There was no flavour at all in the beef noodle soup, pork belly rice plate, pan fried pork dumplings and steamed pork and chive dumplngs.

If you have a craving for dim sum this is the place to go. Noodle and dumpling is easily the best dim sum in Hamilton. I ordered some pork buns and they made them right there in front of me by hand. Such a good spot!

The noodles soup and dumplings are delicious beyond words! This place is very authentic, a hidden gem of Hamilton. The service is super friendly. Can’t wait to return back.

This is the place you can taste real hand-made and delicious northern Chinese noodle. Best among all three Chinese noodle shop in Hamilton I have tried.

The service attitude is too bad. I just want to order food, but the waiter's attitude is very tough and swears. When I first entered the restaurant, I just wanted a few tissues, but the clerk said what kind of tissues do I want if I don't eat. A store that will never go back again. Lightning! Lightning protection!

The fried pork dumplings, fried pork and chive dumplings, and beef dumplings are amazing. Especially the beef dumplings omg. So juicy you'd think they were soup dumplings.

Also got the spicy tofu, brisket noodles, and braised brisket on steamed rice. All were so so good. The tofu was so flavorful and saucy. They were my husband's favourite out of everything we ordered. The brisket noodles were in a clear broth, mild spice, but still flavorful and the brisket was thinly sliced, lean, and tender. The braised brisket on rice was marinated well and tasted amazing. Wish we got to try the braised pork, but they were sold out.

All this plus two drinks equaled to $63. Very good for the amount we got.

The owner is always smiling and very friendly. They do take credit and debit.

FYI, the owner tends to skip past the "tip" option on the machine, so keep an eye out for that lol! If so, we tip in cash.

Good soup at a low price. The people who work here are really nice. The kimchi is delicious. Dumplings are homemade and cooked to order.

As per reviews I read, I went there specifically for Dan Dan Noodles. Although it was good, it seemed rather bland even after I requested it to be medium-spicy - it wasn't spicy at all. I'll give Noodle And Dumpling another go only this time, I'll request more spice.

This was a very small place with maybe the one staff member (owner). Food and price was average but he seemed to be making an honest living so I will recommend because of that. We got the noodles and rice but prefer the noodles over the rice.

Delicious dumplings - best we have had in Hamilton! We had the crispy pork dumpling and the crispy beef dumpling - both were delicious (we thought the pork one was ridiculously amazing). We also tired the chicken wonton soup (very good) and the beef noodle soup which was nice. The dumplings were definitely the stars. We will get takeout again for sure. The chef owner is also very friendly.
