Wanted to buy a Men's Zoom Fly 5 and the same young lady I had seen 2 weeks ago told me.as fact.that the Zoom Fly 5 had a plate in the shoe.so good job there. However, they had had 30% off on Black Friday.and no sz. 9 left in the hyper pink orange. They told me to come back Boxing Day, but since that's 12 days away. I'm not going to bother since that's not enough time to get in new stock. I am " jinxed" with this shoe anyways. I have tried to buy it on FB marketplace. Ebay. Sportchek.you name it. They either run out of the size.or. FB marketplace sellers.refuse to ship to me.

I would like to give special credit to employee Darwin at this store. I told him that this is my first Nike shoe purchase, IDK what to buy. I asked him to help me. He tried to understand what I was looking for, within my budget. When I was about to finalize a shoe, he recommended me a better shoe (comfort-wise plus budget-wise) that made me extremely delighted. It’s not just about business always but it’s about customer delight and he definitely stood by good values. Thank you Darwin for patiently guiding me with the best possible recommendation.:)

Went there this week and to my surprise they had a pair of dunks I’ve been wanting for a while. While I was holding them IN MY HANDS trying to figure out what size I should get, I was approached by an employee (extremely tall guy) and I asked for a size 8 and 8.5. He asked if I wanted to buy both sizes, and I said I wanted to try them both to see which one is the correct size. He told me that I couldn’t do that and it wasn’t possible whereas I have purchased multiple dunks and Jordans from Yorkdale, Eatons and Fairview Nike stores and I know he was making it up. He then proceeded to TAKE THE SHOE I WAS HOLDING IN MY HAND WITHOUT ASKING ME AND PUTTING IT BACK ON THE DISPLAY WHILE GIVING ME THE DIRTIEST LOOK, the audacity! The rudest customer service ever, I left; a customer willing and ready to buy. It’s ridiculous.

I was wearing my new balances and looking to grab a shoe but hey… ignore me and lose the sale. The staff were also applying makeup in the shoe area so you can tell where the priorities are…

Rahimjon, Parviz and team were excellent - professional, fast, great quality work. They removed asbestos tile's we found under an old carpet, found some more we didn't know about and got it all cleaned up ahead of schedule.

Last year, the cashier accidently gave the merchant copy receipt instead of the customer receipt. While this is a forgivable mistake, they would not allow me to get a refund on my purchase because I didn't have the proper receipt! If this wasn't bad enough, this year, they sold me shoes that had lipstick on them and the size on the box was different than what was in the box. They refused to give me a refund however Mike at Nike at Fairview Mall, made things right and I appreciate that. The Fairview Mall location has much better customer service. Maybe I just had bad luck at the Eaton Centre location.

Unfortunately there’s no option to give negative stars. The customer service is ZERO. Firstly, they don’t give right information. In my case they said they have full refund but they didn’t clearly mention how it works and I was indirectly forced to buy sth which I didn’t want to buy. The cashiers in particular is rude and don’t know how to deal with their customers. I have already told about this store to the close friends I know and I am never recommending to anyone to buy anything from their. I regret going there at the first place. The the worst thing is, the shoe which I bought as I didn’t had an option was disaster. I tried the shoe before getting it and I said the size was good fit for me and then they packed it for me but guess what’s next. Both the shoe were for left legs. Lol. I don’t know if they did it intentionally but now I have to go there again to exchange. Buying from there was my mistake and I don’t want anyone to go through the same thing. Hope this review will be helpful to most people.

The female host between 6pm to 6: 30pm on Nov 28th is the rudest host ever. I was asking if there is any chance to do a price match cuz I brought a pair of sneakers on Nov 10th and there’s an ongoing sale in the store. I didn’t have the receipt with me cuz I was just wondering the possibility. However, she only gave me attitude without any manners. Her tone was so harsh and rude. I said thank you to her afterwards, but she just ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. I hope the manager or the hr can give her a training in how to be a host. Whoever is mannerless shouldn’t be that position.

The customer service was worst. I went to buy air Jordan's. So I liked one and I took it for final billing. As I was final billing, the lady at the counter says “ this is the final product you’re buying “. I ask her why so she says that’s how it is. I find something fishy in it. So I check the shoes and find out it was a faulty product. As I liked the product, I tell them to give me some discount as it is faulty. So the cashier goes to the manager to talk about it and manager comes to me at me. He see the shoes and says yes it is faulty but if you wanna buy it you can buy it paying full price or anyways we are sending this product back. I lost it because how can he even say that. He was trying to sell me faulty product at full price with worst attitude. Nike being one of the biggest brand, it is a shame one their company that they treat us this way. Don’t ever go to this store. I left the shoes and other things *which I was suppose to buy* as it is left the store

