I agree with other reviews that this place is not friendly. If you want a coffee, might as well drive down a bit more to starbucks, because they actually treat you like a customer.

Bad service, VERY BAD SERVICE. I was standing there for 15 minutes and I told what I want they sent to other part of the store and they said someone will be there with you, and no one came at last. The only thing that they’re trained to do is not serve the customers that’s it. I was 200% not satisfied and I don’t care how the food is if the service is bad everything goes down the drain.

It was not good at all. Cake and sweets are not fresh, even the cake was frozen. I will never go there again.

We hired Nino’s catering service for our daughters 1st birthday. The food was a huge hit with our guests. Everyone was excited to try the next item. If you are thinking about using Nino’s for a party or just want to come to there location for an amazing meal do not hesitate. The food and service is top notch! Thank you Nino’s for making my little princesses 1st birthday a huge success!

The 1 star is solely due to poor service and not the food. I like the food and the pastries however I was there today and had to wait forever to get a coffee. Not to mention due to poor organization, there are also people who will try and jump infront of you so you are kind of left "fending for yourself" and that just ruins your day because last thing I want to do is argue with people whilst trying to get a coffee or food. Once, I moved to the store part where you purchase pastries to go and other condiments noone was there. My brother went and asked for someone to assist us and they said to give them a minute however they didn't show up so we left. Lol, perhaps the owner is unaware of poor execution of operations of the store so I decided to leave this comment. I hope you can get your store running well because when I first entered there were people behind us who ended up leaving as well as we left, maybe you dont need the money and maybe you make enough and don't care, of course it is your prerogative but the store is run very poorly and to state that it was busy and lack of staff isn't really an excuse because even when it was dead and I went there, the service was very poor. And by poor service I mean not just the attitude but just getting your orders through.

We always go there with our team after training. We’ve tried the coffee, latte, the cold cut sandwiches and pizzas and they’ve been pretty good so far. They’ve all had a good taste, been fresh and with good quality. The staff is fairly nice too. A cozy, nice, local cafe/restaurant.

Got these Cannolis from here, and they were magnificent!

Great customer service, coming here for years. I am not sure about the dining experience, never tried. However coffee is delicious, pastry felt old, not fresh at all.

The chicken cutlet dinner was delicious. I also had a canoli. Relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Will go back again to try the Gelato

Veal sandwich and chicken soup ordered today.
One of the worst, if not the most horrible sandwiches I've ever eaten.
Bland, rubbery veal soaked in tomato sauce to most likely soften the stale bun it was served on.
I dont mind paying a higher than normal price, but please make sure the offerings are indicative of the quality being offered.

Staff make you wait several minutes before they even come to the hot table to serve food, then if you have a question they get very short and dismissive. I found the same thing at the lottery kiosk. The seating area is full of people just sitting there and socializing over empty coffee cups where you can hardly find a place to sit and enjoy a meal. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. Ambiance left alot to be desired. And customer service was not good at all.

Who wanna taste the Italian tradition i suggest to come to try it. 10/10 the stuff and the quality of the food. I recommend to try the coffee express

They would not give me a glass of water with my $20 personal pizza. I asked the owner Nancy and she said sorry business is business. She said buy a bottle it’s only $2. The pizza was not good either and the quantity of toppings used was sparse. Such a disappointment. I used to look forward coming to this place, now I look forward to never coming back.

Great place all around, worth the trip if you're in the area.

Such good Italian desserts. Canolli, napoleon, cheesecake, zepolli, cakes. And oh my the gelato, endless flavors. They also have a nice seating area for dine in.

The STAFF ARE GREAT! THEY SERVE YOU WITH A SMILE AND ARE PATIENT!
Sadly the coffee isn't as high quality as it once was. The Angel cookies (CHIACHIERE) were flavorless of flavouring. All you could taste was the old pork fat used. I WAS SICK FOR TWO DAYS! No Anice, Almond, Lemon, Peppermint extract was added as is the custom. The Pastries were good though
