This past weekend I made an order to rent dishes and cutlery. I should have know not to rent from here because they don’t show the customer what is being rented. There is no show-room on site, so when your order is ready, you just pickup and trust that everything is in good standing. To my dismay, when I was ready to set the table for my evening there were 3 style of dishes that were dirty and chiped. The worse part is when we opened the cutlery it was absolutely disgusting! It was DIRTY and RUSTY…and it didn’t even match, there were four, yes four different styles of cutlery. The order was supposed to be ready for 10am, but they kept pushing back until it was too late for me to go anyway else. They were unapologetic, had no remorse said that it was my fault if I chose not to used what was given to me. Even refused to give a refund. I’m not willing to use unsanitary cutlery for my guests.
Beware of this company. They are sketchy. Unprofessional.have no customers service. Were misleading.
Please review all the reviews on this page, you’ll see for yourselves how many people were given dirty products. This company purchases “good reviews “ to counter all the negative one. Beware! I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Amazing selection and quality products. The linens We chose for our wedding made for such an elegant presentation on the tables. Customer service was outstanding and they were very accommodating when we were delayed in returning the rentals. Top notch company! Highly recommended.

We rented the tent for a girls night sleepover.it was all decorated for us for a henny that I never got, it was absolutely beautiful, so perfect, would 100% book this again.

Amazing service from NK Entertainment. This summer they have provided inflatables for my hen do, chairs for our wedding and jungle inflatable play zone for our sons 1st Birthday. I would highly recommend for any event. The play zone was a massive hit and a great party addition for younger kids when a bouncy castle can be a bit more challenging.

I was the organizer for a friend's recent party. We TOTALLY regret our decision to rent from NK Entertainment. Hopefully, this serves as a warning to others. Do not rent from this company. It became a very stressful situation dealing with the manager/owner, and they were very rude and unprofessional. Bring your business elsewhere.

We chose them for our event because they had a good website, had lots of equipment, and had "good" reviews. We did not see the bad reviews until it was too late. After this experience with them, I'm not even sure if the "good" reviews are legit.
We had multiple issues with NK:
1. Delivery. - Our agreement was for equipment to be delivered the day before the event. That did not happen. They kept pushing the delivery time, and it was stressful for us as we had planned other details and logistics assuming that equipment had already been delivered by a specific time. We kept following up throughout the day and the delivery was finally completed just 1 hour before the event and we still had to set up everything. When the driver came, he was alone, and we had to help him unload all the equipment from the truck.
2. Tables and Chairs. -The round and rectangular tables were wobbly and tabletops were chipped - different from what you see on the website and from the photos they sent us. A different type of cruiser tables was delivered, not the ones we ordered. We also had to reject 10 padded chairs which were torn, stained, dirty. What you see (on the website) is NOT what you get!
3. Glasses and Utensils. -The glasses were dirty and had smudges. We had to wash and wipe them all. We ordered dessert spoons but instead got dinner spoons and a mix of different sized teaspoons.
4. Service. - Customer service rep Laurence provided fast, efficient service over chat, emails, and phone calls. However, the owner/partner/manager, Matthew NKennor, was very rude and unapologetic when we called several times following up the late delivery. He had complete disregard for customer satisfaction and did nothing to rectify the unsatisfactory service. We had paid for everything 2 days before the event. We definitely did not get what we paid for, and rudeness added to that!

This experience with NK Entertainment was a total disaster. Bring your business elsewhere.

The tent was great and a brilliant experience for the girls. Highly recommend this company and will be using again. All messages were answered quickly and booking was easy. Danielle was very helpful to advise and sort out what I wanted and even answering my messages out with working hours which was really appreciated. Again I just can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you once again folks for making my daughter birthday end on a high.

Fair prices for SURE! Gabriella assisted me in renting chairs and tables WEEKS before my event and was very patient and accommodating to my changes even same day. Super easy to access and contact. Will use again

Customer service is stellar. When ordering my tables and chairs, they took the time to help me make the right choices and were so accommodating. In the end I could not pick up my tables and chairs because of car issues and they were so kind to deliver them to my house even though I did not meet the minimum for delivery. I would definitely use them again. Outstanding and a joy to have a company that really knows what customer service should look like.

Reasonable rate for a last minute rental, friendly customer service! Will definitely return for future rentals! Tent was very sturdy and clean

Friendly, thorough and fair. Went above and beyond. We were in town for an anniversary party and had to make all the arrangements from NK Entertainment. The staff was very helpful, patient with all our changes and accommodating. Chris doesn't sugar coat but honesty is where its at for me. I highly recommend using their services.

I recently used NK Entertainment for my wedding. Their service and products were amazing and we did not receive a single complaint. James and his team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend and definetly be using them again in the future!

NK Entertainment folks were great to work with. They were very professional, quickly set up and the children loved the Candy Floss, Popcorn and Slush. I would give them 10 stars if I could. NK Entertainment was a pleasure to work with! We had planned an outside get together months ago and when it looked like it was going to rain, I called her to see about tent options. She was quick to respond, very professional and a joy to work with. Her team that came to set everything up was on time, professional and did a great job getting the tent put together. The event kept everyone dry and warm and we couldn't have been happier. They came back to take everything down-on-time and super quick. Will hire them again!

We hired NK Entertainment events for our sons first birthday. Our guests had so much fun with the magic selfie mirror and the service was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend NK Entertainment for your special events!

These guys were amazing! Arrived on time, quick set up, excellent communication and very friendly. We had an issue with the sockets in the hall I hired and these guys really to put an effort and supported us every second to make sure they are back up and running. If I was to plan another party i will definatey want NK Entertainment to be part of it again.

Simply put DO NOT RENT FROM NK ENTERTAINMENT. EVER EVER EVER. The only legit reviews here are the ones with 1 star. Look at the clusters of positive reviews, they happen all at once. THEY ARE FAKE. Look at the names FEFE DOBSON (Canadian Celebrity) NINA DOBREV (Canadian Celebrity). This company is a joke. They aggressively post ads on Kijiji so be very careful. MATTHEW NK is the owner and has many failed business ventures. Everything will appear great until they get your money. That’s how they operate. So again, I ECHO THE WORDS OF EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW HERE, DO NOT HIRE ANY SERVICES FROM NK ENTERTAINMENT. EVER EVER EVER. RUN THE OTHER WAY! Call a reputable company like Chairman Mills, Gervais Rentals etc.

Rented tables, chairs and cutlery sets for my 60th party. The equipments are high quality with James fast and prompt reply which is very impressed. Highly recommend

NK Entertainment was very professional and has great products and customer care. The equipment was of a brilliant quality and the service was excellent. Reasonably priced and a wide range to choose from. Would definitely use this service again, we highly recommend!

I won’t be doing business with this company going forward because they lack basic courtesy of working with the customer during these trying times. I should have stayed away after reading their reviews, but serves me right for choosing low prices over quality of service. NK is a ruthless corporation that hides behind contracts and enforces judgement without taking into account any human empathy.

It was very hard to find a company that had the same stages as me. I need more 4 by 8 feet stages that could connect perfectly to mine.
