I got my haircut here yesterday. Normally I’m not one to write reviews- but I was pretty disappointed. Not only was the cut much shorter than I had asked for (I asked for it to be just past my shoulders and she cut to the middle of my neck…) I would have to say the worst part was how rough the hairstylist was. She pulled my hair, got water on my face when washing, blew the hot hair dryer directly into my ear, brushed my skin with the roll brush and was so rough shoving me into what position she needed me to sit. It was the most uncomfortable and roughest a hairstylist has ever been with me and I did not enjoy it.
The service was ok- i was one of the last people to get my hair done so my hairstylist was trying to do mine, and someone else’s hair at the same time. She would start to wash it, then disappear for 20 mins, then she would start to style and cut it, and walk away half way through to do the other woman’s hair. I feel bad giving this place such a low rating but I really didn’t like it.

She made sure that my first highlights and colour fit well with my skin tone and face structure! June was also friendly and overall respectful! Will come again!

June is the best hair stylist/colour expert I’ve ever been too. Her expertise and professionalism is extraordinary. She gives you exactly what you wanted, but 10x better. I have blonde hair, so you can imagine the difficulty I had finding the right person to do my hair. My hair is the perfect ice blonde! I cannot recommend June enough! She is fantastic! I travel from Barrie to Toronto because she is the only hair stylist I trust with my hair ️️

Bad experience. Jennie is the worst employee here, she is so disrespectful to her clients and has zero sense. Never get your brows done from her as she won’t be sorry if she goes wrong instead ask you to get out.

Love this salon! I have been coming for years. The staff at this salon are great! If you are looking for colour specialist ask for Flora. She has been bleaching my hair for the last 2 years and she always takes care of my roots and ensures that i am satisfied with the colour. She is professional and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTELY worst experience of my life. I wish i knew the staff name but she was a Indian girl with plastic surgeries in her face. I asked for a blowdry and the staff didn't even care for what i asked for and started using a curling iron when i only wanted a blowdry. I politely reminded her that I don't want a curling iron and she looks at me and raises her eyebrows " YOU ARE NOT PICKY AT ALLLL" how dare you talk to a paying customer in this tone and rudeness. Regardless I still stayed quiet than she mocked me for being in a wheelchair and the fact that she was walking around my chair with her high heels. " oh my goodness i hope I don't fall! " First of all you saw me from the beginning that i had a disability you could have declined to help if you were so worried about your high heels! On top of everything 2 minutes after she started me her customer came and shes flirting with him infront of me! Stay away from this salon they are absolutely the worst!

Absolutely horrible place, my stylist had no idea how to cut hair and it ended up in a mess. 1/10 please do not go.

, very understanding, patient, and listens to my requests, She does as I ask unless she feels she has a better suggestion, which really helps me, because together we figure out exactly what I want.she is always very accommodating!

The best haircuts. Ask for Garth. He is amazing. Knows everything about hair, and he really takes his time and cares about his clientele.

It is the worst hair Saloon. Got my hair cut and He ruined my hair. He is unprofessional, unable to understand and know nothing about hair cut.
I have informed the reception that I am not happy with the hair cut but she also seems do not care, bad customer service. So I have to get it fix from other Saloon. Paying twice for my hair cut.

My favorite hair salon. I have been going to this salon for 3 yrs or so and i am always happy with my haircuts and coloring no matter who is the stylist. Very professional and knows their stuff!

I went for a simple layered Hair Cut to this place. Supposedly the stylist that did my haircut was a "senior" and I was charged the maximum haircutting fee + a fee for washing & blowdrying. However, the experience was far from one I would expect a senior stylist to deliver!

Before getting started, I told the stylist the type of haircut I wanted - he did not ask me any questions or confirm what I wanted and just began cutting. He did not seem confident at all when cutting my hair (I know a confident and experienced hair stylist when I see one!). The end result was - the layers were not the same length (surely this is common sense?), they did not flow at all, there was no connection between the layers. All in all, this is the WORST hair cut I have ever had!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was overcharged and got ZERO value for my money. I regret going here.

I was so happy to finally find a stylist (named Kimberly Kim) that can achieve the perfect blonde colour that I’m looking for. A beautiful blonde without being brassy at all. The service was fast and she gave me an Olaplex treatment that really left my hair feeling much healthier. The before and after pictures say it all. I was impressed that Kimberly Kim has over 20 years experience and I’m going to start having her add tape-in extensions for me.

Please do not go to this salon!

Don't confuse friendly and casual with unprofessional. I've been going for a long time and received good advice, haircuts, colouring and personal service from Ilona and others.

