicholson's No Frills

Smaller location of NO FRILLS, but very community focused, very clean, well laid out & great staff.
I love coming here (even though there’s a huge location very close to me) I have to take a bus to this location & it’s totally worth it.
I’ve been coming here on & off for almost 20yrs.
I am multiply disabled & the staff are great, very helpful & knowledgeable about stuff.

Great nofrills with decent amount of parking right on Bloor. Smaller footprint but has everything you need. Bunch of self checkouts for quicker, smaller shops

The staff are very courteous. Social distance is well monitored. If there is a line up for the cashier, right away they opened another cash register. The staff makes you feel welcome

I get more disappointed with this store every time I go. The meat section doesn't carry much at all and is highly overpriced. I used to go to no frills for good deals,.. It is a thing of the past!

Great Bloor West grocery store, with good selection. Not as many promos as other No Frills locations, perhaps, but the ones they offer are good. In-store WiFi available.

Excellent and comprehensive variety for a small store. Gets a lot of traffic so produce turnover is high resulting in consistently fresh and good quality fruits and veg. Great deals everyday!

An absolute madhouse in there today (Jan. 2,2021) at a time when supermarkets are mandated to be running at 25% capacity, and small businesses (many of whom have maintained a steady level of vigilance with regards to health protocols) are limited to curbside and delivery. I complained to the very friendly but clearly overwhelmed person occupying what appeared to be the management area. She nervously passed it off to another affable worker who seemed surprised that there was nobody at the front controlling entry. Upper management at this supermarket should be ashamed of themselves for not taking a leadership role in this; instead they leave it staff members who clearly haven't been trained for this, nor are likely to be paid enough to be strict with customer control.

Good location but a small store. It is quite clean inside with few isles well stocked. However grocery choices are limited. But essentials you’ll find here. Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Self checkout available and much convenient for many customers, 8-10 at a time. Parking available next to the store on Bloor street.

Service and staff were excellent. Customers ignored arrows on the floor. Made me uncomfortable. Won't be returning any time soon.

Great place for buying fresh vegetables and fruits at good prices. Quality and variety of the vegetables and fruits is also good. Location of the store is great and easy to access.

Clean and bright. Smaller No Frills. The cashiers are always friendly and quick here. Shelves are well-stocked for a Toronto grocery store in Covid.

This store has done a lot with the small space they have! Well-stocked. I always find the service friendly and the staff do their best even during the busier times.

Great to have a No frills near to Oakmount road and Bloor. Lot of apartment and condominium inhabitants can buy grocery here, unless they want to spend arm and leg at Rabba 247.

I had some interaction with someone who appeared to be a manager there today. She was very courteous and helpful to me, and I could see from her interactions with the staff that she was very diligent about keeping things tidy and running smoothly.

Good selection nice customer service never overfilled with people. Especially now coronavirus times.you need triple amount of personal space in the store LOL

I find the staff Extremely courteous at this location - especially the cashiers and the men greeting customers at the door. Always helpful and kind which can't be easy during the pandemic. Thanks

Very cramped and usually under staffed. They do have some hard to find items now and then, and the staff that are present are very helpful.

Not my favourite grocery store just because there is a lot crammed into as much space as they can use. I understand they need to do this it just makes me feel claustrophobic. Besides that they have good selection and staff.

The store leaves all its lights on holidays and closed hours. During a time of global warming every company is working harder to build a brand to show they care about the climate. I was extremely disappointed to have witnessed a closed lit up store on family day. PC brand will be more visible with their lights off

Place is okay compared to other no frills outlets little cramped up. Also, they don't accept payment via visa only master card, cash and debit card

Meh. Not a favorite store. Seems dirty, too packed and little choice of healthy and vegan products. Go there only rarely, when no other store is on the way.

My favourite place to shop. Had a friendly chat with a product manager Mike who talked about all store improvements they've done to better serve their customers.

I missed it when they closed the place to complete renovations. But I guess the place needed it. It's really cool now since it went through the renovation.

Love the location of this No frills.nothing better than get my groceries on my way home without detouring too much and with the best prices! It is small but it has all the basic products foe any occasion!

Very tightly crammed, difficult to navigate the aisles during busy hours. But conveniently near a subway station and an LCBO.

Perfect size store. I would rather shop at a smaller grocery store. They always have everything I'm looking for.

Convenient location right beside the subway station but doesn't have as much variety as larger No Frills stores.

Yes it is a small No Frills, but the renovations have made such an improvement with the layout, room, selection. A Five star for all staff cashier's, produce, desk asisstance, frozen section ect. Mike you have a great group of people. Great Job to all.

A small supermarket close to Runnymede subway Station, it has the basics - don't expect specialty items

Excellent No Frills. It’s a tight space and the parking seems tough, but it’s well organized and the check out is very quick.

Always clean and fully stocked, parking is an issue, nice to see a place fully staffed, and able to cash you out in a timely manner

Prices are great. Store is clean and well stocked. Produce is always farmer market fresh! Nice store to shop in. Also lots of self check out. Love this store.

They don't accept Visa card which was not expected. Other things like prices and quality on groceries are really moderate

Much smaller than the No Frills at Dufferin Mall, but still has eveeything I need on my average weekly shopping trip. Lines are rarely long and there's self-checkout as well.
