Nirvana Wellness Centre

Booked an appointment with Michael via the online booking portal. Received timely communication and went to get massage on the day of appointment. Plenty of parking and easy check in by the front desk. Michael was great and helped ease a lot of my pain that I had been living with for the last few months. Looking forward to setting up more frequent appointments in the future.

The staff is so friendly knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

I found this place on Google when looking for care with a holistic approach. I've been welcomed with great care & service. They've really helped me with my posture & all of the symptoms I was experiencing from being in pain. They have also helped my now 5 year old with starting to correct her posture. They explain everything as their helping you. Always a relaxing & soothing environment to be in. Grateful.

I would highly recommend this place …. Have been seeing Dr. Hashi (chiro) for getting my adjustments done for a while now and Dr. Oznoor (naturopath) for lifestyle change and diet requirements. I would highly recommend using their services. Even the staff is super friendly. They have a great team.

This place has been such a breath of fresh air for my body aches and pains. The RMT Tuan is the greatest massage therapist I’ve ever seen and I see him regularly. He really gets in the muscles using great techniques and he was even able to help me with DEEP neck pains. Go see Tuan and thank me later!

From the start to the end, everything was professionally done including the onboarding. There was no delay at all. I was surprised with the hospitality, cleanliness, timelines and the main part was the treatment at the center, it was flawless and effective. Dr. Jacob is simply amazing at his job, this comment wont be enough to describe his treatment, one should try it to experience. They explain everything in detail. Keep up the good work

First off, Anana at front desk is the sweetest person and always on her game when it comes to appointments and accommodations.

As soon as I walk into Nirvana Wellness I feel relaxed and peaceful.

I always look forward to acupuncture with Daniela and massage therapy with Darren! They are both personable and a wealth of knowledge in their practice.

Great experience with Tuan as the registered massage therapist.

I have been struggling with a lot of low back pain, and in one session I feel looser. I still have some issues but it FEELS a lot better than before. I would 100% go back and see him as my RMT. He not only massaged, but he did a lot of deep stretching as well.

Also, the ladies at the front desk that welcomed me and dealt with me were so nice, kind and very understanding. Also very helpful when they saw I was injured, they offered to help write things down for me.

Exceptional clinic and staff members work here. Worth the experience.

I was referred to this place by my father-in-law who there are advertisements on Facebook. Decided to give them a try. I did two sessions so far with the Chiropractor and he is by far the best chiropractor I've had and I have been too many. I would recommend anyone going to this place and getting treatment from him. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and he takes time and explaining what he is doing in regards to treatment. A couple weeks ago I decided to try getting a massage there and it was really good. The person was very knowledgeable and as usual the place was very warm cozy and inviting. I would recommend anybody to go to this place.

Today was my first visit through a Facebook advertisement where I was duped and given an offer for a Chiropractor and a free massage for $ 68/-. I arrived before my appointment at 5 p.m, and they started my treatment at 5: 30 p.m. However, they refused to give me a free massage because their special student staff was unavailable. This appears to be unprofessional. They charged me full price and cheated on me by not providing committed service.
Please do not trust or visit these kinds of centres or pay money in advance. I squandered both my time and my money.

I find these Dr's etc.very knowledgeable on all.ailments and up to date on treatments available. Very helpful always smiling. Fantastic place.

I have been going here for a few months now, I primarily see Kim for massages and he is absolutely wonderful and extremely gifted with his hands and knowledge of the body. I have walked into each of my appointments in pain and came out a new person with the relief I have felt. His session is very calming with the music and Kim is dedicated to understanding and relieving the source of the pain. I would recommend this place as the staff is very accommodating and the place is very clean and organized. Will continue to go here as long as I’m in the gta.

Beautiful and clean facility. All the staff members are so friendly and welcoming, makes you feel right at home. I wanted to bring particular attention to Judith, one of the RMTs in house. She is amazing, warm, and has a magical touch because the second I leave the office, my whole body feels so rejuvenated. I’ve been through so many different RMTs and massage therapy appointments, but none of them are remotely as good and professional as Judith. If you’re looking for an RMT that can push out any tightness or knots, Judith is the person you’ll definitely want to see. 10/10, cannot wait to go back again next week.

Very nice atmosphere, clean and cozy! The ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. I had a 30 minute back massage, the first professional massage I've ever been for. I believe my guy's name was Vincent? He was incredible, talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. I was suffering from an extremely painful lower back and while I believe the issue was more bone/joint related, it did feel worlds better after the massage and I was able to go into work the next day. Definitely want to make massages a more regular things, and I'll for sure go back to this spot.

Dr. Josh Thomas is an excellent chiropractor. I have been adjusted for years and by many different chiropractors, he is one of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled. I will be sure to tell my friends about him.

