Absolutely the best service I ever had. They are extremely easy to work with, helpfull and hooked me up right away when I had issues. Honestly surprised how good it has been dealing with them compared to any other place. Highly recommend Nickle Belt when making a purchase!

Came in for an electric Jack issue while I was in town and they replaced the whole Jack under warranty. Justin was excellent to deal with and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Sudbury you could learn what customer service is from these guys.

Decided to down grade them to 1 star for customer service! They are not great at this as we have been trying to get a situation resolved for over a year now! Out of what it feels like a 100 phone calls and multiple text we have only reached someone once and they said they'd be in contact with us throughout the summer.we'll summer has come and gone and we haven't heard back nor can we get ahold of anyone else yet again!

First thing. Rick Belanger is awesome! He is the best sales person we have ever dealt with! He went over and above to make us happy! Especially my wife. All the staff friendly/smiling. We had a wonderful experience here purchasing our very first RV from Karl. He was incredible, knowledgeable and I did not ever feel like he was just trying to sell something to make a commission. The environment of the store was nicely laid out and very clean. They seem to have just about everything!

However, we have called a few times now for warranty purposes and minor issues to be fixed and the service department is not quick at getting back to us. I get they’re busy but when we’ve called multiple times and haven’t heard back… that’s not the greatest impression. They’re very friendly to deal with, don’t get me wrong, but That’s the only negative thing I have to say.

Dealt with Rick most of the time when in and out of nickel belt and service has been superb! Always helpful with questions and happy to answer any questions or set you up for success when purchasing a camper

We stopped in last minute at nickel belt on our way back from parrysound heading to timmins we asked if we can see the toyhaulers and Rick showed us exactly what we wanted he also was able to get the camper ready for us to bring home that day and took our old one in on a trade by far the best place to deal with and better pricing than timmins area

I bought my first trailer my experience with the sales Pierre very good explains everything and when I went to pick up the trailer pier explained everything to me and the technician explained how the hitch worked very good service

Had some warranty work done very pleased with the workmanship and the extras they went out of their way to do thank you definitely recommend them for your trailer purchase or trailer repairs

The purchase of the trailer was good. To get service on warranty claims.well not so good. Since August 31 2020 I have trying to get some warranty repairs done. After 15 emails, dozens of calls, hours of staying on hold and 3 different service consultants since August 2020 I have a scheduled appointment for June 28 2022. A word of advise, if you need to claim warranty please send it by email to have a record of it. Because even though I let them know of the issues well before the warranty ended, once it’s over they said sorry it’s no longer covered. But with emails record they agreed. I should of saw the red flag when my salesman told me to email warranty claim to have proof for later. Hopefully they get everything repaired in one service call, because now they want 225$+taxes for a service call. I have confidence in the last service consultant I talked to. She called me back on the same day with actual firm answers.
Update: August 12-2022, still to this day I’m waiting. The tech came June 28 to fix 3 of 5 issues. His work order did not include the first ever issue reported August 2020, oh…the part was not ordered!
I have called twice since then to leave a message for them to call back. It’s been a week…

Picked up my new 2022 Jayco 33 RBTS last week. Not only does this trailer check all our boxes, but the sales department was GREAT to deal with!

Unfortunately I had a mis hap while parking my trailer in its tight spot but the Service and parts department went BEYOND expectations to get us all fixed up.
I couldn’t imagine dealing anywhere else.

Everyone is super polite and friendly.

Felt comfortable asking questions and asking to see trailer 3 times (different days) before we actually purchased - and everyone everytime still were very nice.

If they didn't know an answer, they were honest and went to go ask or research things instead of just guessing.

Offices are well maintained and clean. We visited trailers while there still was snow and mud/water puddles.and sales staff still made every effort to show us as much as they could.

I must say that Nickel Belt Camping has my vote for best customer service! I haven’t bought a new trailer yet, but I was having issues with my used trailer and Eric in Customer Service was fair, patient and friendly with addressing my concerns. His knowledge of camper trailers and their workings was impressive. He gave me lots of helpful advise to resolve some issues on my own and more on how to prevent future problems. I will definitely see Nickle Belt Camping for my future needs. Nickle Belt Camping will definitely get my business when I buy a new one.

The Nickel Belt Camping team, works to please you 100%. I brought my trailer into get winterized, and they where all very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They pointed out a few issues that I didn’t see with my pre winterizing steps and we where able to fix these issues at little and in a couple cases no cost when there should have been.
When it come time to trade my trailer in I will definitely be trading it in here. Would I recommend my friends and family yes.

I have to out out a kudos to nickel belt camping for helping me out with an simple, but for me it appeared to be a complex electrical issue with my RV. Within 10 minutes they had the issue sorted out. Even with the rain and the relatively short timeframe available, they went out of their way to solve my problem. Cheers ️. Excellent service and thanks for teaching me a little something else I didn't know about my RV!

Ran into problems last minute befote a trip and Cody and the guys went out of there way to ensure my trailer was in shape to go. He saved me what could have been a major headache. Also made sure I was taken care of and took time to show and explain things. You don’t see that level service very often now a days!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. As first time trailer owners, they walked us through every aspect of the trailer and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We'll be buying from them again in the future!

