We've been going here for grooming and daycare for a year now. Our dog has made some great fur-friends and loves his daycare days!

Such a lovely daycare with really sweet workers and an owner that cares about each dog like one of her own. My Walter used to be so hesitant when he first started going and now he excitedly runs in to have fun with his friends.

The staff's dedication to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for dogs is evident in every interaction.

I've been searching for a reliable and trustworthy dog daycare, and I'm so glad I found this spot. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and my dog always has a pawsitively fantastic time.

My bulldog was in need of her nails being clipped! This was our first time coming here and they welcomed my bulldog as a walk-in Most places won’t accommodate walk-ins! The staff there were super friendly and gentle to my dog, they also sell some pretty cool things, I would definitely recommend this doggy daycare and Groomer.

Excellent service and pricing. I had been using a competitor in the Beaches for years. I wasn't happy with the service or the grooming my dog was getting and felt I needed to switch things up. No Bone not only gave me an apt for my dog the very next day, they did an EXCELLENT job! Exactly what i had asked for. Not to mention, I found their grooming prices to be competitive for this area. Make an apt, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received here! Toby (my dog) is super anxious and can be difficult to deal with when it comes to getting groomed, but Sam and Katie made his experience sooooo good! Definitely recommend No Bones About It to everyone. We are so happy with everything

No Bones About It was amazing with my dog. They were very professional and their customer service was excellent. I have a large breed (Irish Wolfhound) so there was a lot of dog to cover and they were so patient with her when she was less than cooperative making sure that my dog had the best experience possible. Very clean and not chaotic. Get your dog groomed there you won’t regret it and their price point is great.

I took some of my pack up to "No bones about it" on Main Street. Aside from the obvious in their address, they are on a Main Street and its so easy to get to. There is parking in back and there is a sign that says where their back entrance is. In spite of the fact that sometimes I can be a bubblehead and I miss stuff like that it is obvious and I missed it anyway. But there is street parking from the city right out front so I pulled my Van up and popped my head in for assistance, and they didn't just give me instructions, they walked me all the way around the back to make sure I was in the right place.

After quickly getting settled they went to work on the teeth of my babies. They let me jabber on and I know that they're busy but they were lovely to converse with and I enjoyed meeting all of them. They were incredibly friendly in spite of the fact that I was taking them away from their work.

I assumed they would be hours before I'd see my little crew again but 2 hours later and I was on my way back to pick up my babies.

I cannot tell you how amazing their teeth looked. The company is called kissable k9 And they regularly attend "No bones about it" doggy day care For teeth cleaning days and I will be a regular.well, not me because they don't do humans but my crew will.

A little while later I casually suggested to the owner Katie that I really love a particular kind of harness and within a few days she ordered them for me. I don't think customer service gets any better than that. Do try them out, you will not be disappointed

We get our dog Toby groomed her and they do a great job everytime. They are very good with the dogs in their daycare and Toby loves interacting with them while he's there

Took my 8 month old chihuahua and French bulldog mix in for grooming today. She smells great, she's happy and I will be bringing willow back for sure!

My little one year old Pomeranian Little Hank is not the easiest around other dogs. But he was treated so incredible by the whole staff. That I cannot express enough how grateful am to have found No Bones About It. As for Natalie. The way she put me & Little Hank at ease even when he was at his worst was beyond words. I cannot say enough great things about her. But I’ll leave you all with this. If it was possible to give a higher rating than 5, it would get it from me! This place deserves it! They love what they do and it shows in how they care for the pups and their parents. Don’t take yer pups anywhere else but here! It would be a mistake. Thank you again Natalie for everything! We will be seeing you in the new year!

I took my pup there today and Natalie was brilliant. She's got a great demeanour and is so pleasant. He came home happy & not one bit stressed (he is ALWAYS stressed coming home from being groomed) They even put a cute bow on him! Katie was super prompt with responses and it was easy and efficient. Will definitely be returning.

I've had 3 wonderful experiences with No Bones About it. Katie always gets back to me promptly and accommodates my schedule. Natalie has groomed my Westie Ceilidh the last 2 times and she (Ceilidh) always looks fabulous and they adore each other. Ceilidh LOVES going there. She literally pulls me right up to the door. Prices are very good for this neighbourhood. I highly recommend them!

