Nice location and service, but absolutely terrible product.

Artificial flavouring and low quality bubble tea pearls. Very disappointed, considering there are bubble tea shops in Waterloo that offer a much superior product. Emphasis should be placed on improving ingredient quality and offering natural flavouring if you intend to stand out and have a successful business.

Pricing is very cheap compared to others spots in the city. Had the mango green tea with tapioca, very comparable to chatime or coco. Will have to try their milk tea next time!

Always come back for their honey milk green tea And mango slush. Soo good would definitely recommend

I am astounded by their small creative ideas like the way they package their drinks, if I need a straw or bit need it it's my choice as they have both the options. Then they seal the carry bag with two drinks in such a way that nothing will spill. The bag has a section for each drink. I love these kind of service where they have thought of customers in details. Good job guys

Just amazing, I went there for the first time and I cannot resist the taste it’s very delicious I’ll definitely suggest visiting.
Made with real fruit chunks and it tastes heavens.

I love their fresh fruit smoothies and you get a free drink on your birthday! The renovation to their location looks great.

This place was great I loved everything we tried I personally didn’t like the clear pearls but everything else was great and the cups are definitely aesthetically pleasing!

We got it delivered but it's very fresh and very good quality the tea and boa both taste very good and fresh, will be getting it again prices are also very decent!

Worst experience yesterday, ordered pineapple slush with white pearls as I have been for the past year. Got to my car finally took a sip and it tasted awful no pineapple taste at all and just had a overall weird taste to it that made me feel sick

Went back in and asked for a replacement as it tasted off. The guy argued with me that’s it’s the same as usual and refused to remake it or give me my money back $7.49+tax.

Left it on the counter and told them to throw it out as I’m not going to drink it as doesn’t taste right

Don't go here unless you order bubble tea on a regular basis and know what you want. It's busy and the staff doesn't have/take the time to help you with your order. The menu in store lacks a coherent structure and doesn't clearly indicate which teas are cold or hot. I ordered a brown sugar and ginger tea which was delicious. Unfortunately I wore half of it on my hand before I got to drink it as the large cup they put it in spilled all over.

Great selection of drinks. Music isn't too loud to study. Nice upstairs room. And large portions. They also just newly renovated and it's beautiful

Nice small bubble tea store, the employees when I was there were great! They got the orders right and we're quick in making the drinks. I ordered the lychee green tea (large), peach green tea (large), durian smoothie (xlarge), and a coffee sherbet (xlarge). Each one were delicious and I highly recommend (durian smoothie if you're adventurous). All in all it's my absolute go to for bubble tea, cup size are good, the flavours are fantastic, and the price is real reasonable. If you're ever down in Waterloo instead of going to your Coco's or Chatime try out Noon Moment!

Ordered Match drink with red bean which is my usual at most boba tea places and it tasted a bit weird like someone put perfume or something in it…

Good drinks but the blender is right next to the cashier running at full speed and you barely hear each other. Maybe a reason why people take so much time to order

This was the only tea shop that had durian smoothies available and glad I gave them a shot. Was not disappointed and very pleased with their drink.

I ordered the taro milk tea with boba, I’m not a huge fan of taro but I think they did a good job with the drink!

Very cute shop! Both drinks I had (a passion fruit lemon ice tea with tapioca and a banana black milk tea) tasted good. I liked the tapioca!

Best boba tea EVER! Something here for everyone. Fresh fruit smoothies, to milk tea, to sherbert! So good! Definitely get popping boba instead of normal boba. It's so good!

Love this place and I've been a going there for over 8 years. I would recommend their fresh fruits drinks since it is the best out of all the bubble tea chains in KW. I love the Mango Diamond.

However, if you go at nights, it can get really busy and take a while to make your drink so I would recommended calling for pick up.

Got the lychee black tea and everything tasted off, it wasn't Sweet enough, cold enough and the flavor was off (maybe the tea was brewed for too long?)

Been a big fan of noon moment for 5 years, but last time the customer service was really disappointed: (the staff did not hear our instruction and refused to remake one bcz we’ve open the lid! How could we know if the sugar level is correct when we don’t drink that? That was not reliable and we were so embarrassing the fruity drinks are sooooooo good, I am feeling bad to say goodbye with this place!

A go to boba spot in Kitchener-Waterloo. Great prices! A busy place, and love coming here, but only thing is that despite me making a takeout order over the phone I still have to wait in the lines where people still need to make their order and wait for pickup. There has been countless times where I order ahead of time for takeout and the people who didn’t order ahead still get their order ahead of me despite there being at least 5-6 people in front of me.

I went today, and I ordered on the phone at 6: 50 and they told me it would be 10 minutes for pickup, I arrive at 7: 00 and left the store at 7: 48 which is ridiculous to me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL LITERALLY NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR AND ARE STANDING THERE WAITING AND WAITING THEY JUST IGNORE

Aways good selection of bubble tea and other fruit drinks. Great selection of board games too, though may need to get some replacement games.

Get the sugar cane with grass jelly topping, or coconut smoothie with black and white pearls. The coconut smoothie is made with real coconut and tastes like I'm drinking a coconut straight from Jamaica. Trust me!

Good bubble tea place with lots of options, including fresh fruit drinks (you can literally see the fruit they order). They also have the standard powdered drinks for bubble tea. They have games but they are not primarily in English. The staff are generally ok, not consistent.
