My experience at North Ajax Dental was amazing. The receptionists were very welcoming and kind. The dentist who did my extraction was Dr. Diaa Younan and it went even better then I imagined. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through the procedure which made the experience for me very comfortable. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

I am somebody who is very nervous, but Dr Dia made me so comfortable I would give this a 10 star if the feature was available. Thanx to him and his staff, I feel comfortable returning for my regular check ups.

Excellent service and everyone from the reception to the doctors are great here. Massive shout out to Dr. Diaa Younan for being extremely patient with all the million questions I had for him from my hygiene check ups to my wisdom tooth removal to nightgaurd fittings. The team here really cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to get everyone scheduled in time. Both my husband and I are patients here and will most likely bring in our toddler soon at some point too!

I visited the clinic and the staff and Dr. Diaa Younan received me with a smile. I wanted to do teeth transplant based on early diagnosis in other clinics. Dr. Younan offered other solutions that saved my teeth and was more precise choice for my case. I was completely comfortable during the procedures which didn't take long. Also, after the procedure the Doctor is welcoming calls and inquiries which is not very common practice. I am happy with the whole experience. Amazing job!

I have been dealing with North Ajax Dental for several years and my experience has never been less than great! I live in Toronto, but I drive all the way to Ajax just to see Dr. Younan & Trudy, the dental hygienist. I highly recommend them because of the following reasons:

1- Dr. Younan is very experienced, honest, friendly, and cheerful. He explains to patients the technical/dental issues in a simplified manner, and walks them through the suggested treatment plan. He prioritize the recommended treatment/s according to the patients' different incomes, financial situations, and insurance plans. Unlike most of the dentists who stick to a fixed schedule, he is flexible with booking appointments and he does the extra mile to accommodate patients' availability. He is honest and never suggests a treatment unless it is necessary! He has an unusual memory, remembering his patients and the treatments they had done in the past

2- Trudy is such an amazing hygienist! She is very respectful, nice to her patients, always smiling, on time, and she gives a lot of dental advice to her patients so that they improve their oral health.

My 3 year old daughter had a great experience for her very first dental visit. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, they made my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable. The hygienist was also very friendly and put my nervous daughter at ease. The Dentist was gentle and encouraging during the exam. Definitely recommend this dental office.
My daughter now walks around the house telling us that she has a wiggly tooth. She doesn’t, she just wants to go back to the dentist.

Dr. Y has been my Dentist for about 11 of my 14 years living out there and he has been wonderful cause bedside manner and sense of humor are great he has helped me immensely financially and with the bills and it will be a shame to let him go but Im moving out of the area after 14 years and I'm going to miss all of the staff including the ever friendly, helpful, and patient Jen and Sue. Thanks guys!

Hard to be anything but ecstatic talking about these kind folks. Going to North Ajax Dental all my life for dentistry has been a treat and I feel rather spoiled not only by their superior service, but their friendliness and efficiency as well. The staff here really seal the deal

A fantastic team all around makes for a consistent worry-free experience every time. They're a great business to have operating in this area for many reasons, including their continual efforts to improve.
Another thing to note is their just about instant processing of insurance and prescriptions. It's immensely convenient given that if you're prescribed something, that Rexall just a couple doors down can sort you out right after you leave the dental office. Pretty brilliant

Amazing service! Amazing staff! From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I left I felt at ease! PPE protected staff and sealed off rooms, super friendly staff and a superb hygenist (Trudi). She did an amazing job. Dr. Dias was honest and gentle Smiles are his goal and he makes it possible in a comfortable way! I was apprehensive at first due to bad experiences in the past.but now I am very pleased. It is worth the 3 hour drive one way for me! High tech equipment and even a tv on the ceiling for you to relax and watch. I am impressed with this whole team at North Ajax Dental!

Even in hard covid times they have kept everyone safe and made sure everyone follows proper covid protocols. My family and I have been going to North Ajax Dental for about 15+ years. The office has always been very clean and welcoming. I can’t emphasis enough how great of a group this is. Dr Diaa and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. We have four kids and they love going to the dentist. They are very patient with the kids and make them feel comfortable and at home. I was referred to this place by a family member. Best dentist for kids. Very clean and safe. They have special equipment to make it a fun experience for children. I never thought my kids will be excited to visit the dentist. Extremely friendly staff and Dr Diaa is the best dentist I have ever met. He communicates and makes a genuine effort with the children. Not every dentist is the same, I was seen by the Head Dentist and was amazed by the craftsmanship of his work. I had a filling that was cracked and was originally butchered. I am so grateful I found North Ajax Dental. Don't be shy when you go there, ask all the questions you want, I am 100% they will take good care of you just like they did to me.

Amazing. I went there for the first time and couldn't ask for a better experience. Personally i haven't been to the dentist since COVID started but i finally went. They have great protocols and are very safe. I dont have dental insurance right now and am not doing that good financially but they offered me great prices. Overall i am happy.

I'm one of those people that just don't enjoy going to the dentist and even though I'm one of those people the friendliness and professionalism of the staff make me feel extremely comfortable and create a very pleasurable experience. Dr. Diaa is an extremely warm and inviting person containing knowledge and experience that's noticeable within the first couple seconds of meeting him. Dr. Diaa has completely transformed my smile by designing 6 beautiful new front teeth after I had grinded my own teeth down at night. I'm not shy to smile now and it has helped tremendously as I'm a very social person always smiling ear to ear (even more so now) thanks to Dr. Diaa and his team.

The dentist (s) and staff are excellent; always friendly, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Diaa Younan did an excellent job on my wife's crown implant. She said he patiently explained every step of the procedure, even using digital x-rays and models.

Their hygienist (s) are also trained to do laser teeth cleaning. The technology that they have here is impressive.

My wife says that our two special needs boys have always been warmly welcomed, and their sensory needs respected. This normally tense routine for check-ups, is now pleasant and bearable. I have been coming to North Ajax Dental office for going on 20 years now. The office is clean and has absolutely amazing staff. I get my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist named Trudi Hull. She is such a lively spirit, always has a smile on her face and happy to be in the company of her patients. She gets the job done in a timely manor, is honest, and makes it fun and engaging. The establishment is farther away from where I live in Oshawa but I choose to come here do to the staff making me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend coming to the North Ajax Dental Office.
