This store has zero customer service. Manager name with K, she is rude and has a biased opinion with Color people although her appearance is mix. I had such a bad experience while I went to return the clothes which was never used and tag is still on. She is refusing to take it back and saying that has been worn because it has one wrinkle on the sleeve which is worth $200. So if you are not sure that you really need it, don’t buy it from this store. She told me her manager will call but he never bothered to call back. I am scared now as she took my name and number. Hope she do not call me back after reading this review to threat me. Looks like Ms K has an especial relation with store owner and that’s y she is not fired as a store manager even after so many amazing reviews about the store.

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had my $300 order from store to home scheduled to be delivered, and I was promised a tracking number and a delivery within 5 business days. I called to ask for the tracking number after 5 business days, and the store rep was incredibly rude and abrasive on the phone. All I did was ask for a tracking number and an update on my order, and his responses felt like he hated his job. He said to talk to his manager, put me on hold, and stopped responding. I had to call them again, and eventually, I did get the tracking number, but to be treated this way after buying some of their high-end products is just bizarre. Seeing other reviews here, it's clear that other people had issues with this management as well. Absolutely pathetic.

Today have Worst experience with Nike store Scarborough Town centre. I could not able to return T shirt that was bought from Nike Vaughn mills store because this is third party store. This never happens before with other brands they do returns on other branches. Think your policy that troubles customers. I will never buy Nike again.

I had a wonderful experience at Nike located in Scarborough Town Center. The associate Nicole was super enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and gave wonderful recommendations for running gear.

Nicole’s fitting room behaviour was wonderful. She carried all the merchandise herself, inspected the fitting room before and after the trials, and ensured the apparel fit me perfectly and that I was happy with the recommendations.

Nicole carried the merchandise back to the cashier herself and let the cashier know the products I’m buying.

The service and availability of the products were really good and the whole process was quick and easy.

I went in just to look around and ended up buying her recommended products and I’m happy about the way they feel and look.

The whole experience was much superior compared to the other sports retailers located in the mall. I’ll definitely go back to the store for my future needs and I highly recommend you ask for Nicole if you’re there at the store.

It only helps the resellers not for the regular person who wants to purchase the sneakers for themselves they back door all the hype snekers it's how they conduct business. I have moved to newbalance or addidas

I had the worst experience in this store when I visited the store with one return issue. Nike's return policy is possibly 30 days if unworn. Even though I did not wear a pair of shoes except trying it during the purchase at Yorkdale store, the manager declined to return saying that I had worn the shoes. He was very hursh, non cooperative and unfriendly. Afterwards I took it to Yorkdale and they happily processed the return.

The store manager Daniel is extremely racist. He said something about he’s Pilipino and I’m different with him. He was super rude all the time too, showing bad face towards me all the time. Couldn’t believe Nike hire someone like him! Garbage place!

The associate by the name Kay not sure if she gave me her right name but she was very rude. She refused to take a return although I had the receipt and it hasn’t been 30 days. I had gotten a 2 piece set that was a brand new collection as a gift for someone and the sweater wasn’t the right size, she accused us of using the merchandise although it hasn’t been worn at all. Mind you the tags and everything was attached. She said because there was some dust on it it’s not sellable. I’ve never heard of this before from any stores. She also just stood there and told me to remove it and then she will take it back. I’m sorry but they need to train their staff better. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve had and I shop with Nike all the time.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer experience that I encountered here tonight was beyond disrespectful. There was malpractice in effect. The unprofessionalism presented by the "assistant" manager was completely visible, and they tried to play it off as "professional". Buyer beware this store is not what it seems, IT IS A FAKE NIKE store selling official merch, completely misleading, I am so disappointed that a 3rd party company gave me a runaround. If they were legit I would have been treated with more respect. Their sign at the front is just a Nike check no words or anything, which would give the consumer to believe that it is official, at least say "pop up" or "official seller" like Jump+ does for selling Apple products.

Long story short they sold me a gym bag that was on display, with the tag inside DETACHED, and forgot to indicate that on my receipt at the time of purchase. So basically I was told a big fat No at the time I wanted to return the item. Mind you the bag was displayed on a mannequin, so it was kinda in a little bit of a scuffed-up and frayed state - no extra discount applied, so I paid full price. Also paid with my money and an STC gift card that I could have used at a different store. It's really sad what an employee tries to son you as well on top of all the other things. Anyway I guess the customer is always wrong, right? But anyway the manager was conveniently on his break while all this was going down, soooo, anyway I quietly walked out and was not going to allow a 3rd party managed by children to ruin my evening although it did. The head office at RETAILORS SPORTS INC.will be hearing from me. I highly doubt this review will change anything but I'll see.

