Nine Clouds Beds & Mattresses

Our experience with nine clouds was extremely disappointing.

We encountered the rudest, most indifferent sales person I’ve ever met.

We went during the Black Friday weekend and the place was dead. We were literally the only customers there. My parents were ready to buy as their prices are decent but the salesperson (an older man) either walked away from us after each question or gave very cold 1 word answers to our questions. I don’t understand why he was walking away as we clearly had questions and there was nobody else in the store. My mom even told the guy they are ready to buy one of the beds but the guy wondered away again before we could ask him to start the process. I was so annoyed that I told my parents to leave the store as I refuse to spend money at this store. 0 stars.

Went in to try out adjustable beds. Salesperson did little to demonstrate how they work. Bought from Leva Sleep instead, and for less money

Great service answered all my many questions about mattresses. Sells only made in Canada products. Based on this fact I decided to avoid trips to Sleep Country or Leons and purchased my bed frame, head and foot board, box spring and mattress. Store has been around for more than 30 years so they must be doing something right. I also learned Stearns and Foster mattresses should be avoided.

We were looking for a mattress for our RV and purchased a residential foam mattress in a custom size, with a custom size mattress cover too. The sales staff was friendly, helped us pick out the right mattress and worked with us to customize the order.

We needed a custom mattress as our bed is made for a European King (71” wide). Because of the positivie online reviews we decided to check out Nine Clouds. Mr. Ashley Rodrigues helped us in the showroom. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we ended up ordering a mattress that came within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend, great product and staff.

Simply the best! I needed to buy a reclining bed for a senior and from the moment I spoke with Ashley, I knew we were in good hands. His product knowledge was incredible and his recommendations were spot on. He even went to the home personally to set the bed up. I’ve since called him with a couple of questions and he is only too happy to assist. A great bed is something you shouldn’t buy over the internet, site unseen. The personal and professional service that Nine Cloud provides is exceptional and their showroom is expansive. Very happy to have found them.

My Wife and I were looking for new mattresses for our adjustable bed frames.
We visited Nine Clouds Beds and Mattresses and were greeted by Ashley who took the time to show us all of the available options. We were both impressed by his knowledge and no pressure sales approach. We received great advise regarding the best mattresses for adjustable bed frames and the best options for "side" and "back" sleepers.
We were extremely happy with the decision we made and the price of the mattresses. We were also happily surprised when Ashley arrived to deliver the mattresses himself - Amazing Customer Service!

I can not say enough about Bill and his team. My wife had not been sleeping well for over a year on our old bed. After looking at adjustable beds I soon realized that it could be a $12,000+ investment. But too sleep well is priceless. So we started looking at all the big names. Regardless of where we went it was extra warranty this and that. When we went to Nine Clouds, there was no pressure, no mention of extra warranty, just answers to our questions. I am 300 pounds and Bill said that I would have no problems with the Heaven Sent split king mattress and frame that we purchased. So $8,500 later my wife and I have slept well for the past week. The bed is so comfortable and really does help with snoring. My wife uses the massage feature to relieve the tension in her neck. Big stores told us 3-8 weeks delivery. Bill told us 4 days. Four days later delivered and set up with no problems.

Not as overpriced as Sleep Country and they seem to sell matresses made in their own factory or affiliate. They have a very wide selection including the world's firmest mattress. I would purchase something here before I ever bought a bed at The Brick since The Brick only sells cheap hot garbage.

An excellent experience! The customer service of Nine Clouds was above 5 star. They were not pushy as we asked a lot of questions and they gave us the time we needed to decide what bed we wanted. We had quick delivery and full service from set up to training. Ashley and his Vignesh were fantastic. The bed was exactly what we were looking for very comfortable!

I am giving the guys here an A+ for all of the extra’s that they gave my wife and me for the purchase of an adjustable bed.
How it all started. I shopped around on line (Ghost bed - Ultramatic - Puffy - Leon’s - Brick - Sleep Country - Costco - Nine Clouds) and I did my homework. It is a lot of money to spend after all. I got great service and give a thumbs up to Sleep Country as they did follow up after a couple of weeks to see if I was still interested. That and I still get emails from a lot of the others that are generic because I looked them up on-line.
Here is where it gets good. I went into Nine Clouds where Ashley was my attendant. He game me all my options but wasn’t pushy. He knew I was browsing and not buying on the spot, but I still got excellent service. He told me about the sales (even the Boxing Day ones that were coming up). In passing, as I was leaving, he told me to look for laytex mattresses as they give the best cooling effect and sent me off with “Have a good day. ” I wasn’t asked for a name, phone number, or email and address. Wow - no pressure.
I came back a couple of times and finally brought the wife. She loved the bed we tried and the sales man on then honoured the sale prices that Ashley had given me.
On the day of delivery I was shocked to discover that there is no extra charge for set-up. Ultra-mat-ic charges an extra 600 dollars if it is past the door delivery. We also purchased a futon and I expected it to just be dropped off. They (Ashley and Vignesh) even put that together and showed us how it worked.
If they follow up with any issues in the same manner as sales and delivery this place is hands down the best place to go.
You get what you pay for. And we are not disappointed. Well done.

Very happy with the new firm mattress. Bill helped without hesitation or wait, pointed me to what i asked for and gave me a good deal on a showroom model. Ashley was kind to help me load the mattress into my van. Great group of people, will be returning to this place for more.

I paid many visits over months making a decision and each time Mark and Jacob were patient with me. After many visits (where Mark knew me as I walked through the door), I decided to purchase two beds. Mark kept in contact with me even when I had to delay delivery. The delivery people arrived early, were polite and efficient and had both beds delivered and fully assembled in less than one hour. Even when I had to exchange a mattress they were just as service oriented as when I made the purchase. I only write these posts when I am impressed and I find it rare a retailer can impress these days. I will recommend Nine Cloud Beds to my pickiest of friends.

I had to share my positive experience with your store.   During the emotional time of my mother's stroke,   I went to every store that sold beds in Mississauga,   yours was the only one who treated me with compassion and understanding and gave me much needed advice.   The bed was perfect and it was delivered promptly.   What a pleasure to realize that customer service is still a part of our community. We had a custom waterbed, four poster frame that we wanted to keep. The measurements were not traditional and we could not find a mattress, until we found Nine Cloud. We were worried that it would be an outrageous price but it was definitely within our budget. We had a few choices in softness and now we sleep soundly on our fabulous new mattress!

We recently purchased a mattress from Nine Clouds and found that it was a bit too hard - we returned to the store in hopes of purchasing a mattress topper and were more than surprised when we were told that we could select another mattress as a swap. My husband and I were so amazed; simply stated, this would never happen at a large department store. Bill and his team really do care about their customers and I can honestly say that when the time comes to purchase another mattress we will return to Nine Clouds (so far we have purchased one for each of our family members at Nine Clouds). The service from the moment you enter the store right up to delivery is unbeatable!
