I ordered a 1/2 sheet of teak and holly plywood with a specific cut for repairing a cabin sole. The item was delivered exactly as specified by standard shipping, which saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company

Called at 9am and spoke to a kind of grumpy gentleman. After explaining my project and lack of fiberglass experience. I was told to send pics in an email and the gentleman would put together a product and tool list for me by the afternoon. Didn't hear anything, so I called before they closed, left message. Called the next day, no answer. Left message again. If your project is on a tight deadline Noahs Marine is probably not for you.

Fast. Knowledgeable. All around great people at Noahs Marine! Great products at very fair prices!

I have been purchasing my supplies from Noah's Marine Supplies for many years. Their products are exceptional, their service excellent and their technical advice superb. They are friendly and helpful. If I am doing something 'leading edge' they will help as best they can but will be up front if they can't answer all my questions.

If you are a builder of canoes or kayaks or other specialty boats, then Noah's is your place. I don't even look elsewhere anymore, they have it all, when I'm not sure they are. Love doing business with them.

I recently bought a litre of gelcoat from our local supplier which, after I applied it, remained tacky. I asked our supplier for assistance and after getting no response I called Noah's. Within 10 minutes Jason confirmed that it was possible that, although labelled as waxed, could possibly have been unwaxed due to a packaging error. Within 2 days I had a new bottle of waxed gelcoat sitting at my door at absolutely no cost. Fantastic service, next time I will pay the courier charges or drive the 3 hrs to purchase from Noahs.

The best marine products, good advice and personable service. Prices in line with everywhere. Looking forward to getting my 80 year old double-ended rowboat back on the water.

Product arrived weeks late after paying for 1 day shipping. Assumed product was lost in the mail and when I contacted Noah’s they accused me of purposely choosing USPS to defraud them of product. Was told that they’d refund for the lost shipment. That never happened. Tried ordering a replacement, but that ended up shipping late as well. Terrible business experience. Worst customer service.

Response to Noah’s reply:
“What are you gonna do with this stuff if you actually get it? Are you going to use it? ! ”
And…
“You chose USPS when there were other options. ”
I contacted USPS on the 24th to track down the package which was sent one day priority after it was already 4 days late. I did not hear back from USPS until September 4th. I contacted you and requested that you file an insured loss. You replied:
“Let’s give it until the end of the week. ”
I did. In fact, I gave it until the beginning of the following week. I called again on the 25th to get the situation resolved to which I was told:
“We’ll have our shipping department contact you. ”
That never happened. You get a one star review because you placed blame on the customer and because you failed to follow up on your own words (aka you lied). You get a one star review because I needed the product quickly and when there was a clear issue with delivery you sat on it and lied to me. There is also a week’s lag time between when you ship the package in Canada before it arrives with the carrier in the USA. When I ordered a replacement to be shipped Fedex on August 26th, it was not shipped until the following week on September 2nd.

At the very least, considering I paid for 1 day priority shipping, you should refund me the shipping cost after it took the product 3 weeks to arrive. The fact that you are here trying to excuse yourself instead of trying to rectify the mishap - one star review.

Working on a 23' Thundercraft, ordered online after setting up an account. Received an email that an item I ordered was out of stock but they suggested an alternative, order was shipped very quickly and was received the next day. Will definitely shop with Noah's Marine again! Thanks

I've been building and repairing boats for more than 20 years with Noah's. Top-drawer product lineup, competitive prices, solid advice from knowledgeable staff, fastest turnaround in the business and quick to readjust orders. Forget the U. S.guys. This is a Canadian diamond.

My wife and I have long wanted to restore a cedar canoe that's been in her family for 50 years, a genuine heirloom. And since it seemed a perfect project for a quarantine, we were keen to find someone who could supply both materials and good advice, since it's been almost 30 years since I took a course in cedar strip construction in Minnesota:). After some difficulty finding local suppliers, we stumbled onto Noah's web site. Not only was it a comprehensive resources at reasonable prices, we were even more thrilled when we spoke by phone. Helpful, informative, and a rather dry sense of humour; they were all you could ask for in a marine supply store. A few days later, a truckload of supplies arrived as promised, and we're having a grand time restoring our canoe. I can't say enough positive things about our experience, and I would definitely shop there again.

Superb experience dealing with everyone at Noah’s. It’s so helpful to have staff that are knowledgeable about the end products they sell. I would be willing to wager that the vast majority of staff are even users of the end products sold. The prices are extremely competitive and stock is plentiful. They found a more competitive shipping method for my order and saved me $$. Hopeful I can head out east to Toronto one day to visit the store in person.

Ordered Sunday afternoon and got it Tuesday morning! Very well packaged and extremely fast shipping! Very happy with the products too!