The store was busy enough to have people queued up outside, but Cody took the time to help me find the piece i was looking for. He went so far as to get me the first available trial room, and even passed my purchase straight on to the cashier. He made it absolutely hassle free for me and I really appreciate him. Cody is a gem.:)

Was in a few days ago and was astonished by the rudeness of the staff. However there was a silver lining that came in the form of one glorious sales representative named Chris (with the cash emoji on the name tag). He really saved my experience at the store, and I think the company would be in a downwards spiral if it weren't for people like him. He was so knowledgeable about all the products in the store, especially shoes. Very personable, and was able to not only provide guidance for my personal needs at the store but was also able to provide suggestions for supplementary products to go with my purchase. I ended up spending hundreds more because of him, and was (and still am) so pleased with my purchases as a direct result of his help. I would be extremely disappointed to see his role within the company do anything but grow and flourish, both in the very near future, and well beyond. Wouldn't be shocked to see him running the show before 40. Best of luck Chris! Amazing experience!

Like others have posted below: i tried to return a pair of shoes in the exact condition they were bought in and was told that they weren’t the same condition as brand new (they were). Furthermore, like others have said, the sales associate told me I could return them after using them anyways (even tho I didn’t).

Hi and Good Day to this store! I was assisted by Jayden. He was very polite and was great in helping with my selection. I gave bought at least 9 pairs from the Nike store and had no issues with the sales associates or management. Nike Eaton's Centre is where I shop now. Keep up the great work.

Great Nike store, lots of variety in clothing and shoes. Unfortunately can be very busy and hard to get help from employees. Overall had a great time shopping here and bought a shirt. Would recommend if your looking for shoes or shirts.

Sting Operation Part 1 - Nike Eaton Center April 28,2022

Whenever I visit Nike Stores (owned by Fox NSP) I did not get any popular Nike shoes/sneakers. Nike Toronto Eaton Center is also managed by Fox NSP and since last several months, Nike Eaton Center Manager (Larry) conduct releases early in the morning EXCLUSIVE to resellers where Larry hand out tickets at 9 AM though official store opening hour is 10 AM for regular customer. All the popular, hyped shoes then taken by all resellers since he hand out tickets early in the morning and specifies time-slot on tickets when to pick-up so point of sale/purchase occur during business hours ONLY so that on paper it should look like purchase made during business hours only. In reality that's corrupted way to conduct such releases intentionally so any normal person should NOT get such sneakers. Today (April 28,2022) Larry (Nike Toronto Eaton Center Manager) conducted another corrupted release at 9AM where reseller lined up since early morning (approx 7 AM) as release was EXCLUSIVE to resellers. Image has been taken by reseller and location is Nike Toronto Eaton Center. This is Fox NSP (the company who operate NIKE Eaton Center store) agenda that not to release such sneakers during official business hours (after 10 AM) where regular customer visit the store. This is also violation of NIKE official fair policy to make the sneakers available/accessible to everyone. Fox NSP should not entertain such unethical releases and follow NIKE standards. SHAME to such manager. SHAME.

Your associate Lunba was AMAZING! When i came in to take a look at a sweater she welcomed us to the store and made sure I was able find everything that I was looking for. When I was deciding between colours she went above and beyond to give me her opinion and what she thought would looke god on me. I originally came in for just a sweater and she was so amazing that I ended up buying a sweater and 4 tshirts! By far the best experiance I have ever had at a Nike and it was all to do with Lubna! Just an absolute allstar!

Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and integrity …. Walked in and inquired about an upcoming release, was told by the Manager (Jess) that it’s a popular shoe and I would have no chance to find it unless I check in every day in person and hope for the best … responded that I can’t drop by daily, and she recommended that I should look on resale platforms!

Are you serious!? Such behavior and mistreatment of customers needs to stop. If this was a corporate Nike store, that employee would’ve lost their job by referring a customer to resellers.

Good to know such people are managing a store that has one the biggest brand logos attached to it. It’s just incredible.

I was there to return my gf shoe, I told them i can exchange with same shoe in different size or return, shoe box was damaged which was fault from my side. Since box was damaged they offered only exchange. I was like whatever and found different shoe but the shoe price was slightly lesser than my exchanging shoe like $23. But store manager told me they can’t give me store credit for $23 that I might spent in different store, i was forced to buy something in the store. What a rip off! Seriously

Saved myself 200 bucks today. Was going to by a pair of Nike Air Runner and with about 10 staff working I didn't get a single hello or can I get you a size. All I got was air of silence and going elsewhere to spend my 200 bucks!

Great store, even better customer service.
I walked into this store with my boyfriend and was greeted immediately by the most helpful associate, Giezel. She was very attentive to my needs and preference with shoe and styles, which is a kind of service that I don’t always receive in retail stores. We ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes instead of one that day! Thank you for helping my bf and I find a great new pair of shoes Giezel!

