I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately the food is very mediocre. The best dishes I had were the Octopus and the Beet Salad. The rest of the dishes can definitely be improved on a flavor level. With that being said, the service was great, just a bit slow. It gets busy in here so I highly recommend you have reservations.

We ordered food for delivery and while the food was really good the portions were tiny - not worth the money.

Wish there was more stars for rating. Celebrating an aunts 80th birthday.surprise. Over 30 people. 2 very well versed waiters and a few busters. For an intimate crowded area they flowed seamlessly with great patience when tested. Everything was timed well no lulls between drinks, food, with out being rushed. Highly recommend this gem in an eclectic neighborhood. Thanks again to all the staff on an already busy Saturday

We did takeout and it was bad: (I hate to say it cause I was excited and expecting it to be good. The pizza and arrancini were cold and the octopus was so over-cooked and tough. Only the Ragu was hot/fresh but it tasted like a can of chef Boyardee. Really disappointing for this area especially since Ferro is less expensive. Felt like a waste of money. Maybe the dining experience is better

Honestly was pretty disappointed. Service was mediocre and the food was not amazing. I got the gnocchi as it was a recommendation from our server, this dish was way too salty and lacked any good flavour. We also ordered a pizza - the Oltraggioso, it lacked overall taste.

This restaurant uses cheesy tactics to get you to tip AT LEAST 18%. The waiter handed me the machine and proceeded to stand over me looking down as I’m paying… the machine had 18,20, and 25% tip options and you had to press a little button which I tried to leave a custom tip (15%). The food is good but this made the whole dinner sour. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle of the situation, don’t stand over me pressuring me into tipping higher than what I intended to.

The restaurant has a good ambiance. The food is okey, nothing extraordinary. The octopus was delicious. The ñoquis was recommended nevertheless it was disappointing, they were not as fresh and tasty as I expected them. Raviolis were nice, again, nothing remarkable.

Probably the best pizza I’ve had in Toronto (get the one with burrata). Great service and beautiful ambience. Will return.

Nodo HillCrest is the best of the best! Family and Friends a had our Wedding Dinner at Nodo.

Originally we inquired with 5 restaurants in total. Nodo is the only restaurant who emailed in a timely manner. Went over menu options properly. Was around for phone calls and was professional when we arrived from start to finish. Excellent food. Great drink selections. Was able to arrive 4 hours prior to drop off the wedding cake. Had a good table to accommodate everyone. They all made sure that the night was special and started and ended right and we couldn't be happier with the service and generosity.

Highly recommend. No matter what the occasion is or if your just looking for great food. Nice atmosphere and fantastic service.

We had a reasonably nice experience overall, but there was a service mixup on my grandson's pizza when they brought him a mushroom and onion pizza instead of mushroom and olives, but they fixed the order fairly quickly. My gorgonzola and pear and walnut pizza tasted quite nice but there was very little gorgonzola on it, to my disappointment.

We were very dissatisfied with the pizzas we picked up from this restaurant. We were charged 83.00 for 4 pizzas that had next to no cheese or toppings on them. Complete rip off.

I tried the pappardelle duck ragu, very tasty and good portion. Kids got bolognese pasta and they love it. A little pricey but totally worth it.

The atmosphere is very nice, and their knocchi was actually very good. Arancini was below expectation. We sat in the back terrace, and had to wait a long time to order and get our food. In the mean time, we were given free chiabata which I could barely eat because it was so cold and hard. But I understood everything as it's a busy restaurant. However, one thing annoyed me the most was so many giant flies flying around the tables that made me doubt about the sanitary conditions of this restaurant. Right after we came back home, we both had stomahache somehow. I don't want to think it was because of their food, and just hope they take care about the sanitary more.

This cosy atmosphere Italian restaurant is filled with good quality food. I love their pizza & pasta! Especially the lamb stew! Will come back for sure.

Best Orecchiette and Arancini i have ever had- including Italy. Nodo is by far one of the best restaurants on St. Clair, and their other locations are also 10/10- unbelievably consistent. Staff, ambiance, food is all on another level, i always feel like family when I eat here. They also have a beautiful patio in the back, i can not recommend these beauticians enough.

The place is beautiful, my cheese pizza was delicious, but my husbands carbonara pasta wasn’t tasty at all and still hard.

The arancini and carpaccio were yummy.

I had the gluten free pasta with tomato sauce and I’m still dreaming of it! It was so delicious and the I loved the decor of the place! The place was a vice and the service was on point

Brushcetta pizza.not good.all they did is put tomatoes on top of cheese.it suppose to be mixed with olive oil.garlic.parm.cheese.basil.than the duck rague.tasted like it came out of a can.athmosphere soso.service good

Very underwhelming. To begin with, if you are seeking flavour and a true Italian experience I would recommend another place. The food tasted like it came frozen and they heated it up in the kitchen. I have had better pizza at fast food

We celebrated my husband's 60 th birthday dinner party this weekend. Fristly; thank you to Jason and Julia our servers who both were so accommodating and attentive. Thank you to the manager Tony the food and service were terrific! Our family.still talking about it! Great night!