The fact that i am not registered there in your files makes me not to delete my rating, well i was there for my chiropractor visit but no one called me or followed up on me and i just received initial assessment and no treat during the first visit.

I had an appointment for massage therapy with Neha and I think she’s the best therapist here. While massaging she know what exactly she’s working on and even explains you everything regarding the muscle pain. Only disadvantage - Neha is available only on Thursday.

I went for full body massage yesterday and the service was excellent.i felt so relaxed after the massage. Best massage ever. Thank you Arveen Gandhi. I highly recommend her if you go for full body massage.

RMT Neha is excellent!
Her knowledge and experience helps her assess the tight muscles even before mentioning them!
She also recommends some stretches and exercises at the end of the session to assist with the soreness.

I had my first experience at Nirvana Wellness Centre a few days ago. It was extremely easy to book the appointment online. I scheduled a 60 Minute session for Massage Therapy with Arveen Gandhi. Because it was my “first” visit, there was a lot of paperwork to complete. Arveen was very helpful and allowed me to complete the forms in the private room. The massage was so relaxing. It relieved stress and pressure all over my body. Arveen was polite, professional, and very patient. It was by far my best experience.

Nice and clean place! And iv'e been here for just a few sessions and i feel some improvement. Thanks for Nirvana Wellness. Keep it up the good job!

It's a hidden gem right by the GO Station.
The atmosphere here is amazing, kind people, really intelligent and walk you through whatever you need. Very spacious, welcoming and did I mention there's parking on site?

I have been under the care of a few different practitioners at Nirvana Wellness over the last few weeks- as I pulled a muscle in my back and was in so much pain that I couldn't get through my work day! I started to feel better after my first chiropractic treatment - since then I have been advised of ways to prevent this from happening again, including strengthening of certain muscle groups, regular massage and relaxation techniques. I would highly recommend the team at Nirvana!

I’m very pleased with the service and staff, under the care of Dr. Bal I went in with a lot of pain in my leg, now I can happily say I’m pain free. Doctors and staff are very caring and friendly, would highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend Nirvana Wellness Centre. They were really professional and also very caring doctors. I would like to specially thank Dr. Bal for her treatment on my shoulder and back. I could immediately notice a significant difference with shoulder strength, mobility and reduce stiffness.

I have been attending Nirvana for almost a month now and it has been nothing but an amazing experience! The staff are SO welcoming and make me feel very comfortable. I have been getting adjustments with Dr. Bal, she is delightful and treats all my back and neck issues differently each visit depending on my specific needs that day. I have also been getting physiotherapy with scoliosis treatment by Lisette, Chandni, and Sandeep which has been awesome and i have already seen lots of results in my pain management and correcting my posture. As well as building up my back muscles. I highly recommend coming here they are the best and also very diligent with covid-19 protocols and cleanliness.

Nirvana Wellness Centre is a welcome change to the many medical clinics across the GTA which tend to be for lack of better term, cold and sterile. It presents a warm and inviting environment, that is a one-stop shop for medical services. I would definitely recommend a visit for anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to treatment. I have been going to Maria since she started her business and she is the best! The most warm and caring person I have ever had the pleasure of going to for massage therapy. Tell your friends. You won't regret visiting her for all of your therapy needs.

A couple of weeks ago, I woke up and I could barely move my neck. I probably slept in an awkward way and thought I'd wait it out but after a couple of days and not getting better I knew I should probably get my neck checked out. A friend recommended Nirvana Wellness Centre and am i glad that I decided to go. The staff was very nice and directed me to Dr. Bakshi's office. Dr. Bakshi recommended that I get a neck adjustment and I must say that the very next day my neck was feeling much better. I was able to move my neck with much more mobility. During the day I performed the exercises recommended by Dr. Bakshi and the next day i was back to 100%.

I have been seeing Dr. Bakshi from Nirvana Wellness Centre for Chiropractic care and Acupuncture. I went in when I had significant low back pain, so much so that I could barely move and the pain was travelling down my leg. Dr. Bakshi really took the time to assess and find the root cause of my condition, which in my case was nerve related, linked to the arthritis in my disc and joints.

Prior to seeing her, I had gone to my Medical Doctor who suggested that I may need to consider surgery. She had referred me to an Orthopaedic Surgeon who was also very concerned. However, Dr. Bakshi conveyed to try the non-invasive, corrective care first.

I have worked with her and her wonderful team at Nirvana and I am so proud to say that during my recent visit to the Orthopaedic Surgeon, he said that I no longer require surgery! I love to be active and am a woman on the go! What I am most happy about is that I can finally walk, sit and move around without being limited by pain and stiffness!

I strong urge anyone that has been told to consider surgery to please consider wellness care first! You won’t be disappointed!
