The worst experience in my life. They are not professional at all and they do not know how to serve the customers. Specially if you are going for a date never try to go this place. It is the worst place ever

First they say it’s cash only when there wasn’t even a sign or anything to warn us until we went to pay. The white waitress needs to be checked she is probably profiting personal pocket money and y’all don’t even know. She also demanded that we tip her $20+ when we have NOT seen her for the rest of the night and nobody even served us we had to wave them down. The drinks are also watered down you’re wasting your money if you come here

Great place to chill on a Friday or Saturday night in Vaughan, good prices for food and drinks. Would recommend for anyone

Very bad service here chiken wings was totally without salt.when we asked server for exchange they told as we can add salt by ourselves never gonna come here again

The Indian girl calling herself the manager and the boy with her was so rude they were doing there own Shisha and ignoring the customers. They don’t know how to do customer service. Pls owner of the place needs to take care of that.

Good place to hangout with a group of friends. You will definitely enjoy the sheesha, food, and overall vibe of the place.

Music can be very loud sometimes so it’s hard to converse. You can requests songs by texting the number posted at the front which is pretty cool

Food was alright. Mainly upset about the music. It was strictly Indian music and fobs dancing around. Would prefer music we all enjoy or understand.

Thiswas my forst time visythis place. I was xcited to enjoy the vibe and food as tiktok give hype to this place. I have never been to such an unprofessional place before.from servers to security everyone is unprofessional. We waited for 10 minutes at the dorr and no one came to attend us.they are giving tables on their own priorities.there is no proper waiting list.they were just taking names for formality. Very disappointed.

This place is horrible! Manager was rude and wanted to charge us extra because after having our shisha for only 15 mins, the water had flooded to the top making the coals wet and he wanted to charge us for a new shisha instead of changing the head. He was very disrespectful, we requested songs but they never did it, this place is racist. Food was horrible and drinks have barely any liquor in it.

The vibe is nice on a weekend night. The place is really well designed. You can have some level of privacy in their booths - it is fairly dark with nice coloured lights. The music is pretty good. The staff are nice as well. I would definitely come back.

Your establishment deserves 0 rating. I was there on 1 jan 2023. Poor service. Bad music and awful experience.

If zero stars existed this establishment would earn one. Liars and cowardly based on second time trying to get in they tell us that it's busy and is an hour wait. Put us on a waiting list and not call back. They even let other groups of people in after us. Clearly making decisions rooted in racist. Your club is going to be taken down soon.

Wanted to give the place 4 stars for shisha and the food but the whole experience was spoiled when we were refused warm water.

My friend got the one glass warm water but when me and friends requested few more glasses of warm water after having food, we were refused warm water. Instead we had to buy 3 bottled water.

I hope the customer service is improved in the future.

No greeting in the front. The guy gave a weird look while demanding IDs. Very bad atmosphere. Please go somewhere else. Also, they do not provide you water.

The guy with the turban refused to provide warm water. I was instead asked to purchase cold bottled water. I don't know why warm water is such a luxury when I am spending this much money. I am pretty sure that they would not even acknowledge the problem judging from the vibe of the place.

Extremely loud and server kept getting us the wrong order. We ordered a cocktail and it never came. When we went to the waiter, he said he forgot. Then we ordered beer and they got us the wrong beer as well. Then when we had to pay, they added the cocktail in the bill even if we didn't get it, they had to take a while to remove it from the bill.

Also keep in mind, it's a Chicha bar and there will be smoke everywhere

The music there was beyond loud. It was like a club, not a lounge so nobody could hear to whole a conversation. It took the waiter 20 minutes to come to us and he couldn’t even hear to take our order I had to be pointing at the menu to show what we wanted.

Our food came out we order Honey Garlic chicken wings which wasn’t cooked all the way through and fully loaded nachos and they has some bad taste sauce on it wasn’t good at all we also got spinach dip which was so watery oh and yeh we NEVER got our drinks we ordered!

The shisha and place was good but their price are super high and customer service was really really bad the guy was in cash he was look like owner he have no clue how to talk with customer he gived me 20$ all change and when i asked why change he was very rude to me, he need to learn customer service before he run a business

Visiting here from sacramento: music, food, tv shows etc.such a cool place to visit. They have so many hookah flavors. You should definitely try this place if you are in the area. Staff is so friendly and very good service.

Loved the vibe.this location has amazing hookah flavours and the dj playlist is just right.they don’t have enough food menu options and half of the menu items are not available.

Staff is very friendly and have a professional manner, and the cocktails and appetizers are good.haowever. The shisha is gross and they do not constantly check up on people who got coconut coals, you need to ask them, then gotta wait for them to cook. Also they play mostly Punjabi music, and so loud that you can't even think! I don't think I'll be coming back again. Habibiz in Scarborough is 10000xs better. I drive all the time from south Etobicoke to get shisha there.

I love the atmosphere: music, seating, tv shows, really good food. There are several hookah flavours, the ice pipe was my favourite. I ordered Nitro fries, Nitro nachos and burger with fries and all of the dishes were absolutely delicious! I would love to go back for the food and try some cocktails as well!

The ambience of the place was amazing. I went there for my birthday party and it was worth it. The people there were so friendly and polite that it made my day! We arrived like 20 minutes late for our reservation, but they accommodated us and had us seated instantly. The service was also quick and top notch. I’ll recommend this place to everyone and thanks to the staff for making my day special! Hopefully I’ll be back soon!

Like I cant even imagine a Shisha lounge can be this bad, like seriously!
The music is so loud that the coal on the shisha kept on falling off! And shisha it self is so bad I dont even know how someone would smoke this.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and extreme. Amazing hookah flavours, alcohol and service. The best food ever! Food is very presentable, mouth watering and fresh, totally recommend! Staff members are extremely delightful, knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Only care for money no matter how long you wait they will let people skip and jack up the price. So not worth it. Couldn’t even get in waited almost 2 hours

Omg what a terrible place! Place is ran by some indian kids who clearly have no experience in this business. Please please close down or sell the place. Guys dont waste your money here there are far better places in Vaughan that are more classy then this unit they call a lounge that are worth every dollar!

The staff do not know anything. Waitress has no idea about anything. The chef and shisha guy was not in the place. The girl at the bar was on her phone we waited 20 minutes and left the place. Very unprofessional. Maybe, consider closing the place.

This place is amazing. The hookah flavors are so unique, we enjoyed the hurricane and electric X. The food was really good. We got pizza, nitro fries and the milkshakes. I would 100% recommend this place

Went with a friend and found that it was really nice, staff was nice and the options there were good. I really enjoyed the music selection they had, it was a good experience.