I had called this restaurant to inquire about vegan options as my family wanted to try this restaurant. When I called, a guy said they were too "busy" to accommodate vegans and recommended I try a vegan restaurant.

PS. You don't need to go to an all-vegan restaurant to have a vegan meal. The guy wasn't even interested in offering a salad lol. So if you're looking for a place to accommodate needs or dietary restrictions, they may just be too "busy" to assist you.

Great food, the pizza with Artichokes and Arugula and the rigatoni pasta with Zuchinni were our favorite. The music was a bit loud for us. The service was great, the olive oil for the dip tasted very authentic. Our server was very friendly.

I was there tonight with my family celebrating my uncle's 60th birthday. The food and service were terrific:) shoutout to our servers Jason and Julia who were both attentive and charming. Great night!

Beef carpaccio was flavourless. Carbonara Pasta was too sticky & salty. Giving it 2 stars for the eclectic decor and friendly waitstaff.the kitchen needs to rework their recipes for better food. Front of house staff are professional & welcoming.

So many menu options! If you are an Italian lover - this is a great spot. Both white and red pizzas so whatever you are feeling there is something for you. Dough is not too thick or too thin.

We have a party of 12 people. Very nice pizza and pasta. Service is good. Definitely will come again and enjoy the lunch at this restaurant.

This spot provides superb service as well as tasty menu. One of the best restaurant in the city. The meals arrived rapidly and the rates were fair. I recommend this place.

Stumbled upon this restaurant for brunch. It is an italian restaurant. I visited this restaurant for late brunch at approx. 1: 30 pm and there were no customers but myself and a friend. The restaurant had a rustic look with a few wooden chairs, a mirror wall and windows providing natural light. The menu was small (front and back) and did not provide many options for brunch. Brunch is only available on Sundays from 10-3 pm. The menu was written in Italian with an English translation below it. I ordered the Caramel Brioche French toast and my friend ordered a Pizzetta L' Americana. We requested no runny eggs and no sausage on the pizza. The pizza could've been more flavorful but overall the food was delicious. After we finished, the waiter came by and it seemed like he was rushing us to leave the restaurant which was unpleasant. If you are looking to try something different then I would recommend this restaurant.

Tall skinny Glass half filled with ice maybe a quarter of a can of pop/coke you’re getting $2.30 per serving it left such a bad taste in my mouth I felt ripped off really think about it your customers are paying $23 for a plate of pasta and you can’t provide them a full can or a decent portion of your fountain drink really really cheap and I’ve never seen anything like it in all of my travels so for that is why I’m leaving a three star

The perfect space for a private event! My fiance and I held our engagement party here and it was fantastic. Restaurant is already beautiful so you need minimal decor. Everyone loved the food & wine and the staff made it so easy for us while planning. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is cozy. Nodo has a quite spacious dining area, with European decorations and warm service.

Reasonable price. Mussels (in tomato sauce) were very delicious. Good pizza with medium to thin crust.

Enjoyed eating here. I'm a little picky when it comes to Italian food, and this place got almost everything right. We happen to be there during a busy period and service was a little on the slow side, but understandable given the circumstances.

Ordered for delivery on Uber eats the rigatoni Trinacra and cannolli. The pasta was described as coming with ricotta Salata and had none. The Rocotta used in the cannolli was sour and acidic, as though it was bad. Not at all sweet. Expected much better from a supposedly Italian restaurant

One of the best places for Italian in the city. Always fresh, always delicious and service is on point. A must try! If you do, get the gnocchi. You won’t regret it!

Great food. Went there with my hub and my son on NYE. Restaurant was packed. Got seated pretty quick. Got a pizza right away, then ordered the rest of the food. Service and the bottle of wine came pretty slow. But after that service was picking up. Food were great. Will come back.

They offer a vast range of delicious food. I love eating here. The employees are always very welcoming, pricing is fair and the spot is always neat.

I went there for a birthday dinner, so we order different dishes and I can tell that every pasta is tasty because I tested many of them. Pizzas are also good but the very best are the desserts. All if them are so delicious, especially the warm chocolate cake with ice cream.

Delicious. Im craving this pizza ever since i left. Cool vibe. Excellent and enthusiastic service. Pasta is epic to. Nothing not to love except they dont take bookings. But its worth the wait. I understand why my gf loves this place so much and why i love her so much. Because she brings me to places like this

I had the Carbonara with Pancetta in it. The server told me that it was Salty.and it was.but I dont understand why it had to be THAT salty.why not just make it less salty and balanced so that it is more palate pleasing and balanced.the texture of the pasta was good and the richness was nice but just too dam salty. The Barrata was lovely and the bread was really nice.will I be back.not sure.there are Soooo many Italian resto out there to try.also our server was soo nice and knowledgeable.

Food is delicious. Lights are too dim, can't see the food or how much drink is left in your glass. Even when you asked them for more lights, it was slight lighter.

Not only was the food fantastic, but the setup of the back patio was amazing! My only complaint was that the table we were seated at, was directly under a large TV and the glow from the screen was very distracting.

Always delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had 4 kids under 5 and we were loud but the owner and staff were awesome. This is a place we will visit time and time again!