I had a fantastic experience with Selena today! I called the store looking for a particular pair of shoes. She checked and there was one left in stock. She texted me and sent me a link so I was able to pay for the shoes in advance. I showed up at the store 30 min later and my purchase was there waiting for me. Selena made everything seamless and I love my new Metcons!

Derek was AMAZING. He played a huge role in helping me get items to my point of contact in Toronto while I was in New York. He was super helpful and patient. This store specifically didn't carry anything I had asked for so he went ahead a took a picture of everything In the store and let me make my items select there. Not only did he do that, but the email link that he had sent probably 5 times to different emails he was very patient and helped out a team and NIKE Corporate! THHANK YOU DEREK!

Terrible customer service. It took 50 minutes for curbside pick up. I texted the number at 13: 39 hours to say I was on the way. After physically going to the store and speaking with a staff member, I ended up I'm front of Nordstrom for curbside. I texted again at 13: 52 hours. Still there was no response. I texted again at 14: 15 hours to say I was there. I called the store twice and there was no answer. It wasn't until I saw someone who came after me receive something from Nike. I flagged down the staff member and asked why I have been waiting for 40 minutes. He just took down my number. At approximately 14: 30, I finally received a text to say "someone is coming. Sorry we were expecting any pick ups until 3pm. " The person came at approximately 14: 40 hours to hand me my order. I asked if it was normal to wait 50 minutes for curbside pick up. He stated that it was so busy. It's funny because I only saw one person pick up an item from Nike while I was waiting for 50 minutes and I was the second person. The store was empty and it's curbside pick up. No one is answering the store phone or responding to texts. This is terrible customer service, especially when I've been watching people come and go for the past 50 minutes.

This nike store is owned by a third party which means I cannot return items here that I purchased at the outlet.
I tried to call and ask before I wasted my time walking into the store but no one answered. I was redirected to a text option but after waiting over 24hrs for a response I just went in.
Hope someone reads this so they don't waste their time as well.

Shop here if you have to, otherwise avoid it. The employees at the store are instructed to lie to customers about releases and timing. When you do find out about a release through their very vague announcements on IG it's a mad dash to get into a line up that they cannot control or effectively manage to maintain social distancing. On top of that on hyped releases you are FORCED to purchase an accessory; I was explicitly told I could not purchase the shoes I lined up for without an add on (probably to maintain their KPIs). I tried to protest but was denied and honestly didn't not want to stick around in that COVID hotspot. The receipt says my salesperson was Elaine but I was cashed out by someone else at the store. Will be following up with an email as well.

Decent selection and service but the online system is waste, made an order 2 weeks ago and got confirmation that my order is ready for in-store pick up. When I get there the girl at the counter was rude and not trying to help in anyway. Thankfully there was a supervisor who was able to assist me, they quickly got my order prepared and apologized for it not being ready, apparently I got the confirmation by mistake in the first place.

Would recommend shopping in person

It is truly a great store, not only because of the variety or quality of items, but mainly due to its extraordinary customer service. It is rare for one to be compelled to leave a positive review of merchandise store solely due to its customer service, but this Nike store fully deserves it. Truly a world class experience

This is a long overdue compliment and praise for this store. I went in to purchase a nike tech fleece track suit. Jinky and JJ helped me size up as I was debating between a Medium or Large size. Anyone can help you size up but the way Jinky and JJ interacted with me was exceptional! Steph the manager was also extremely kind upon check out. I will definitely return to this store due to this experience. 3 cheers for Jinky, JJ and Steph. Hip Hip!

Outstanding customer service from Evan and James. Even though the store was busy during the times I visited, was quickly spotted as someone who needed help. Both were friendly, patient and skilled at dealing with multiple customers at the same time. Even looked into whether the shoes I wanted were on sale (sadly no). Bought two pairs anyways. Great job.

Bought 6 shorts, such substandard quality, poor stitching and 3 weeks after colours look so dull. Not worth spending 300-400$. Nike is all about just branding now, producing hundreds of new products of inferior quality everyday.

Amazing atmosphere as always! Nike is one of my favourite brands to shop and one particular employee who stands out is Maverick. He is very helpful and especially outgoing. He knows how to make your shopping experience fun and easy. Today, I stopped by feeling clueless on what to buy for my bf’s bday and Maverick put together a combination of clothes & shoes that made my whole experience less of a hassle & a easy purchase. I highly recommend y’all to ask for him when shopping there. Thank you Maverick! You rock!

99% the workers at any sports/sneaker store are too "cool" and provide you with average to poor customer support. NOT THIS STORE! When I was there i felt like family. Whoever the manager at this store location is should be RUNNING THE WHOLE DAMN COMPANY. Need this kind of love and care at more Nike stores.