We were on the start of a 3 week camping trip and after our first stop we were 6 hours from home and our electric crank wouldnt work. So.we found Nickel Belt Camping and the staff was fanastic! They installed a new battery for us and cleaned all the connections for us. They were speedy and friendly and had
fantastic service.

I've been a customer for a few years now, and I have never had a bad experience or left disappointed once. The service is exceptional in so many ways. Cody and Eric have always gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure all of my concerns get addressed and that the repairs are completed properly and in a timely fashion. Hands down some of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They always seem to take a typically frustrating situation, such as needing repairs done on your brand new trailer, and make the entire experience not only enjoyable but educational as well. I don't believe there is better customer service out there in any industry. My only regret is that I didn't wait until I moved to Sudbury to purchase my RV from Nickel Belt, even though I would have paid more than I did down south, the difference in cost doesn't out-way the difference in the quality in service. I realized pretty quick that I wasn't going to receive the support or the service that I should from my selling dealer (Sicards RV) after the sale was final. I'm just lucky that I chose Nickel Belt Camping for service, and now I know where I'll be trading in next year. Anyone that is reading this trying to decide where to purchase their RV from, I promise you will not regret shopping the big lot.

We went to get alot of work done on our RV last week, what a great bunch of people, Darlene the assistant service manager and her staff where amazing. We will keep going to nickel belt camping for all of our RV needs. I have no idea who is in charge of the techs in the back but there work was impressive, aswell, bravo to everyone involved.

We have purchased 2 rv travel trailers over the past 6-7 yrs. Both times we have worked with both Emile and Mike to come up with a fair trade and fair price for each new trailer. Their knowledge experience and willingness to work at coming up with a price we felt was acceptable is another reason for continuing to deal with Nickel Belt Camping. I have no concerns about recommending them if you are looking at purchasing one of their many different types and sizes of RV’s.

5 Stars is not quite enough for these people. As a customer they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.

I purchased a travel trailer at different dealer in Sudbury, and after sale service was put on the back burner. After broken promises and lack of help I reached out to Nickel Belt Camping as a last effort to get some satisfaction in the RV service world, what a great decision!

I initially called and left a message but my call wasn't returned. Afterwards I used the online chat and someone responded within an hour. They offered me flexibility to bring in my trailer and repairs were completed and explained to me in a timely manner. The staff were very polite, respectful and hitched my trailer for me. They checked my trailer to make sure the weight distribution was correct also. Merci!

We have a 29 foot Jayco travel trailer, with facing slides. The facing slides provide a nice wide entertainment area, we love the floor plan. However we found it dark inside the trailer, even during the day we would have to put lights on for food prep etc. We brought our unit in to Nickel Belt Camping to get a Skylight installed. We were a little nervous about having someone cut a hole in our roof; but what a great job they did! We are so very very pleased with the outcome. It is nice and bright, what a perfect professional job. Thank you Eric and team for a great job well done! And thanks Cody for your salesmanship.

So getting my travel trailer ready for a trip, while testing a support bracket for the slide out broke. Nathan was a great help after sending photos he found the part number, and even had it in stock. We then discovered we were too late to get the part shipped in time for my trip. Nathan supplied me with the part number and description so I could find the part at a local rv shop.

Customer service is not dead! Thank you Nathan next time I am through Sudbury I will stop to make some purchases for sure!

We had a great experience with the sale person very helpful and not pushy in selling us a trailer that we did not want. On the other hand we traded our 2014 trailer in and told them what I knew was wrong with it and they said ok not a problem walked by the service managers office to sign the papers for the new trailer and after signing them they hit us with a 1500.00 plus HST cause they said there was other things that we did not see and know about but we had already signed the papers he was very intimidating for us to pay this. My wife was very upset with the service manager and it is not our fault that they have a communication problem with the financing department there and the service department but a signed document is a signed document. And our new trailer was never cleaned before pick up after all the other people including us that went through it and looked at it especially with all this COVID going on.we cleaned and washed the whole inside and the outside of the trailer before dropping it off. I hate to say it but we are talking to someone about this and other people we talked to said that we should not have had to pay the 1500.00 plus HST cause all documents were signed for the final sale he did show us the other thing that were wrong but papers were already signed so not sure what else to say but will not go back and will not recommend Nickle Belt RV especially if someone had to trade their trailer in The business part and communication part needs to be addressed we had a very bad experience.

Any Trailer Dealer can sell you a camper. Only great dealers put you in the camper you need and want, and then do a great job of looking after you and your family after the sale. We bought our families get away machine this year at Nickel Belt Camping and while being very happy and satisfied with the unit, it has been the courteous, and extremely helpful service after the sale that has impressed us the most. When leaving on our way for a camping trip we developed an electrical issue that would have sidelined our trip with our grandsons. This dealer, with no notice other than pulling into their lot, not only took the time to remedy the problem, but had us on road repaired much much quicker than expected and saved our trip. This put big smiles on the faces of our grandsons. On other occasions they have gone above and beyond normal practice to do extra things to ensure our safety and enjoyment of our camper.