I visited there after an appointment.
I called for the perm. They asked which perm between dry and chemical.
I chose chemical but I asked about dry perm in the store.
They said there is not dry perm.
And they tried to shampoo my hair but they stop it and
refused to do my hair.
After then someone else in their shop tried to do my hair instead her.
Everyone was so rude, and I just got out from there.

Oh my god, Jai is so perfect in her work. She listened to me patiently what i wanted with my balayage and she did an awsome job. The most surprising thing was I liked my hair color more than what I pictured to her. She is not only great working with hair colors but she did terrific work with bangs (i was so mch afraid having bangs n if that would suit me or not). Although she had to leave early for some urgent work but she made sure I get what i asked for (she left late, such a darling). I would definitely recommend this salon n especially “Jai” if one wants to go for hair transformation. All my friends loved my hair transformation. Thanks Jai xx

I got Hair Highlighting from Jai today And I must say, it made my day and night ️ I was so nervous to get anything done on my hair and was really confused if I am gonna get what I wanted but Jai cooperated so well in figuring out my wantings that any appreciation would be less! Thank you so much Jai for making my ordinary hair to something I would want to keep looking forever

Manicurist was super nice and accommodating but a little too aggressive when cutting my cuticles. Ended up bleeding on one of my nails, she just wiped it down without apologizing. Otherwise would've given this a 5 star

Maureen did a great job on my haircut and root touch-up. She is very nice, thorough, and accommodating. I do recommend her!
I gave the salon four stars because it was more expensive than I expected.

I went twice. Each time for blonde highlights and I have really dark hair. They use Loreal products, I would have rather preferred Goldwell. First time they did 3 Colors highlights, it was really really nice and really fine as I wanted. A bit pricey though

I come see Telisha here, she is amazing. Not only is she talented but she also works fast. I don’t trust going anywhere else. She can always fit me in and the prices are agreeable. Currently getting a keratin treatment. I get one each year, my hair grows so long and little to no hair loss for months after.

In my opinion, the best hairdresser works here. They are pretty good and they have pretty much a flexible business hours. Conveniently located, just a few footsteps from the subway and inside the Eaton Center. It gets busy from time to time, so it's better to book in advance.

I went for really good offer of balayage, cut and style. The stylist was too much in a hurry, wasn't the best balayage.  They do balayage by backcombing your hair, which broke my hair. I got the silver color that I wanted. It looked amazing. My stylist called me for free sitting.  After my second sitting, my silver was gone apparently they neutralized it way too much, which wasn't done by my stylist. She was way too busy for me. I was supposed have free cut which I didn't  get the same day. After literally texting for 2 weeks to my stylist. I got my cut. She cut my hair so short and without consent, I guess I irritated her asking fo,  what was supposed to be the part of my offer.  Now I am with extremely bad cut and normal neutralized colored hair, so I make a small bun now. Won't recommend  anyone this studio.

Garth did a great job with my hair, would definitely go back to have him do it again. Hairwashing station was a little cramped and dark, and the place is not cheap, but you get what you pay for in the end it seems!

Love coming here to get my hair done! The staff is super friendly and never disappoint! Talisha is awsome! I've gotten fusion hair extensions from her and she did an amazing job! She was able to colour match it perfectly! I've also gotten my hair cut by her and she always does such a great job. Gio is also great! I've gotten a balyage from him twice and i loved the results. Although they don't turn out exactly like the pictures i show him, it still turns out amazing! I couldnt be any happier! I definitely recommend this salon!

Mish did an amazing job repairing my broken nails and giving me a biogel manicure. Not everyone excels at shaping coffin nails but she certainly does!

Superb Customer service. Every time I come they always find time to fit me in. Have to say been to various Mall shops this is hands down my favorite. The staff is extremely personable if you want a relaxed enjoyable environment I more then suggest you come here!

I've been going for a few years. My guy is Gio. Good dependable cut every time. To be clear, I'm giving it 5 stars because Gio is there.

I LOVE Giovanni! He's been doing my hair for two years now and I have never ever been disappointed.

They chemically cut and fried my hair when I had been a blonde for 4 years no problem. They ran out of olaplex and didn't tell me till after the bleach was ready to wash out so my hair broke almost 75% shorter. They did a patchy job which another expert salon even could not fix. The rest of them used to do a wash and blow out for me. Kept telling me to come and do my blonde with them. But when I came they didn't understand what I wanted and went ahead with the bleach doing nothing of what I asked. What a failure. Also they are stuck up and all have a horrible attitude. They stop during styling your hair to have conversations with each other. Absolutely horrible.
