I can’t express enough how much we love NAC. I am an over protective parent, and the staff have done an excellent job with communicating, and providing a safe, warm, fun atmosphere for my daughter. My daughter loves the staff, and she feels at home there. Everyone is extremely friendly and genuinely cares about the children! It is comforting that majority of all staff, know the kids in other classrooms too! I love when a staff who I am not familiar with, directly engages and says hi to my child by her name. Such a great community. The staff members take time to create sensory bins, and other activities for the children to explore. My favourite is when the kids made bird feeders and watched the birds eat during outdoor time. The Bloomz app is highly efficient for us to stay connected by messages and photos of our children’s development. Nothing is more rewarding, then knowing your child is excelling and engaging at daycare! If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

I could not recommend Noah’s Ark Childcare more for your child. All teachers and support workers have treated my son like their own. The facilities are clean, organized and engaging. The activities are thoughtful and exciting. Everyone has made an amazing impact on my sons development in all aspects and he came home daily with a smile on his face and stories to share. Everyone at NAC has embraced my sons differences, and supported him on all levels (like rubbing his back to sleep, remembering important details about his interests or family life, and even encouraging potty training.) 100/10. We will miss each and every one of you!

Noah's Ark is a good place for your child to grow and learn. As of this review in 2022 they use the "bloomz" app to communicate with parents and they communicate well. When I have had questions about my daughter's care, both her teachers and the administrative body have been excellent in their responses - 5 stars there. Kids are engaged, lively, and encouraged to form bonds and grow with each other. Social development of my daughter and the feedback via yearly checklists have been helpful, appreciated, and they answer questions and concerns honestly and clearly. The food for the kids is ok and they share the seasonal new menus, but they can't do anything to modify it if your child has a special diet (accepting allergies and intolerances of course). This makes sense considering how many students/toddlers there are, but other care centres have the ability to do more. Their play-area is my biggest concern as they have done the best they can with a slab of pavement. As an outdoor educator and someone who understands the importance of kids getting daily doses of and engaging with the outdoors, this is a major challenge for me personally to accept, although I realize it isn't such a concern for other parents. They do have tomato plants and a sandbox but - it's what it is. 1 Star. However, they also support low-income families and work with us to get child care and support. Administration has been wonderful and clear about my options and what I can do as a single-dad to get help and work with them to get care for my daughter. 5 stars for that. Recommended.

We would have given this place 6 stars if we could. Our little boy has been going there for a year now (he is just over 2) and the care and thought that goes into his day spent at Noah’s Ark is amazing. He adores all of the caregivers and can’t wait to get to there in the morning!

We have nothing but good things to say about the care that Noah's Ark has provided for our two boys.
