Mustafa was a great employee, very knowledgeable about shoe cleaning products, was very helpful when I asked about cleaning my Jordans.

Every time I come to this store the environment is always so welcoming and light!

I went in today to get a pair of nike shorts and i was assisted by Reesa (sorry if im wrong) but she was the nicest new member ever she helped me find the size i needed and let me try on at least three pairs before she assisted me to the cash register such a wonderful experience deff coming back.

Our shoe-shopping experience was greatly enhanced by the help we received from Will. H, the young tall white sales associate. His exceptional service, expert knowledge and boundless patience set a new standard for customer service.

We entered the store with daunting confusion about finding the right pair of shoes for my 7-year-old son. It was Will who swooped in to save our day. He not only listened attentively to what our needs were but also offered valuable advice on fitting and style that would be suitable for a boy of his age and activity level.

His professionalism, coupled with a warm and friendly demeanor, made us feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the shopping process. Despite having other customers in-store, he never rushed us. Rather, he took his time to ensure we were satisfied with our choice.

I had a quality issue with a pair of leggings i purchased a few days back and called the store to review my options regarding this. I was helped by Mark and was served the best customer experience! Over the phone he went above and beyond to help me. Amazing customer experience!

Walked in and went to the shoe section. Was greeted by a dude with glasses (african descent). He greeted me and asked if I needed help, to which I said no. Then he went over to his colleague, whispered something in his ear. And then that colleague came towards me and my friend and just stood there watching us. Immediately felt super uncomfortable. Almost as if we looked suspicious or something? That interaction gave me a weird vibe and I no longer wanted to shop in the store. So we left. Certainly left me a sour taste. I came in with an intention to purchase shoes, but I can't shop if I'm being watched. Just a psa, I get you're a sales rep and you have a job. But, customer shows they don't need help, leave them alone? If I need help, i'll come up to you or show you that I need help.

Daniel helped me tremendously when I came there a week ago. His knowledge of shoes and his hospitality truly made my experience even better. I recommend anyone who goes to this location to seek out Daniel to help you. He’s an awesome dude and knowledgeable.

Just popped by today to window shop and ended up buying 4 pairs of sneakers. Our sales rep Jhaiden was amazing, kind and very informative. He was a delight to work with!

Outstanding service, good product knowledge and a good selection of things to choose from. Freddy was absolutely fantastic in helping me find the right shoes for me. Spent over a hour there and even when his shift ended, he made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate the professionalism.

Everybody was very friendly, understanding the customers' needs. I assume it's being operated with commission-based system. I think it's a great idea because everybody tries to be approached and handle customers' requests. Even if it was the boxing day, which is one of the busiest ones, every single employee was very friendly. Great operations.

Tried to return an item with a gift receipt and they only offered in store credit valid for 90 days instead of a full refund. Do not buy from this store!

I know they say people get worse as they age but Elaine at this store is an example of why old people should not be working in a management position. She’s rude, aggressive and does not act how a manger should. Nike Canada needs to investigate this store and how the drops are run. More importantly, they need to pay attention to who they are putting in these stores to represent their brand. By far the worst store and management team in the GTA. Elaine should be asked to retire or enroll in management classes on how to represent the Nike brand in a positive way. If you have any issues, don’t even try to go to her. You will just be upset you even wasted your time

Visited Nike on Boxing day. Deals were good, around 20% off. This location has lot of new models for both men and women. Customer service is good. Better than other locations in GTA.

This store is a joke. I checked their website, they had multiple pairs and in multiple colours on their website. They had nothing. Made a very far and time consuming trip for nothing. Nike Yorkdale is pathetic. Don't waste your time, just do what their own employees said.go to Sportchek

It was hard to believe the rave reviews that Nike at Yorkdale receives on line UNTIL I shopped there today. One of the most pleasant and helpful shopping experiences I have had lately. A large part of the smile on my face when I exited the store was due to the salesman whose name is Solomon. I refer to him as King!

I had nick as my helper and he was very patient and useful. He was showing us all different shows I can choose from and brining all different type of sizes.if I decide to shop here again I hope I have him again he knows what he’s doing.

Cam was awesome! I didn't end up buying on the spot due to budget constraints, but he was amazing. I have chronic issues with my feet, and he helped select a few shoes that should ease a lot of pain from issues. Please give this man a raise!

Yesterday i went to nike’s showroom in yorkdale in search of some comfy lowers which will solve my purpose for wfh comfort & workout fit. At the entrance i came across with Deepti who understood my need & suggested the products accordingly & i must say it’s worth it. This showroom have the biggest collection & employees are so friendly & they have good product knowledge.

I went to purchase shoes for my son youth size 5, and then noticed they charge 13% tax because they were Jordan’s. In Ontario any youth item is only supposed to be taxed 5%.
They said to me in the store that the district manager makes the rules and I could take it up with him.
I called the Nike customer service waiting 2 weeks no calls back no explanation as to why a district manager can over rule the government legislation.
Will never recommend this store.

Celebrating my birthday went well with all of my children. Nolan helped all of my children find sizes and put everything at the front for us will be back.

She is very nice and friendly I was looking for a tights for my mom on the rack did not see the size I was looking for I ask someone to get me the size on the person said they did not have an I saw sonetta and I ask her to check at the for me to see if they have anymore and then she find on bring it to I was very very satisfy with her service

Great Personal Shopper experience at Nike Yorkdale. Marie C was so professional both via text (personal shopper) and in store. Both Marie C and her colleagues went through each pair to validate size and perform a quality check.

