Nike Factory Store

Very overpriced clothing with minimal comfort and a severe overcrowding problem, the place was packed with I would say at least 100 people in a quite small location, the clothing was hung in seemingly random locations with the only thing they got right being how mens clothing was in the mens section and women's in the dedicated section. One last thing I forgot to mention the very long wait time for the dressing room with the overcrowding it wasn't fun having to wait close to 30 minutes in a 2 person line for the change rooms.

Great customer service at this location, also less lineups than the other 3 Nike outlets in the GTA

Amazing experience as always. Efficient management and employees are really helpful. Specially Rowan was really patient and took the time to help me out, never seen anyone so helpful anywhere else. Will come again!

My favourite nike store in ontario. I always travel 200km just to buy stuff from this store. I am shopaholic, so I love to explore different shopping malls and shops. But I found this one is the best place if you like to wear sports. Very decent price, even much more lower than other sports cloth shops. They provide best quality. I am Obssessed with this store. Also their customer service is good and have their own parking lot. Easily accessible, just 3 km off to highway 401. Highly recommended

Unfortunately this location does not have much selection, they are constantly selling out. Baby selection is tiny as well.staff were extremely helpful, disappointed I couldn't find something for my Fiance, baby and I.

Honestly, I went too far. I haven't bought new sneakers in a while and after visiting and walking out with pairs of shoes, I can see why I should avoid these places. Retail therapy: Good for the soul, bad for the bank account lol

Went in today and was helped by Jerome. Excellent customer service skills, went above and beyond to help us find shoes and in the end we got a wonderful purchase. Definitely recommend this store with workers like Jerome.

This location can get busy on Saturdays
There were decent deals on clothing and footwear. Not a lot of variety on footwear but worth checking out.

Always deals especially on the weekends and Black Friday. Great staff who are always looking to help.

Good selection, great prices and fantastic staff. They hussle, busy place and staff is working hard to keep everyone happy.

Their customer service is so bad. I called them 4 times they asked me to wait and then they hung up the phone wasted my time. Ridiculous.

Staff is not friendly. Store is small. No idea why they have like 8 people working there. They all stand around the cashier anyway.

Good prices. Food shoes. Staff was young but they did a good job in helping me.
It's definitely more organized than a normal outlet store (much different from the disorganized ones you see in some parts of Florida)

Warranty is horrible (the warranty listed online under the.ca website is only for the USA.), quality has really dropped and prices are no better than a department store.

Great location with things on sale all the time. But their selection for womens shoes is probabaly less then 1/3 of the mens selection. There were literally 8 types of shoes for women available. Not impressed.
