I ordered online which was easy to do, however I ended up having to call the store and the staff were helpful and accomodating. The flowers were beautiful and a hit with the one who got them!

Great place always has things i need the soil is great. It is a little pricy for delivery but other then that five stars

Ordered a Florist’s Choice Deluxe bouquet for a friend and they were so pleased with the vibrant colours and variety of flowers! We had a hard time accommodating the delivery hours but Margaret gave me a call and we worked out another option and it was delivered on time as agreed! My mom and dad bought all of lovely flowers for my wedding day from Nichols Florist. It touches my heart to send my mom planters with flowers from the same florist. Mom keeps telling me how beautiful they are. She loves the gorgeous and unique flowers that were chosen. I can tell by my mom’s comments that it’s a gift that keeps blooming warmth and love.

We sent a Spring Planter as a birthday gift, and the recipient was ecstatic about the beautiful, healthy blooms and about the fact that she can plant the bulbs in her garden in the future. Very pleased over all!

I used this florist due to issues dealing with another website giving me issues with basic simple input issues. I found the website easy to navigate and to order the flowers i wanted. The checkout procedure was very easy to navigate as well. Just with that i gave this the 5 Rating. What can I say about this local Florist other than they are AMAZING and always have a beautiful selection for any occasion, you cannot beat the prices either. This Greenhouse does not gouge you and the customer service is wonderful, always friendly and willing to answer or educate on anything you might ask.

I love Nichols. It's always my go to place.
Sadly however I was not able to have flowers sent to my sister (who is not in Brantford). Nichols was not able to send them for me, I had to go elsewhere. Shut down rule apparently, so not something that could be controlled.

I have seen there work so I know there good but I have emailed in through there website for my wedding and called twice with no response to anything so I have to say there communication is dismal

Terrible, Got my order wrong and charged me the price of what I ordered. Ordered a Succulent box that was suppose to be 24in x24in. They sent a 6x6 box that that was $39. Then charged my visa $61. Nothing like embarrassing people without saying anything. Sad when you have to always have to follow up. Certainly wont be using Nicol Florist in the future. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE THEY DONE STUFF LIKE THIS?

The arrangement was beautiful. I ordered on a Thursday and the flowers still look fresh on the following Tuesday.
