Staff started swearing because they had customers walking in before the weekend. “F sakes everyone has to come in before the weekend” were his words.
Woman at front desk kept looking over to a man for replies to every answer I asked. Completely ignorant and poor customer service. I have has 0 help from this company.

One of best locations to buy the plumbing stuff, Shawn Kraft helped me out, I went there to buy some commercial stuff, he has a lot of knowledge about plumbing parts and is very fast taking the order, the best guy in this location,

The only reason I'm coming to this location it is because of Shawns customer service and knowledge of material and his help everytime is fantastic and that's why he gets 5 stars

Worst noble location. The workers don't know what the most basic parts are, they always make me wait for 30 minutes to take and give my order when it's never busy in there. The workers are always just talking to each other and have no respect for anyone's time. Never answering the phone for orders. They need to fire everyone in there and hire some qualified people.

I thought the price of 1 1/2 x 12' abs drain pipe I bought from them was cheap, when I got home and found out Home depot's price is much cheaper. Only small parts are cheaper

The customer service at this specific branch is always top notch. I had an issue with another branch and went to concord for a solution. Sean (spelling?) specifically showed was customer service should be and had me taken care of. I will definitely return any time I need any plumbing / hvac supply in the future.

Terrible customer service and wait times, order desks attendants literally just sit there doing nothing and won’t serve clients

Called them Friday evening placed my order got there after 30 minute other was not ready, after 1 hour got the order two item was wrong he went back took him 15 more minute to get the correct fitting.

They are pretty slow! When you order something in advance and you are expected to pick it up once you get there, it takes forever to get your order.

For the prices they charge service should be exceptional but the service is worst ever! Never improved in service. Always understaffed.

Great service even on the day they were closed. Also saw great service for others in the store. Got what I needed and out the door.

Been going to Noble for 6 years now, and out of all the employees Eddy Khuai has never let us down. I just wanted to acknowledge his hard work and efforts to make sure we have all our orders picked right and ready during these troubled times. His product knowledge and experience cannot be unnoticed thank you noble for having great employees such as him

Just wanted to take the time and acknowledge the hard work and top level of customer service Eddy Khuai has been providing for years. He is very friendly professional and always gets you what you need in a timely manner.

Whenever I stop at the Jane location i make sure i deal with Eddy, he has good knowledge and he is reliable. As a plumber i deal with many customers every day, and having a guy like Eddy makes my life easy.

Terrible service, terrible product knowledge and even worse prices. Jane location is ruining it for all the other locations!

Noble is our go to supplier for our gas fittings. For over a decade they have been fulfilling our orders and are generally well stocked. Counter staff at Head Office, Jane St.are EXCEPTIONAL! Sean and Jake on the night crew, Ian, Mike and Jared on the days, Ryan, Aaron and Matteo always ensure it is a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work guys!

Not a huge fan of the Jane street branch, but they have the larger diameter pipe I needed in stock. I find that my order is more likely to be messed up at that branch as compared to the Etobicoke Kipling branch I frequent.

Noble has the parts you need. Went in today at the main place at Jane. The guy behind the counter was angry and disrespectful. I just. Ought what I wanted on a credit card because he did not want to look up the company name, was dismissive.

Not sure why. I walked in with a paper with the part number and everything.

Mechanical contractors, Plumbers, HVAC, Gas fitters, Refrigeration, this is where the pro's goes.

Forsure many of the reviews are fabricated on here. The staff is stuck up and rude. They don't believe in answering phone calls for some odd reason. They want you to drive to their location to deal with anything. Sub-par service here and definitely more over priced than the majority of other stores selling similar products.

We were served by Ryan who went beyond the call of duty to help us resolve issues we had with a 40 year old faucet. He took the time to figure out the various problems with it which required him to take it apart, which was not an easy task due to the fact that all the parts on it were seized up. We are not used to such amazing, excellent customer service. The faucet issues are resolved. We walked into the store with anxiety and came out feeling grateful that there are such good people. Ryan is an amazing employee!

Stopped just couple of minutes before closing, got quick help identifying part I needed for leaking shower. Some Moen parts are still free replacement. Thanks Ryan you've been a great help!

This is nobles head office not regular branch, they carry alot of stuff but expect to wait, if you dont wish to wait there is a branch 2 mins up the road.
Trade accounts take priority so if you get skipped over in line sorry but it's there policy. I work for a mechanical contractor and we buy from noble alot but you have to understand the shear volume of goods that go through the warehouse.

With so many locations l, this is the only one that carries anything, line ups out the door, slow service.

Our hot water tank power vent unit broke down on the Thanksgiving long weekend. With no hot water, Shawn truly saved the day. He secured me the part and was so helpful throughout. He truly went above and beyond. Great job!

Supposedly 24/7! Drove here all the way from mississauga on sunday afternoon only to be told by the guy on the desk that they are not open to the public and I have to call before I come. Not impressed, I think it would be common courtesy to atleast mention it on your website to call ahead.

Made me wait an hour just to tell me they don't have my part. Their front desk guy Michael kept assisting people who weren't even waiting in line either. Not professional at all. Will never be back

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable! Great prices to boot! Highly recommend Noble for plumbing needs. The location I went to was also open 24 hours for your convenience.

Hate this noble branch
It was not very busy but it took 1hr for me to even get to the counter. When at the counter was greeted with " what you want "
Never liked this location always slow and only the black and Asian guys are knowable and are friendly the rest are idiots and can't get you anything unless you have a part number or they are to lazy to look up the model # that I gave them. I avoid this branch as much as posible.

I couldn’t give a lower score.
If you want to pay a different price everyday depending on the mood of the person helping you for the same item then this is the place to go. Absolutely the worst.
