Great service I am always happy the staff are amazing they will even opened early for me when I was in a hurry totally recommed

The nail technician was not nice and was very aggressive when doing my nails. Just a shellac change and shorten my nail extensions. She was twisting my fingers when she was pulling them, I thought maybe she is just a bit more rough than other nail technician who are gentle. But it didn’t stop - she would signal me to move my hand forcefully and aggressively to the point of pain and uncomfortableness.
I pulled my hand away as she was hurting me - and I told her she was hurting me and being aggressive. I’ve never had my nails done looks this before. I asked her if she was ok or if she was mad or anything for an explanation. Nothing she said some jibberish saying last time it was not enough force pressure. I’ve never been there and would not recommend this place. I was the only customer in there - I think people in area know how they are and I wish I read a review prior to going out of convenience. Don’t go there.

Great place and amazing service. This will definitely be my go to nailsalon moving forward. Kim did an amazing job I haven't had nails done so well in years. Thank you Kim keep up the good work.

Very friendly Vietnamese man (who I assume is the owner) and lovely staff too! Will be coming back here for more pedicures in the future!

I absolutely loved getting my nails done here. Winnie did my nails perfectly and she was such a pleasure to speak with. Due to a longer wait time, they let me use the massage chair, offered water and coffee, and made wonderful conversation. I would love to come back here again. ️

She took her time with them and shaped them perfectly how I wanted them. Really happy with how they came out?

EDIT: I originally gave 5 stars because I was happy with the acrylics I got, BUT on my second visit I asked for removal and it was done unprofessionally, literally ripped off my fingers and she decided to start using a drill AFTER I started to bleed. She was still very nice however the removal process was incredibly poor and unprofessional.
Will not be returning.before edit: First time getting acrylics and had a great experience with Vivian:)

Not trying to be rude or all, but feel like they don’t care to do very good. Their products are not good.messed up nails went there two times and made my nails messed up some how. Not a place i recommend tbh but your choice

I literally do not understand why I paid $50 to have my polish chip the same day. If you are going to call yourself a nail salon, at least get some nail polish thats not dollarama quality.

Very nice, caring, absolutely professional employees. Clean, and cozy place. Never done my nails, but I was going to a wedding, so had no idea about what I'm getting myself into, but I got help every step, what type of nail, and style, color and so on I should have. I took the dress with me, as color reference, and it just came out AMAZING!
I recommend this place!

Ive been getting my nails here for the past two yrs and theyve always been great & the women are so sweet but i understand everyone has their own experiences but mine has always been present & i get really cute nails everytime hehe

Went here for a gel pedicure yesterday. Price was reasonable so I was happy to have found a place so close to campus that I could walk there, and I’ve been here before a few times and had an okay experience. But yesterday, lady who did my pedicure dug so deeply into the side of my nail that I started bleeding. I told her to stop once because it hurt, and she said she was “trying to remove the extra skin” and continued digging into my nail, like.what? ! She stopped when I asked her for the second time but I was nearly in tears. Today I’m literally limping and my toe is incredibly sensitive and red. Will 100% not be returning to this place.
