Darin Easton fom Nicole McCann insurance was awesome to deal with and as thorough as anyone I have ever dealt with for any type of service! So much so we insisted that my son use him for his first car and he took the time to explain all of his insurance options and facets of each one of those options. We will be recommending Darin to any friends and family going forward!

I have been with them since 2014. This company went downhill once they changed to Desjardin. It was a nightmare being a customer during this transition. No one knew the right information anymore.

I had a major issue with this company in 2019 due to different agents who advised me wrongly about billing and payment. Relying on their information, I missed payment of my renewal because I was wrongly told I cannot pay monthly using a credit card. So, when I tried to pay for the entire premium annually, I had some credit card issues. They charged me a NSF fee and refused to reverse this, despite the issue stemming from their staffs irresponsibility. Spoke directly to Nicole who was professional but defensive about her staff even though everyone admitted in writing to me that they gave me wrong information. What I will say is that everyone is always very polite and professional but the information tends to be wrong. ALWAYS double check what an agent may have told you.

They have some of the highest quotes out there. I really needed help during COVID since I wasn't driving much but they do not have many options on how to drop your rates and their storage coverage is $80/month! They do not do fire and theft which would be significantly cheaper. Pretty stressful times during COVID trying to figure out what to do since many of us no longer drove to work anymore. I stayed with them because I had multiple discounts which brought my premium down quite a bit.

Recently, I cancelled my policy because I had sold my car. However, the sale didn't work out and I had to get coverage on my car again. The quote came back almost a whopping $1,500 more ($1,787 to ~$3,200) than what my renewal was prior to canceling just a month ago. No one advised me that upon cancelation, I would lose all my discounts and if I ever needed coverage again, it would be higher. The agents email was a bit unempathetic in this situation and I got the sense that it was a "you should have known better that this would happen. Sorry! Tough luck" treatment. However, I only ever had insurance through them since I started driving so I didn't know much about what happens if you cancelation policy etc. Surely someone could have said a 1 liner her to advise me. I was shocked to say the least. Yet again, they have failed me.

I'm glad this incident happened and it forced me to leave the company after convincing myself to stay despite all the egregious dealings for years. Got coverage from The Personal and they were fantastic from start to end. Their fire and theft rates were $30/month compared to this company's "lowest rate" of $80/month quoted to me.

Shaunna was very helpful in setting up a new policy! Despite numerous hiccups caused by my previous insurance company, she and her team responded in fast order and we're able to clear things up incredibly quickly. Was also very nice to talk to someone who realizes that it isn't just a policy number behind the phone, but another human being. Awesome service!

This insurance agent lets her staff spend time with clients to answer questions with regards to their policies. This is really appreciated especially with the changes in carriers. When needed they are quick to change policies when purchasing new cars or when an accident claim needs to be executed.
I am always treated with respect and big smiles when I have dropped payments off in person. Hopefully this will be allowed soon, the personal touch is an important part of any business.

Nicole McCann has to be one of the most professional insurance companies out. They represent the self at and out standing level, i wish other insurance companies would be like this.if you want great service and employees that go out of there way to help you with, life/auto and loan.
