Nishan is our awesome realtor who helped us buy our current house in Orangeville, ON. (We signed on 12/19/2020) We were happy to not only work with him, but he got us our house and for the right price! Nishan had all the contacts we needed from start to finish (lawyer and inspector etc). We also had an extremely hard time getting pre-approved, Nishan got us our approval and more then anyone else could even come close! (Banks, and mortgage brokers too! - no co-signing needed either).
