Eventhough I told the lady that I do not like have thin eyebrow. She did very thin disappointed!

Went last week. Can keep your eyebrows full and think like I asked but shaping not so much, was uneven and I didn't get the desired look. Money spend better elsewhere.

Jaya is amazing at threading. My eyebrows are amazing. This is actually the best they have looked in years. The salon is clean and the people are friendly. They do accept walk-ins. Definitely recommend

Update: I went today, and my eyebrows were bombed- destroyed. I usually like only 2 people here, and now I'll have to grow back my eyebrows to get them looking even again!

I wont be going Wednesdays anymore!

I visited the salon and Nadine did absolutely amazing job for my hairs. (Got my hair styled). Love the service.

They keep increasing the prices for waxing even though it’s always a rushed job and hair left.

I visit this salon for waxing on regular basis. I was sitting in waiting area and a lady approached she greeted almost everyone except me so I was little surprised and then I checked with other people if they had an appointment however they did not so I was purposely avoided. In mean time Rav arrived with her I got waxing service done and she did excellent job. However I would like to make a point other people working there should treat each client equal.

Looking for a new eyebrow place is hard, especially coming from someone who is very selective with who can touch thier eyebrows but Nirvana did not disappoint and became one of very few places I would let do my eyebrows. Special shout-out to Sweetie, who is so passionate about her job and always gets you leaving feeling fresh and beautiful! Would highly highly recommend coming here!

Preet has provided amazing service when it comes to haircut and blow out. She has created beautiful face framing layers while also providing a beautiful blow out. Definitely recommend. The establishment itself is also very clean and well kept

I have been coming to Nirvana Salon for probably about 8 years+. They are amazing. The service is great and they have my eyebrows on point ALL of the time! I had a great experience at Nirvana Salon & Spa-Brow Bar, even though I went without an appointment the staff was accommodating, Nadine in particular went beyond professional service giving me the best layered haircut and hairstyle I had in a long time. She is truly passionate about her job and you can feel it as a customer. Prices are more than fair. Thank you, will be coming back for other services.

First time I came in was good, didn’t get a name. Came in today and the person who threaded me asked what happened to my fingers. I explain that I bite my skin (it was none of her business anyway). She then gave me a deep scary look as though I should be ashamed of it. She asked why and I explained I have anxiety, again she pryed and asked why. I said life’s tough, apparently that wasn’t a good enough reason. She then said she has anxiety too but doesn’t do that, that no one’s life is perfect and that I’m a beautiful girl. Meaning it’s an ugly look. It really felt belittling, this person knew nothing about me, my coping mechanisms, adhd & dermatillomania. Please have conversations with your staff about personal boundaries and mental health. It didn’t even seem like it was with good intentions. Don’t feel comfortable enough coming back: (

I went there for Facial and body scrub, It was amazing! Girl named Rav she did an excellent job, I’m so happy and relaxed. They deserve 5 stars for their Service.

Rav is so good at what she does! I always leave so happy when she does my eyebrows. I highly recommend!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I asked the lady to clean up my eyebrows and she literally shaped them and made them thin to her liking. I am so very disappointed.

The appointment time was 11am and we were only attended at 1pm. The staff has no sense of greeting and has a very cold attitude, or they’re simply racist
Above all, they were NOT AT ALL apologetic for the delay and carried on with their attitude. There’s just one person carrying out hair appointments and the others are no help. They can definitely do a lot better with the customer service

I have been to this place for waxing. I was pretty concerned about going there because it was my first time ever but my experience has been amazing. The staff is very friendly. I got my services done from Rav and she did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this place.

Recently I’ve been there for hair cutting and it was done by Preeti. Thanks a lot Preeti for giving me new fabulous look.

It was my son’s wedding and I booked an appt 2 months in advance for makeup, hairstyle and tying sarees. They quiet literally painted my face with a foundation which never matched my skin color at all. When I mentioned, the owner’s daughter said, “you look at the final product and they tell me”…. 2 hrs later I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror. And it was time to rush as we were 15 mins before the wedding. The lady draping my saree was struggling and I was barely minutes away from walking my son down the isle. What a total disappointment. All this for $330/- definitely not worth it. Sorry to say, but I really hope nobody has to go through this kind of an experience.

