Nightmares Fear Factory

My family went there and we had fun but one of the employee was rude or just didn’t want to do anything. I was asking the guy with a blonde hair for our picture twice but he just looked at me and ignored me lol (there was no customer there so it was quiet)

We've been to other haunted houses in this area before, and it wasn't worth the money. But this one! Omg it was awesome! I will return again and bring more friends. Only 3 three rules: follow the red lights, stick together, and scream "Nightmares" if you want to chicken out. At one point, I thought I was going to have to chicken out because we were left in suspense. You couldn't see a thing, and you had no idea what was coming next.

Just keep in mind that you may have to crawl or stoop down low for a few steps during your experience. Best haunted house in Niagara. Great planning went I to this.

3rd time going. Things have changed up over the years.
It was my kid's first time and did it like a champ. My party left me behind.

Went here yesterday to spend the day in Niagara with my boyfriend - decided to go to a haunted house and heard Nightmares was the best one. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve been to. I was scared the entire time and even closed my eyes as I was walking at some point! The only thing is there should be some type of warning with having claustrophobia. Just cause there is a point in which you are in a tight space for a short period of time at one point in the walk. Otherwise, it was great and I’d definitely would recommend coming here if you like this sort of thing.

Worth it! Staff is very friendly and kind. I said I wanted out they got me out immediately Thankyou again!

Definitely terrifying, and I loved every second of it. Definitely a different haunting experience, and it’s one worth doing. Thanks for having us!

To scary for me you think its nothing but yea be prepared super scary

My friend and I literally lasted the entrance (it’s a pull not push). We walked in maybe 5-10 steps, someone jump scared us, and we immediately called the safe word

The staff we super nice during the short moments of our experience haha! Tip: don’t ask if they can touch you, cuz they can and knowing that got into our heads! Give us 1 year and we’re using that chicken card!

This place was so fun! Long wait but Def worth it! Would love it even more if they added live actors

So I visited this place because of high rating. My experience wasn’t great, when you visit the place you can see all stuff highlighted don’t be chicken or safe word but for me, it didn’t felt scary enough. We were group of 5 and I was last person so all the jump scares were only experienced by first 2 person and rest were like ok that person is getting fear so there is something.
Though it was good experience in complete darkness.
When I saw my photo at the end I was laughing in it.

We loved this place it was a lot better then I expected! Being from Ohio the haunted house capitol of the United stated this place can hang with the best of them!

Best horror show/experience in Niagara Falls. Being a local, I visited and tried all different horror shows/activities however I found this one is the best!

Ignore any reviews that are less than 5. This place is amazing. We only lasted 5 mins as our kids almost pooped their pants and we had to use the escape word. Very well done and I look forward to returning with more daring people to complete this walk of terror. Claustrophobic people.be warned! Loved it!

I was quite disappointed with this haunted house as it didn't live up to the amazing reviews I had seen. The overall experience felt rather lackluster and gimmicky.

I'd of like there to be more visible scenery. No spoilers from me but following red lights only was not satisfactory enough. Still fun though.

I have heard really cool things about the place but I found it pretty bland unexciting. Maybe a weekday afternoon is not a good time to go.

Disappointing. Was not scary at all. It's basically dark and nothing much happened. Not worth the fee.

A real step down compared to what I would imagine a haunted house to be like. Its way too dark to see anything, and really didn't create the sort of spooky environment i've come to expect from haunted mazes at theme parks

Unexpectedly scary, or at least a great place to get the blood rushing bring someone you want in your arms because they will be hiding!

Update: my husband and I used the tickets the next day and we made it through! It was a lot of fun to do together, we really enjoyed it and thought it was very well done! One chicken has redeemed herself!

Not going to lie - we got the chicken out card! We didn’t even make it around the first corner when my 14 year old daughter had enough - she now knows in the spectrum of fight, flight or freeze she is a “freezer” ;0)

We are going to try again ;0)

Not that scary, only problems had were not being able to see where I was going. Just a few audio jump scares. Nothing to chicken out over, the anticipation is more than the event

Scariest part of this haunted house is friends and family shoving the person leading the group into walls.

Not scary at all didn't encounter a single actor, no actually one at the end.wasn't worth the money just Loud sounds and crackling lights. The scariest part was the price to get in.

Extremely boring experience, we went inside, lights were off during the whole experience “u follow red light dots, one employee was playing with his phone looks like he forgot to even open the last door for us, then we were locked for like 5 min, nothing special, just loud noise at the beginning with flash light to catch a picture of u.then the rest just walking to the exit. The only thing is gonna chicken out is ur pocket after a 16$ per head waste of money experience.turn off the lights in ur home and walk i promise will be scarier that way!
