Very bad customer service, called the guy to get an estimate, he was so rude and unprofessional. Stay away at all costs!

Obtaining my vehicle was smooth and informative, so I felt very comfortable with this team. I was referred by a family member and I've been pretty pleased with my experience to date. I would say that I trust them, they're attentive and try their best to make time for me, even when they're pretty busy.
So far so good. Prices are great. And they know their stuff!
Thursday Sept 22nd 2022, and I still come to Eddie for a new car that I bought. Ben assisted me today, Alex has worked on my previous car from my previous post. Not only is Eddit punctual, but he is informative and has maintained customer service and prompt repairs to date. It's been 3 years and I'm sure I'll be taking every car I own from now on to Eddie. I will be a long-time customer and will refer everyone I know and meet.
If you're nervous about finding a trustworthy, reliable and informative service mechanic. Due to being new to the area or simply just switching. Eddie's team is the team to go to. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars.

Great place for all mechanical repairs and needs. I have been getting my services over the years here and the guys are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. They are efficient and always fair prices.

Horrible place
The timing are horrible
I requested an oil change I had to wait 1h for first time I’ve been there and this was after scheduling an appointment

Worst mechanic ever, they completely destroyed my car and showed a lot of attitude in the process. If you are looking for great mechanic, I wouldn't definitely not recommend this place.

Ask for Eddie or Alex for mechanical work. Ask for Vlad or Victor for body work. Ask for Adam for new and used tires as well for rims.prices most likely will be the best price you'll find with quality work.

The team at Norseman Auto are efficient, experienced and knowledgeable. They are great for any auto project you may be looking at; from vehicle maintenance to major repairs.