Staff were very pleasant in the store, and Marie C was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding while assisting me with an exchange via curbside pickup, such a nice girl- she definitely went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied! As someone not from the area, this location was definitely an experience in itself & staff held that standard.

Too many associates but barely any helping especially in men shoes area. When you ask for a size, they just say no immediately without even checking. Bought my AF1 here. Very bad experience. The guys just ignore instead of asking for help.

The service here was absolutely amazing. This associate named Bill was extremely helpful and quick. I cannot begin to explain the excellent service that he provided. He answered all my questions, got all my sizes from the back and from the floor, and helped me when trying on the wind breaker that I later bought, and loosened up the laces for my shoes. There was an issue with the wind breaker as it had a little stain and he told me how to clean it, and gave me an additional 10% off. Every time I needed something he was quick to assist me, answer all my questions and smile. I left the store super super satisfied and extremely happy. I definitely will recommend this store to my friends and family as the service I received from Bill alone, was absolutely remarkable.

My experience at Yorkdale Nike was nothing short of amazing! I came in with my 2 boys 9 and 6 yrs a few weeks ago which thrilled to be shopping Nike and were a handful to say the least. However Derek was an pure professional! He took control of my boys needs and likes and made my job very easy. All I had to do was sit and relax while he advised and helped my boys. He along with Ziv are the best employees in retail I have worked with in a long time. They always advise me and make my life easy when I want to get in and out!

Called to place a set of shoes on hold. Tried verify 3 tines the shoes were correct. Biked to the store in 35 degree weather to get the shoes. They were the wrong shoes. Don’t carry the shoes I asked for in the colour I asked. Terrible service. Wasted hours of my day.

Worst and Rude Staff Ever.they will keep poking u, even when u have told them that u dont need help for same stuff, but still they will keep bothering u (5 staff members asked me in 5 mins time) till u feel offended.and leave the store without buying any stuff!

Ive been to this location a couple of times & my experience has always been mediocre. However the last couple times the customer service has been overly helpful and attentive (even during Covid). Every time i visit i run into the same associates & they’re always super nice and friendly. The last time I went to get a gift, Larry (who i think is a manager) helped me brainstorm ideas and guided me to Muhammed who helped me out so much & built a great outfit for my boyfriend!

While I find a lot of other stores in Yorkdale to be cluttered, disorganized due to volume with staff that are unfit for a customer service facing role I actually really enjoy shopping at this Nike location as it’s the complete opposite! The staff are always very friendly and with this whole COVID nightmare they have made the environment very comfortable and safe for their shoppers without losing that friendly personal touch! Product is organized and the store is really well looked after by the employees there. I went in recently to exchange an item that was no longer available but a sales associate/manager named Heather went above and beyond in helping me find an alternative that was the best fit for me! I’m totally happy with my purchase and will def continue to support this particular location!

Made a mistake by not keeping Nike shoe packaging to change size. Nike management was really great in understanding issue and resolving. And BTW the staff at Nike Yorkdale are really helpfully and neat guys:)

Called this store 4 times and no one picks up. This is a store in Yorkdale, the customer service is TERRIBLE.

Big Shout out to Ziv! I went into the Yorkdale Nike store this morning to look at shoes. The Sales Associate (Athlete), Ziv was there to help me and guide me with my shoe selection, inform me about the technology and guide me on the fit. When I mentioned that I wanted to start running again in the Spring he then hand picked out running apparel suggestions for me in my size, while explaining the fit, benefit and the technology of each one. I ended up buying everything that Ziv had suggested, even the shoe cleaner. I came home and I went out for my first run of the season that afternoon. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and attention that Ziv gave me. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He gave me great customer service. And a shout out to his Manager (Coach), Jennifer, who had made me feel welcome and helped to complete the excellent shopping experience.

I came in for a sold out jacket along with the apparel that I had called prior for and they didnt have it available but had the same stuff delivered to this location for convenience. Thanks again

I had a disappointing experience at this Nike location. The staff were so extremely rude, I wish I remembered the cashier's name. But I made sure to be very polite and nice to her when cashing out, as I work in retail aswell. She was very unnecessarily just mean, then wouldn't allow me to return an item.

The worst experience so far! I brought a pair of shoes to return. System was down and no transactions were able to get. After standing in a line for 40 minutes with no information, I insisted to call the manager. Meanwhile, the staff was not not engaging and not even one person said "sorry for inconvenience". Furthermore, I called manager to get rational excuse or explanation; however, the manager was even ruder than his staff. Not him not his staff didn't even offer to have a sit meanwhile the system was not working. Finally, when system started tp work, after I've been waiting for an hour and half, nobody called me to desk, I've approached myself. And they were not able to do return! The manager was still at desk, but he didn't even raise his head. For the brand like Nike, which I'm wearing for years, it's so disrespectful and dissapointing.

Just bought a pair of sneakers and was helped by sales associate Neshai. Neshai was extremely charming and very well trained. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Everytime we walk in we look for him because he is extremely helpful always give us on point suggestions and help us with dilemmas.
His attitude is extremely welcoming and upbeat that makes us wanting to come back Everytime.

The store staff at this location require better education on how to actually service customers. After calling inquiring about an exchange, the associate said nothing can be done because I don’t have a receipt. Called the Fairview mall location and received amazing service over the phone and was told to contact the warranty department.
