I called this agency to get some information for car insurance as a new young driver with only G1. I spoke to a girl Layla and she explained to me about insurance. She gave me so much information to help me understand how insurance works in Ontario. As a young driver I was unaware of many factors that calculate the cost.
I am very glad she was very patient with me and she helped me with all my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I strongly recommend this person.

My initial interaction with Roa was on behalf of my aunt to discuss her insurance policy. During our communication Roa asked if she could provide me with a quote for my own insurance, I accepted.

Yes the quote from Roa was slightly cheaper but that is not what made me switch over to her after being with the same insurer for over 30 years. It was the respect, communication, integrity and professionalism which made me switch to Roa.

I have since referred my sister to Roa and recently referred my parents to her. Even if the cost of premiums were to increase, I would likely stay with Roa just because I know she is always there for me and will always do her best for me and for all her clients.

After having car insurance through the brokerage for over a decade, we did not even get the courtesy of a phone call from the brokerage.
The service is very poor.
The staff are very rude.
I definitely do not recommend them.