Wonderful experience with them since day one of my visit. I don't visit every month but whenever I have been there. Sweetie did my eyebrows and waxing, she was very polite and professional. I found this place after my previous place ruined my eyebrows and made them too thin. I thought they would do well, considering they call themselves brow experts. I grew them out for a very painful two months, but I needed a little but of cleaning for an event. I told Sweetie, just clean please, I AM STILL GROWING THEM OUT. She proceeds to get rid of the hairs on my eyebrow arch that were still growing. Now my eyebrow is as thin as the nightmare I tried to outgrow two months ago.

I called the salon to say I was dissatisfied, Sweetie proceeded to argue with me, saying she new what she did, it was only a cleaning. TELL THAT TO MY EYEBROWS SWEETIE.

If she had done a poor job that is one thing, but for a business to not acknowledge that they did something wrong is ridiculous. Will not be returning. I now have to go to a wedding looking like this. You can clearly see in the picture attached a big difference in the thickness from the center of my eyebrow to the thinnness of the arch, there used to be hair growing there!

I went there for threading by wax, she suggested me with thread. She did awesome job and i am so happy, they have reasonable price. Must try them (kalpana)

I got the manager named Sweetie when I went in to get waxed. This was my first time getting my bikini waxed and she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I also got my underarms and eyebrows done. I have been going to Nirvana for over 6 years and counting and what keeps me coming back is the good prices and amazing workers, you can tell they love what they do and care about their clients.

It's my firsf time here and I was totally satisfied with the body waxing service done by Ms. Sweety. She was very kind and generous.

F I could give no stars I would.my mom and I both went to get our eyebrows threaded and it seemed fine at first until I got handed a mirror and noticed she did absolutely NOTHING. My mom kept telling her exactly what to do but the girl does not know how to thread useless place I spent $18 only to go to another place and fix it up. DO NOT GO HERE they say how their #1 for brows but their full of it they have no idea how to thread. Waste of money

I have been going to Preeti for threading for 4 years and also began my laser treatment with her last year. She is extremely professional and always does a great job on my eyebrows. Eyebrows are always perfect and she does the exact shape I ask for. She is always on time for my appointments and goes above and beyond for her customers. I have been frequenting this place for years for just threading and just went in to have roots coloured, brows and brow tint. Preeti did a great job. Very happy with the colour and will definitely go back. I recommend this place. Clean and professional and fair pricing.

I was looking for a good eyebrow place as my husband and I recently moved to Kleinburg from Brampton. Visited few places and finally a friend of mine suggested this threading place. The girl there did an awesome job. The unique thing about this place was the girls don't open their face mask even while threading and still do a precise job. You got to visit this place to know what I mean They also offer several other services from hair to facials and even RMT massage. I am already a fan and will highly recommend this place.

I don’t recommend this salon for hair services. The stylist didn’t listen to what I asked for and my hair style ended up being way too short even though I specifically said to keep the length. This is not a good place for a professional hair cut/style, definitely not worth the money.

Salon did not following their own covid safety policy.

I visited the salon this afternoon to have my eyebrows done. Before going into your salon, I looked at your website and I was very impressed by the covid safety policy. However, none of these procedures were followed by the person doing my eyebrows. I felt uncomfortable throughout the whole process.
She did a good job with the eyebrows and was friendly.

Nirvana is taking all of the precautions during covid 19 to ensure the safety of their clients. I am a long time client of this salon and they have always been professional and provided exceptional service.

DON'T GO THERE. I wish there's an option to rate them ZERO. I specifically asked the lady to keep my brows thick, showed her the photo and, she made them thinner as possible. And she kept saying to me that that's what I've asked for. I went to this place after seeing nice reviews but, their service is WORST. Please don't waste your money here. Even though they don't deserve a single penny but, I still paid them. There are many good salons in Toronto and, I wish I never went there.

I visited the salon today and highly satisfied with the way management is following Covid Safety Guidelines. Pam provided me the services and she was excellent.

I came to do my eyebrows and upper lip wax before my birthday. Specifically told her I didn't want to go too thin. And not only did they go thin but they also change the shape.
And just before my birthday this really sucks. I'll maybe try the place one more time but I'm really disappointed.

I had a Bio Facial, Eye brown threading with Pam. It was a highly satisfying and such relaxing experience and affordable. A complimentary facial massage and Mask is giving a facelift feeling. I love the eyebrows shaping as well.
