NIU Toronto - Electric Scooters & Bikes

My son and I visited Niu Toronto on September 29th. Caelan was great from entry to exit and following our visit. My son had done his research and was looking forward to test riding but also purchasing the KQ13 MAX Electric Scooter. Caelan took the time to answer Gabriel's questions, shared some tips, and we really appreciated his time and his candor. Gabriel left the proud owner of the KQ13 Max and-even after leaving, was able to head back and get a hand from Jean Marc who showed Gabriel how to open and fold the scooter correctly. Since then-Caelan has been available to answer any questions my son has had-on the phone, and-as a mum who knows her son saved up for this scooter, that means a lot because it's important to know he is taken care of and that we can trust that scooter will be in good hands when it comes time to service and Caelan made us feel that way. Amazing service! Awesome products and incredibly helpful staff! I ordered my bike and forgot to bring a bag or backpack to take the charger, And Jon helped ought a lot! Check the bikes out really incredible for the price!

One year ownership review!

Had an opportunity to rent a bike with them once, really loved the idea of riding their scooter in downtown Toronto avoiding traffic. Bought one myself later, had it for more than a year now. Very reliable bike, also lots of nice and high quality aftermarket parts. Store staff are really friendly and professional. Love the place and the brand!

It's so great to have a NIU location in Toronto. I pretty much tried every version of the kick scooter, I really enjoy them. Caelan is a solid guy. I bring my scooters to get serviced and tuned up etc. I'm a big fan.

Best customer service and repair was pretty fast. Caelan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend getting scooters from NIU.

My experience at NIU has been nothing short of perfect. They were happy to let me test-drive their scooters multiple times before I made the decision to buy. Caelan is great, and really easy to talk to about any of their products. While waiting for my scooter he gave me a loaner to use while I waited. He's helped me purchase aftermarket upgrades for the scooter, as well as installing them. They're honesty a fantastic NIU dealer and working with them has been great.

I’ve come in twice for some help with my scooter, and the service has been exceptional. The first time Caelan fixed my throttle the day I turned it in, which was very impressive! Second time another really helpful gentleman (did not catch his name) took my scooter in and Caelan fixed it up for me again- thank you to him as I messed up the tire pretty bad beforehand. I recommend NIU products to people just based on how good dealing with service/support is.

Purchased the NIU KQI3 Pro 6month ago and I just love this little scooter. It has a premium build quality to it and its very robust. I use it during winter and in the rain so far no issues. Also, the customer support is fantastic. I broke a part on my scooter so I emailed hello@niucanada and I got an answer within one day with the link to the part I was looking to replace. Jean-Marc at Niu Canada helped me. 10outta10.

I just purchased a scooter (UQi) and it is really amazing. Great comfort, performance and quality. I highly recommend and customer service is fantastic - Caelan is so knowledgeable and helpful.

Got my wife a Kick scooter here. NIU brand is huge in china. Great quality and warranty. Staff was very helpful and no pressure to buy.

I took a tour with the girlfrnd the other day and we went back to rent the electric scooters because they were pretty fun to use.