Took our 14 year old Shepard to No Bones About it today for the first time! At his age, he is not fond of going the vet and the groomers! His undercoat was coming out by the handful. They did an absolute amazing job! They asked lots of questions about him and what we wanted done! Thank you very much ladies for such a great experience. Highly recommended!

We take our terrier mix here to be groomed and they always do a great job! Natalie did a wonderful job, and I know our dog Izzy was in great hands. She looks just like a puppy again, too cute

I am sad to say I had a poor first experience with No Bones About It. Heard so many great things and I wish it went well. Our puppy is four months old, we came here for his second grooming session. He had a great time at the business where he got his first cut, but they were all booked up.

Anyway, starting from the drop-off, the experience was not good. The people at the facility had no clue about our booking and gave us a blank stare when we mentioned our pup's name. They did not know we had both daycare and grooming booked, we had to mention it. Daycare facility looks clean though, although a bit small for the number of dogs we saw.

15 minutes before the pick up time, I get a message from the owner that our pup was "being difficult" and they had two groomers working on him. Now, I completely understand that a 4 month old hyperactive pup can be difficult to deal with. But the manner in which we were communicated with was almost accusatory, as if they are doing us a favor by grooming him. When I eventually went to pick him up, all five of the employees started complaining about how difficult he was, and warning us that "he will be a big boy" and we better "train him well". Again, very accusatory, not professional at all. They even went the length of blaming his scared demeanor on the other business where he had his first haircut, without knowing anything about them.

The haircut itself was not good, visible clipper burns on his underside, and he has been whining while scratching at some parts of his body, likely from clipper burns. Hair length around the torso is very uneven, some facial hair was left untouched due to him being fidgety. We were charged extra for the extended time it required to groom him, which in itself would have been fine if the grooming job was okay.

Overall, a poor experience. I am not sure if the groomers here are capable of dealing with puppies, adult dogs could be fine. There are many other options around this area. I can't recommend them.

Our puppy, Pepper, has been struggling with separation anxiety for months and when we first started taking him to No Bones About It for daycare he had a hard time settling in. Katie and her staff we so patient with him and worked closely with us to make sure that Pepper was safe and comfortable and now we’ve been bringing him 5 days a week for almost a month and he has made such amazing progress thanks to Katie and her team! He went from being scared to walk in the door to pulling on his leash because he just can’t wait to get inside to see all his friends! It’s been such a great experience so far and we highly recommend No Bones daycare service. It’s been such a relief to know that he’s safe and happy and having fun while he’s at daycare!

Katie was excellent! Got appointment for the following week which I was very happy about. Amanda did a awesome job grooming my fur baby as sometimes he can be difficult to groom but he liked her and he was happy

LUV this place. My dog has been going to daycare and gets his grooming done here for almost 5 years. They are very caring and luving with our pets.

Great grooming. Lots of dogs at the doggie daycare and my dog was intimidated so we came in through the back.

Great place to take your dog to play for the day. Also very convenient to get groomed during the day. Yukari does great cuts for my Dexter!

It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone at this business. I tried to book a grooming in for my two dogs earlier today and tried to call numerous times with no response or even a call back. Kate Bones (the owner) told me she has been "extremely busy" when all I needed was a quick response back that she would get back to me in regards to booking a grooming in for a future date versus just ignoring all my messages and calls. She also said that she was responding to me on her day off - however this is YOUR business.it should not bother you if a customer is asking you about a grooming on your day off. If you really did care about your customers, this wouldn't have been a problem. I have screen shots of our messages as well.

I also had some personal emergencies in the past that forced me to unfortunately either cancel my appointments with her or re schedule. Instead of providing good customer service, she made me feel horrible about canceling or re scheduling any of the past grooming appointments. She also mentioned that she has "red flagged us" because of this. There was no mention of a cancellation policy when booking a grooming with her initially.

Needless to say, I have only taken my dogs to her twice. I have never heard of a small business turning down customers.

This grooming salon seems to be interested more in volume versus actual quality.

I don't recommend this business to other dog owners. Please go elsewhere!

Awesome place. We use it for grooming but our dog gets to stay the day as well. Great cuts and they always sent him home with a cute bandana.
