Noodlebox Waterloo - Corporate Campus

I am not sure what happened! All the reviews read great which is why I went to try this! My Thai style chowmein box had no flavours though! Very distasteful, and dry! Could even eat it all, and I don’t really think it’s because of the portion size.
Ordered through Uber eats! Got a notification that order was ready for pickup, when u got there though, they said to wait. Waited for 10 mins still didn’t get order, when asked, they did not even start to prepare but marked ready for Uber eats ratings satisfaction. They offered free bottle of water though and apologised! Asked the guy to add lemon, they forgot!

Took it home and fixed it with some honey chilli, lemon, some peanut sauce! Finally something that would help the soul.

I ordered a takeout. Rated 4-star for the atmosphere though which seemed nice.

Another visit? Meh! Maybe!

The amount of amazing options is mind blowing. Slowly making my way through the menu. Spicy peanut box is my absolute favourite.

Although mostly takeout, I enjoy the quiet atmosphere inside. Food is good and individually prepared. My wife and daughter particularly likes they put lots fresh vegetables regardless of the dish you order.

Very tasty food and great service. They made great food recommendations and we enjoyed our meals!

This is my third visit and third different dish! Haven’t been disappointed yet! I like the option of picking how spicy you want your meal. I definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t. The price point is very good as well.

First time trying out Noodlebox and won't be the last! Food was fast, hot and fresh. Service was also very friendly.

Fresh food with veggies! They had a temporary special when you use their app but didn't mention it to us. Bit strange since it was for new users and we were first time customers (we already paid when we noticed). Otherwise food was very nice and came served in proper ceramic bowls.

My previous visits were good.however on my latest visit I ordered Thai style chow mein, it was rather salty so much so it was almost inedible. I ended up throwing it away.

One word" terrible " worse food i ever had, it was company lunch so thank god i didnt pay.had the gluten free curry mild.was so hot my mouth was on fire for 3 hrs.food had no taste, i ended up only eating a quarter of the food.threw the rest out.i would never eat that again.

I ordered 2 crispy chicken Shanghai boxes today, and I currently have dietary restrictions so I made a few alterations to my food. E.g I requested no canola oil or sesame oil. When I received the box, i could smell the sesame oil and my food looked like there was oil used. So I called to confirm the information. While I was on the phone, the employees in the back says “what kind of useless questions shes asking for.what does she want”. I literally have never felt so disrespected. I take care of my diet and my body and just because food macros are not a priority for them, doesn’t mean it’s not important for another person. The staff at Noodlebox is extremely disrespectful. They may pretend to be friendly but the place has judgement and negativity. If they impose themselves as a healthy place to eat, they should be aware that the type of customers that order from there may be health conscious and keep these comments away from the place.

Was in Kitchener on family outing, coming all the way from Brampton. Decided that we were going to get some food for our travel back. Decided to find a Noodlebox after having an amazing experience at the Barrie location. The family raved about the food they had from Noodlebox in Barrie.

Now, after having pleasantries and greeting the host at the Waterloo Campus location, the very first thing I asked is "does the food outside of the one marked peanut and cashew be made without nuts? " I was assured it can be. I made it clear, please DO NOT add any peanuts to any of the dishes. My daughter has a peanut allergy!

I proceeded to order 6 dishes non of which, had a title with Peanut or Cashew in the title. I also ordered 6 bottle drinks.
The dishes had varying heat requirements.

Now the debacle, out of the 6 dishes only one of the dishes was absent of peanuts. Really? What the @#$$? The menu was in english. I asked questions. Stated up front what I wanted and my expectations. How is it that you can't get the simplest of requirements right. This is the corporate location?

Then, I don't know if the cook lost the cover to the salt bottle in the previous dishes that were made and sold, but the food was like eating brine!

I really do my best to introduce fine eateries to my family and when they are happy, I'm happy. They were happy with the Barrie location but totally, were NOT happy with this experience. All the way back to Brampton, I heard their displeasure with food.

While, I will not back to this location, it goes without much more of a hint, something needs to be fixed. Please fix it or your run in jeopardy of being sidelined like many other establishments who don't take heed of their customers feedback.

Noodlebox is our goto for noodle cravings. Every box we have tried is SO delicious. Their burmese naan appetizer is a must try, lip smacking delicious. Cherry on top is the excellent customer service. We always have a great time at Noodle box and have recommended this to so many of our friends and family.

I visited noodlebox Waterloo location and my experience was not good. First thing. First, they have wrong description of their dishes. I showed them a photo from their own menu and they don’t have anything like that and they served me a small bowl for $17. I wish I have visited Bar burrito instead.

The food was horrible. I ordered a pad Thai box and drunken noodles to go, and I’ve never had such a bad experience with Pad Thai. It was too gingery, too coconutty for Pad Thai, it was just not good at all in general. I’ve had a million pad Thais in my life, including pad Thais in Thailand, and this is not great. Neither was the drunken noodles, wrong noodles since we ordered the ribbon noodles and got something else, flavor was okay I guess. Anyways, not worth the price.

Man, their food is SO good.i got the spicy peanut dish with tofu and it came out quick, fast, and delicious.it’s a huge serving and the flavour is so yummy i couldn’t not write a review.the service team is very friendly too! They took special care to make sure i was not given any ingredients against my dietary needs.
