Extremely rude person on the call. Did not let me speak a word. I am not sure if it is allowed to see if an apartment is available or not. Because the manager of the building did not like that, inquired about it.
I was trying and did not get any response from him for 2 weeks. I think they need to change the manager. At least use someone who respect people and know how to speak on the call.

We lived here for over 3 years and enjoyed it. Tony the supervisor is the kindest super I've ever met. He's quick to respond to a request, and he takes pride in his work. The parking lots were always well maintained year-round, and same could be said about the green space in the back, Thanks for a great stay.

This place is great. I stay in a 2 bedroom unit and it’s spacious. This building is always kept clean and safe. They are always vacuuming the hallways on each floor, always mopping the front lobby and back door. They’ve painted the front lobby within the last 6 months, and replaced the flooring down there too. Tony is super friendly and kind. Every time I’ve had an issue, I’ve gone to him and he’s either fixed it or had someone come in and fix it. This building is majority older people, but it does have a few younger people but everyone is friendly. I’ve lived here for 3+ years and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

*** ALSO, shame on anybody who’s posting negative comments about this building. I’ve never seen them a day in my life, so I’m not sure how they can say they lived here when I haven’t seen them once. Don’t lie on Tony’s name, or this building complex. **

I've lived here for nearly a year and I really like it. Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is kept clean and well lit and my neighbours are the best. The laundry room is modern, clean and well maintained and the covered parking for tenants, multiple outside parking spots for visitors and the large yard out back that is regularly manicured, is perfect for the dog. It's close to shops, schools, parks and on bus routes, not to mention the view from my balcony being out of this world!
