Instructor came out to our site in Rainy River to go over Underground Common Core, instructor was friendly and funny but also was professional with their job. Learned quite a bit for someone who didn't know much about underground mining, we even got to see the underground site and took us for a little tour. For anyone looking for any kind of training. I would go with NORCAT for sure!

First experience using zoom for a course. Work out great instructors were very helpful setting everything up. Had a great time learn lots the program covers everything. Thanks to the norcat team for the experience. Will recommend you to everyone!

Course content was relatable and the instructors knowledge and first hand experience made it very interesting and easy to follow along.

The folks at Norcat are excellent to deal with. I have been involved for many years since establishing an on-line Norcat orientation package for a previous employer. Currently as a contractor, I am required to register potential employees for the required site modules. Registration is always completed in a timely manner and whenever I have had questions or some technical issues, I have always been able to get them answered or resolved.

Going to this training I wasn’t expecting a long and boring day turns out it was super fun the instructor terry McLean did an amazing job keeping everyone involved and awake he was super helpful with any questions anyone had even with covid19 we were able to have hands on training and keep are distance it’s to bad we can’t give more stars!

I deal with the Timmins office on a regular basis. The staff is very friendly and professional. My company uses Norcat for all of our training needs. The courses are very well put together and are easy to understand. The staff responds to my inquiries in a timely fashion and are very knowledgeable when you need help or advice. It is also very convenient that they put all of your training on the same card and they offer a app that you can use on your phone so your not stuck carrying a bunch of cards. I am very impressed with the overall experience.