TLDR: Buyers beware of this unprofessional 3rd party ripoff Nike store - condescending assistant manager and has a very inconvenient return policy- even when buying a displayed product, very disappointing. On a good note, at least the woman at the cash was at least empathetic and chill about the situation.

Never buy anything from this store instead buy the stuffs from another nike store. I want a smaller size for the shoe and the manager said there is a stain on the shoe and not exchanged my shoes.

Usually I don’t review like this but this store is the worst. The manager was so rude I had size 8.5 and it was a little big I went for exchange as it were never taken out of the box never wore them but unfortunately they did not have size 8 so they denied to take return. The lady at the counter was so racist she made us wait though it was our turn. This is your sign don’t buy from this store worst customer service

One of the male employees was very helpful but the black lady with short colored hair was useless, I asked her one question and she couldn't answer and didn't even bother to get me help or ask someone else to help me.

I bought my first pair of jordans from Nike STC. 'Richard' was there to guide me for the purchase and he did an excellent job helping me find the best pair of kicks for me and my friend.

Jacob was absolutely amazing! He helped me find my son’s sizes and was so professional. This is the only Nike store I will ever shop at. I would highly recommend going to STC and asking for Jacob.

Amazing customer service. Very clean store. I noticed that the stores atmosphere has changed for the better since the manager has changed. The store isn’t surrounded by a group of kids that arnt buying anything. The manager daniel made sure I was taken care of for all my needs. I use to come in this store and no one would ever greet me and I use to see all the workers on their phones. Now you are greeted at every part of the store by an employee.such an amazing shopping experience.

I went to go shopping today for some pants and shoes. I asked one guy (worker) if they had small size in these trousers in any of their stores. He checked and said no. And then I asked him if it was available online in any store and the worker was so rude and he said "no, I already checked" in a angry voice and then he just left and walked away. I talked to the manager after and he was also so rude and didn't listen to what I had to say. Terrible customer service and customer respect. They could've atheist used a nicer tone. Before this, I was getting some shoes and there was this one really nice worker named "William B" and he was so caring and nice to the customers. This is how all workers should be.

I loved the customer service at Nike and every time i go to Scarbrough Town Centre, I always have to shop there. I love the variety of clothes and shoes there and overall it’s a great experience there

A variety of products, though their selection of shoes is quite limited. If you are not looking to buy one of the newer/popular shoes, you might be better off purchasing from their online shop. Workers are kind and helpful. The music they play on the speakers is very loud, it would be great if they brought the volume down a bit.

Great customer service. I came in yesterday to purchase shoes and Moe was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and was very kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend asking for him if you do choose to visit this location!

My experience last week might have been the worst customer service experience i've ever had. I went in to exchange an item i bought because my original item had a stain on it and when I got to the cash Daniel, the manager, was extremely rude and told me I had to go all the way back to the location it was purchased from and do my exchange there. The product was available at the Scarborough location and no where in the policy does it state i need to exchange at the purchase location. I even had my receipt ready to go for an easy transaction and was still shut down and treated terribly by Daniel. All I wanted to do was a simple exchange for the same product in the same size so I cant even imagine how he would've treated me if I wanted to do an actual return.

The store receipt clearly doesn’t say that the shoes should be returned in a box, but they refused to even talk to me and refused to take the return even though the shoes were not worn. Just a missing box would lead to losing $140 worth of shoes. Super ridiculous.

The guy at the store whose name is Paul is ridiculous and rude. He will speak over you and would not show any courtesy. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. Vaughn mills and Fairview stores are much better.

Store is low in stock on many items. Small store and smaller selection. Store Manager Maverick provide misinformation and terrible customer service. Nike please take note and hope to see improvements on upper management staff.

New employee Raphael had such good customer service that you couldn't tell it was his first day! Left the store a happy customer and didn't even plan on buying anything that day. Keep up the good work Nike! All other employees were fantastic and definitely recommend shopping at this location.

What a joke at this place! Won a raffle to pick up a pair of shoes and showed up with ID and winning email and because I was a half size off they wouldn’t let me pick it up. I even told the guy at the front the size and he went to get it then the manager was like no, wrong size. I can’t believe they wouldn’t release the pair to me. Biggest joke ever!

Bubble on my AirMax 720 popped after a year of wear, I was a little frustrated since they were a little pricey at 265$. However, guys from this store were able to take them back under the 2 year warranty and gave me full money back so I could get a brand new pair of kicks! Giving a shot to a new Nike Zephyr, definitely feels more rugged than a previous generation 720’s
