Noor Jewellers has the best designs. They are so unique. I walked in and within 5 minutes, bought the most beautiful bangle set. The customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend.

I think your response speaks for itself. Poor customer service. If anyone had a minute to listen to me as a customer that I was trying to purchase a gift. You need to update your policy to allow customers who are making purchases virtually. It’s 2023. There are way better polite jewelry stores in the Heartland area. Your loss not mine.

Iqbal Bhai was very kind and professional. I talked to him twice over the phone before coming and each time he was very polite and helpful. And today he went out of his way to help me measure some gold jewelry of my wife's and helped me calculate our Zakat. Hope I can save some money in the future to buy some jewelry for my wife from him!:)

Great place to shop for gold and diamond jewelry! I was there on Saturday with my family and I can definitely say they’ll be our family Jewellers from now! Had a really great experience today at Noor Jewellers. Ayesha was very friendly and did a wonderful job showing us beautiful gold sets. They have a lot of variety. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending it to others!

I would give them zero for their service but it wouldn’t let me do, unfortunately I thought they are Pakistani so they are nice but hell na. They are so rude. Don’t go there, if you are not looking to waste your time. Staff is very unprofessional. They need to remember that this is Canada not Pakistan. Very unwelcoming staff, they ignored me and started talking to another customer. So I left the store and went to another one.
