Worst location, but I guess it's cause it's closing. Cheap garbage warehouse feel

Sherway location lacks so much that other Nordstrom locations have. Quite disappointing that they didn't bring the designers that the others have.

Simply outstanding from the sales staff to the restaurant (Bazille) and the coffee shop (EBAR). It's been hands down my family's favorite regular outings before and after lockdown because it's very relaxed and the service is second to none.

Incredibly large location with lots of deals! Well stocked and well kept. E BAR out front is awesome!

This review is specific to the personal styling services. I have gone twice for a personal styling appointment both times to get a dress for a wedding. The first time was exceptional - amazing service with really wonderful dresses and shoes pulled in my sizes in advance. The second time the service was terrible. The stylist was nowhere to be found for the majority of the appointment even though there were very few customers in the store. I kept having to get dressed and look around the store for her and finally found my own dress with the help of a different stylist. They also didn't pull the shoes in advance and I only had the hour free so I had to leave without. They need to be more selective with their personal stylists.

Shoppers watch out for their UE sticker on clothing item tag. Not many people are aware of this-but it is a returned product that you are buying for regular price.

Ordered online, but it came damaged, so I went to the store to exchange it. Amazing customer service! Roberto was very friendly and helpful. The store itself is impressive, and beautiful.

Overpriced and gaudy clothing. Better tie and suit selections at Walmart. Better quality selection at brooks brothers.

I ordered Pistola jeans which were only free for domestic charges. After ordering 3 pairs of jeans and paying shipping costs, there was an additional $150 CAD taxes and duties custom charges! I let Pistola know this and they just sent me a link saying these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.they further said if I am cancelling my order, that they will deduct the shipping charges from my reimbursement! After threatening to call the credit card company they decided to reimburse me my shipping costs. No way was I going to pay for the $150 charges. Totally ridiculous Pistola did not cover these charges (being such a high-end brand). Very dissatisfied and disgruntled. It begs the question, How does Pistola do business? !

So dissatisfied with my service. Left there crushed. Drove 55 minutes to be turned away. My first and last time. Never again.

Nice department style store with the latest fashions. A little more in tune for younger clients that other department stores. Also a nice coffee shop inside and a place to grab a bite to eat.

The best staff! The manger Jacqueline is so helpful, sweet and goes out of her way to make sure your shopping experience is great. Katie is wonderful and made shopping the Nordstrom Sale so easy and stress free. I’ve shopped at this location for years and have only had positive experiences. The inventory is also the best! I look forward to shopping here again in the near future:)

Out of the 3 Nords that GTA has this one is the best in terms of staff and stock. During the 2021 anniversary sale i came across Sara who works for Jewellery Deptt and she is the best literally the best sales associate out there. Honest and upfront. I had few questions about some items and she told me the pros and cons honestly, the trait i always look for in a sales person. Also Phil who looks after Mac helps me with the best beauty deals. Amazing experience like always. Nords is the best thing that has happened to Canada in terms of departmental stores.

High pressure sales tactics for a brand i had to repeatedly say i wasn't interested, Associates clearly more interested in commission than customer service

Great curation and brands, and I LOVE their in-house kids labels. There are usually sale racks at all times and i have found many great items for the kids that were well reduced.

It smaller then the other 2 Nordstrom's in Toronto but that makes it easier to shop. Brilliant staff. Genuine experience

I can't afford the prices and I'm not slim enough to fit into the designer women's clothes, BUT my father took me here to purchase some clothes and shoes for my 1 year old. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service we received, and the quality of the clothing. Firstly, the two saleswomen we encountered were extremely knowledgeable about the products. They were also friendly and attentive. They did not have the size shoe we needed for my baby, but took my info and promised to get in touch as soon as they did. Secondly, I have noticed that the clothes purchased for my daughter have washed up REALLY well. All the cheaper baby clothes I have easily stain and wrinkle. The baby clothes from Nordstrom don't stain and look beautiful, after many washes. While I can't afford to shop there regularly, I will definitely make a point of popping in occasionally as their clearance prices are good, and worth it for the durability.

If you like over priced clothes this is the place for you, $700 for a 100% cotton pull over grey sweater that's nothing

We bought our stroller and car seat here and it was a WAY nicer experience than dealing with any other baby store. The lady who worked there (Tracy) was so helpful and remembered mine and my husbands name and face, as we went in a couple of times to look before buying. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable, didn't put pressure on us to buy right away and was knowledgeable and helpful. We don't live very close to this Nordstrom but will be coming back when we need anything for our baby!

A fantastic shopping experience. The customer service here is amazing. I have come to Sherway multiple times in just a casual t-shirt and a lot of other upscale stores ignore you, but not here. They make you feel welcome, and are very willing to assist with whatever you may need. Prices may be a little high, but the quality of what you get is top-notch and the staff is always willing to work with you to ensure you leave happy.

Its such a wonderful mix of Canadians. One pet peeve of mine with this mall is the parking. The employees dont care where they park and they fill up all the closest spots first. Thats why you can rarely get a spot near the door.

There was this one time where I had to leave a public bathroom because a fire alarm triggered due to 'unforseen consequences'. What the hell does this have to do with Nordstrom? Simple, absolutely nothing. I like doing this, it's fun.

Horrible customer service. Girls just stare than to ask if you need help with something. They only smile at others who come in dressed in expensive clothes from top to bottom. Eaton centre is way better with more reasonable prices

Amazing customer service! Employees are friendly and informative about the product. I only buy my shoes and bags from here. They take good care of me here!
